Jason the manager gave us a free CV shaft because of what wear and damage they found on top of the $1650 worth of work being done. All of this was because they deemed the car unsafe without it and wanted to make sure my wife and I had a safe vehicle. This consideration for customer safety was way above and beyond what I thought a normal shop would do and for this I am grateful for Jason and his crew working on our car that day. These guys did amazing work.

I noticed my muffler hanging this morning and stopped in here, as it was the closest place to where I was.Mike was beyond helpful and did a great job explaining it was a clamp that broke and what he needs to fix it. They did a solid temporary fix until the part comes in from ford on Monday (today is Saturday) I was in and out within 30 minutes. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I feel they are trustworthy and appreciate not being scammed.

Fire the red headed slob with unkempt facial hair behind the counter. Hes turning people/business away! Went here for a simple inspection, and the guy told me he will not work on the car!

Scam alert - stay away! I took my car in for what I suspected was a leaking brake line replacement of the rear left . They gave me a diagnosis of replacing the rear brake pads, rotors, e-brake motors, and new calipers. After them showing me a total cost of $1,735 (bill showing $1,300 for parts that are inflated 3x the price, and only $309 for labor, with some taxes and other charges), I refused the service and told them I'll do it myself, as I got the same parts for $450 myself. The manager then told me that a tow truck would be needed to take the car out as the wheels would not spin at all. I asked him what they did to my car, to which they claimed nothing was done. I drove the car into the shop, and they claimed they had to jack it up to get it into the bay, and refused to allow this to be documented with written confirmation from their team, as they cannot "verify" that I drove my car into their shop the previous night, even though they have signs on their door that state "premise under surveillance", the manager Mike Brown stated they have NO cameras. Absurd prices, dishonest management that dismisses the fact that their auto techs are the reason my car's tires are locked up and I had to get it towed out of their shop. Stay away from this place if you value your vehicle or money. Quality service is not something that this business offers.

Did not reinstall the keyed lug bolt and he-man gorilla over tightened the lug bolts. OEM torque is 88ft lbs they were well over 100. Please look up the specs guys, otherwise the customer is going to have to replace the hub by the next shop when stuff is stripped or half the bolt breaks off in the hub.

If you've done business with Firestone in Southgate on Eureka, have it checked by a reputable mechanic. The one that just looked at mine showed me where they'd put my (not large enough for my vehicle) Power Steering Cooler on WITH A ZIP TIE. They must've been too put out to put it inside the black case in the second photo, they're employing people that don't know what they're doing, or they just don't care.Ridiculous, right? See the pictures...

These people are not truthful.. "repaired a wheel bearing" and not even 200 miles later it started rubbing again and they tried to charge me another $400 to replace the SAME wheel bearing.. I literally took it in a month ago for a FULL INSPECTION and paid for it.. they said only ONE wheel bearing was bad.. then I drive 100 miles or so and it sounds worse then when I took it in the first time.. I take it in to have it rechecked and they try and charge me $135 to come back and tell me now THE OTHER wheel bearing is bad and then give me an estimate for $80 more than they "did" the first one for???? they don't back their work and overcharge for things that they probably didn't do the first time they charged you for them...oh by the way, the amount on my receipt for my original wheel bearing replacement was significantly less than the quote for the new one they wanted to charge me for.. $317 on the first one and then $397 for the 2nd one.. one month later.. sorry inflation doesn't explain that STAY AWAY!

I dealt with Eric, Pretty Good Experience! Eric is pretty knowledgeable and honest. He pointed out some issues with my car, but said they are not immediate needs. They replaced the power window assembly and it works fine. I would recommend them to everyone! They Take Good Care Of You Here!

Today, I had to visit this Firestone Service Center because a recently repaired tire from one of their competitors, on the day before, failed to plug my flat tire properly. Their customer service is, in my eyes, top-rate. They even waived the cost to repair the tire. Way to go!!

Took my wife s GMC terrain & my daughters jeep wrangler bought a total of 9 tires customer service reps were excellent courteous, and listened to what I needed answered all my questions,they found something wrong with my daughters vehicle called me very quickly, and it had it repaired. Pricing was reasonable with other shops around the area we opened up a charge account and got an additional discount on all products that were purchased. Two up if we have any other vehicle needs, we will return to the firestone.Keep up the great workServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I had my car serviced at this Firestone location about a week ago; several issues were brought up, I opened up a credit card through them, and three and a half days later I received my car. Even though they supposedly performed all recommended services, I don t notice any positive difference in my driving experience, my check engine light came back on again, and I think my car is actually performing worse than it was before now. It doesn t make sense to have to spend several hundred dollars a month for half a year on services that I saw no benefit from whatsoever; only detriment. I have no idea what they actually did to my car that made it so nothing improved at all, but it s as if nothing was done at all. Every issue I ve brought to them is still there. So what s the point? I ve lost a great deal of trust in Firestone as a whole.

I ve used this location for a few years. Management has changed during that time. I have two tires from Firestones both with a warranty. I had a flat tire, on the Firestone tire. When I asked the cost for the price with the warranty it was $20 ish dollars. Well later I m told, it s not a Firestone tire and I ll need a new tire. I was confused because I was sure it was my Firestone tire that was flat. I wasn t with my car so I m thinking maybe I have the tire mixed up. When I get to the store I pay (also bought a battery so $400 for everything). When I get to my car, I still only have two Firestone tires! Sure enough it WAS my Firestone tire that needed to be replaced. I go back inside to speak to the manager and he tells me I should have said something before because the tires were picked up the day before. As if I would know that information. Now he tells me he ll have to speak to the woman that said it wasn t a Firestone tire, the next day and follow up with me. He never did. Now this could have been a situation that maybe I went over the miles for the warranty. I don t believe I did but perhaps. My issue is the lying and no follow up. The manager kept trying to be the responsibility on me. I don t work with cars! I trust Firestone to be honest and inform me about my car needs. The fact that nobody ever followed up makes me feel like they simple lied.Service: Tires

Worst place ever took my truck there for a inspection for steering problems told me ball joints fix all ball joint but that wasn't the problem to begin with they just wanted my money they only had my truck for 20 minutes before they called and told me they where done with the inspection so they didn't take the time to make sure that was the only problemService: Steering & suspension repair

I had my car towed here because it wouldn't start. It sat on their lot for almost a week and they couldn't fix it. Then I had it towed to the dealer, they put in a new sparkplug, and it was fixed in no time. .

Scheduled an appointment for when their site said the location opened and was greeted with a locked door and a sign saying they were opening an hour later than advertised. Was then told upon entry that my oil change appointment wouldn't be accommodated in an "appointment timeframe" despite being the earliest appointment and only customer there. Nothing but a waste of time.

This is the worst place to get anything done for your car. I called and scheduled an appointment a week ago to take my car in for an alignment and to get my brakes checked. I dropped my car off at 10am and hadn t heard anything from them and so I tried to call at 4pm..no one answered the phone so I went to the shop and asked about my car.. turns out that it never even made it into the shop to get looked at so I took my keys and left they close at 5pm so they had no intention of calling me at all to give me an update. Horrible customer service no one apologized for wasting my time or offered to get it in a different day.Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes

So i will try to explain this the best way i can. On Wednesday i dropped off my car in the morning and then i picked it up the following day on Thursday. All i did was a diagnostic test for about $100 and patched two of my tires for a total of $150. They found something else wrong which was gonna be $1200 to fix and told them no because i didn't have the money to do so. When i picked up my car the drivers seat was broke it went sideways when you try to move it back or foward. No one told me this happened so i had to figure out after paying and going into my own vehicle thinking i wouldn't have to worry about them making my situation worse. I then went into the garage and asked a mechanic to look at it and thats where the dishonesty started. They claimed that its not their fault and that he will ask the front what to do. Me and my girlfriend waited there for like 12 mins with no one coming outside yet so we went in and contacted the guy in the front. He knew about us waiting but never told the mechanic to come out and tell us whats going on nor did he himself so they were playing games with us. He then stated that they cant claim responsibility for it but they can schedule a time to take a look at it. I know they knew about the seat being broke but never attempted to call us about it and fix it while it was already in the shop. They basically didn't help me at all and i still paid 150 bucks that really went to nothing and walked out with more issues to fix. I dont know how much it will cost me to fix this but i dont recommend this place as the staff are dishonest and rude. They will try and walk all over you. I hope the owners or managers see this.Edit: tire pressure for tires is still getting low even after patch. I dont know if that can happen still or not but still the whole visit was a waste of time and money.

Very thorough diagnostic evaluation of the issues with my car. Kept me informed of the progress they were making on the necessary repairs. The work was completed within the timeframe promised...they actually finished ahead of schedule. No further problems with my car. Their prices are reasonable. Dave and the staff are professional, knowledgeable , and courteous.

Dave was friendly and very honest. He could have charged me for an alignment and not actually been able to do one like the last place I took it to, but he told me what I needed to get repaired first before getting the alignment. Definitely won my business!

Had a slow leak in my commercial waranteed tire. They fixed it with no excuses. No charge. Only thing is I had a small tactical flashlight that I kept in my driver side door pocket that must have "fell" out there, as I never seen it since.
