My experience with every person I came in contact with along the way was helpful, kind and prompt. Dave assisted in my estimate to get over to my insurance company and the body shop had my car in and out before I knew it! The painter Mike went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect from top to bottom. My car even came back to me cleaner than it came in! I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to fix collision damage.

If you want to buy a used vehicle, go see Dave and he will set you up. Sold me a Traverse last year and he even helped me out the first time I had a service issue. Definitely a good sense of looking after customers: they don't make you feel like another number, like some dealerships do. I would buy there again.

From the moment we walked in, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The dealership was extremely clean and comfortable. Hunter was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest. I did not feel any pressure, which I greatly appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable the entire experience was.

If you decide to buy a General Motors vehicle, do not expect service!!!If you have a warranty or extended warranty do not expect service.I stopped buying at this dealership about 8 years ago, I didn't care for the results I had the few times I bought a vehicle here.Fast forward to 2024, the service department is now a joke too. Unless you are bringing in business where you are actually buying something out of pocket, the service department has no regard for you. If you have a vehicle under warranty, they expect you to leave the vehicle with them for days on end, with no communication or updates, because they cannot find enough labor to actually service vehicles in a timely manner. There are no more loaner vehicles that were given out when they had to keep your vehicle. There is no more customer in customer service here, it just service and unless there's more money to make off you they don't care when or how they do a job. I purchased a dash cam system through the Chevrolet website to be installed here, they didn't bother to test it correctly, the rear cam wasn't plugged in correctly and the camera is still upside down. They do not actually have a reservation system, it's just to reserve when to drop it off, no guarantee when they will actually work on the vehicle. And I am most angry that the service advisor just took the vehicle and couldn't articulate to me that the actual work wouldn't happen that day or give me an actual day it would be done. I guess I have to inconvience myself to find a dealship that actually has customer service.

This place is absolutely sad. They run game on you for you money. They ll hold your car simply for a service fee no matter if you have a recall sent out or not. DO NOT GO HERE. I filed a complaint through the state of Michigan and they said I am not the first or probably last to do so. Pray this doesn t happy to anyone else.

Jake was really nice and didn t make me feel overwhelmed. This was my first big girl purchase and he did a great job. I would recommended this place. Taking one star away because there was an older gentleman next to him that originally greeted me that was not so kind.

If your a person of colored do not go here...they do not help our kind.....they were not friendly.....they were not honest......there was no communication....I didn't want to do business with them.....but my husband felt different....I felt as tho they just wanted to run our credit just to see....an that's exactly what happened.....Taylor Ford.....will do everything to put you in a car GO THERE....they didn't do anything.....just waisted our time an did a hard inquiry on our credit... an told us we need a cosigner...when this was our 2nd car!!! DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!

We were dealing with another dealer who was just not working with us. We were given Jessica's name and we signed the papers for the car I wanted at the price I wanted the same day. Did all the paperwork online and pickup went perfect! She was the best!!!!!

The guys at the service desk are very welcoming and nice.Went in for warranty and decided to get oil change and new air filter. Also used your shop for Body Repair and no complaints.Everything was done in the time quoted!

AVOID this place, like the PLAGUEIf I could give negative stars, I would!I bought a vehicle two years ago with a tick sound with the engine. They assured me that it was normal for a Tahoe. Most recent time I had it in for Service. They had it for a month, they did not find anything wrong. But charged me 100 and change. 2 to 3 months after I got the vehicle I had it in for service with problems Engine sound, the car wouldn't start, driving the car would shut off. Ect.Now I try to trade it in and they say there is a ticking or knocking sound in the engine(That I was talking about) Been there from the beginning.! I've had to get my vehicle towed there 2 separate occasions. Now, They will not trade my car in because of that. I am covered under powertrain warranty, so I have Salesman call the service guy Chris to tell him the reason. Chis is the service agent that I've dealt with Every time unfortunately, he is untruthful and un honest avoid him as well. All they Wanted me to do is buy Batteries which I changed out 3 times Before going somewhere else Or keep on paying for things to be replaced To find the problem.This is completely unacceptable!You should be ashamed of yourself!I will also being calling the state to file a complaint.

I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Trax Premier AWD with 24,875 miles on 8/29/2023. I test drove it a couple times, and it was pulling right. They brought it to the service center and the mechanic said he fixed it. He did not. They then brought it across the street to Belle Tire who did an alignment. This did not fix the issue. However, I love the car, so I decided to sign and get the extended warranty (which I am covered for the duration of the loan) for peace of mind.Doug Raines was my salesman. I thought he was pretty genuine. He did not know much about the mechanical side of automobiles, however, he is a salesman, not a mechanic. In return this is perfectly acceptable. I will definitely return to Doug or refer to him as he made the experience pleasurable, even with the hiccups. The pre-owned sales manager agreed to cut a check and pay the last payment of my lease that is about to mature.I am giving 3 stars because obviously the service center has no idea what they are doing. I am not a mechanic and I feel more inclined to do the work than them (I do work on cars; not professionally). Look at other reviews and you will notice a lot of them are negatively adjudicated towards the service center. I will bring my vehicle elsewhere for service. Though I will come back and purchase through Doug. Actually, I feel I can mention everyone was very pleasant that I had engaged with if even only briefly. Good job on customer service, poor job on vehicle service.

Has to be one of the best oil change experience I have had at a dealership.Employees were friendly and able to answer all my questions.Much better than typical stand alone oil change shops.Will definitely return again!

I was there to turn in a lease and needed to get my plate off of the vehicle. Danta', who was my shuttle driver, went above and beyond to help with the plate! We were having a really hard taking the plate off and he ended up having to take the car back to the mechanic to finish taking it off. I'm so thankful that he was there to help me with that issue on only his SECOND day on the job! Thank you so much, Danta'!

I had a 2024 Cacti Green Trax ACTIV on order with another dealership since July with no delivery date available. On Thanksgiving Eve, My husband and I noticed the same vehicle on your lot and we went inside to see if it was available. It was! Duane Hess greeted us and made the magic happen. Thank you to our finance guy, Chad, for helping us to get the best deal and warranty. All of your staff were friendly while we waited. Didn't get oil change. Mechanic said warranty verification would take too long. So he wanted me to pay for oil change that was supposed to free. I'm not going to pay for free services. Not a happy camper.

Had a oil change unfortunately foundoil on my garage floor from the filter.Called service manager left messagedidn't receive a call back. Also saidsomeone would be reaching out tome which is a lie they just want to makeit look like they care... it's been 3 months never got any contact.

Ron and the team came through for me again on my third vehicle I ve purchased from them. I ve had my dad sister and friend also purchase cars from them. They treat you like family. They always seem to find a way when other dealerships say no. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Highly recommend trying them on your next new or used vehicle purchase.

I went in for an oil change. The staff was friendly it took about 20 minutes to get my oil change and tires rotated. Everything was good the only thing that I didn't like was that they didn't check my lights because they were rushing to get me out because they had a few people in line.

Hands down the best experience I've had buying a car. Ive dealt with some shady dealerships & went here with my guard up. My credit isn't the best so I also didnt have high expectations. I met with Moe & he was able to get me into a 2017 Terrain which was a HUGE unexpected upgrade for me! I am so happy with my new car and this will be the only dealership I will reccomend to anyone searching for new wheels. & John in the finance department set me up with a beautiful warranty so I know I'll be taken care of if any issues arise. If you are searching for a new car, do yourself a favor and make this your first stop!

I had an appointment at 2 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was a little early and they got me right in. I waited in their customer lounge and it was well stocked with water, coffee and a comfortable temperature. People checked in on me to see if I needed anything. I was out of there in 30 minute, even though they said 45 minutes. Effron was the name of the young man who had my appointment. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.I have to say I was very impressed in the improvement they have made in the service department. I was there in the fall of 22 and it was not so good! Thank you!

Scott Tran did an amazing job with helping me with the purchase of my Equinox. He was recommended to me after I had had a very bad experience at another dealership. Not only was he professional but he was also efficient, kept great communication and exceeded my expectations all in a very short amount of time and stress free! He was honest with me and helped me step by step, never making me feel like I was annoying with all my repetitive questions/concerns. Thank you Scott! My car was there for two months. The day I drove it in I told them what the problem was. They said it and the codes was exactly what I told them. They put a new battery in it and I asked repeatedly to let the car warm up and run for a while then drive it and the check engine light will come on. Was told more than once that they couldn t get the check engine light to come on and that the car was ok. I came to pick it up and I drove off the lot and within two min of driving check engine light came on. After two months of having my car and me repeatedly saying what the problem was.

Excellent customer service. Those guys caught an early leak in my vehicle and told me right away before putting in any new oil. Thanks to their knowledge and honesty my car is now repaired and working great. Highly recommend!!
