I just have to say that Travis took care of me and did exactly as asked. He mounted my wheels and tires I brought in no problem with no balance because that will be done at a later most likely here and got me done in an hour correctly mounting these tires. I plan on bringing my truck in for an alignment if it s needed here just because he provided with the best service. Also have to thank his tire techs for helping me unload my heavy wheels and tires and helping me load them back up.

Drove there after I got a flat tire. They put my spare on for no charge. I ordered a new tire to match my other tires. It came in that afternoon and I went and had it installed. Very good service

This Belle Tire is conveniently located on Eureka Road and Dix in Southgate, Mi. They match any competition s pricing and the staff is friendly and you can schedule a appointment instead of just going in and being in line , which could be a few hours so I recommend calling and scheduling an appointment.

I was referred to Belle Tire by another local auto shop that doesn't specialize in tires. I trust them, so I called Belle Tire and the phone was answered by a friendly voice, Ryan, who was patient and clear in instruction and expectations for checking my potential tire slow leak and the timeline in which it could occur.I brought my SUV to them that afternoon, around 1:30pm, where Travis checked me in with an approachable and kind spirit of customer service. He gave me a general timeframe and invited me to relax in their comfortable lobby. I had a friend pick me up, but felt at ease with that space for waiting, had I no alternative option.Around 4:15pm, Antonio called me to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up. My friend brought me back and I went inside to pay the bill. Antonio reviewed the services performed and confirmed my tire had a leak around the rim. They inspected and cleaned the rims, to resolve the leak likely caused by corrosion, checked and reset the air pressure in all tires, and adjusted tire torque. I was so grateful.THEN THEY GAVE ME THE BiLL OF $0.00! What? I was stunned. I challenged it for a moment, "wait, are you sure?!" Antonio smiled and wished me a great rest of the day.From the moment I called Belle Tire, their investment in the customer experience was evident and that carried through both in the process of checking in my car and wrapping up the service. All of the staff I met, Ryan, Travis, and Antonio, were very down-to-earth and caring. As someone who doesn't have a lot of knowledge in automobiles, I felt I could trust them. And I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know. :0)Thank you, Ryan, Travis, Antonio, and Belle Tire Southgate!

I've been coming here for years just recently for $400 a pair of tires yep that's two tires brought it here for an alignment yesterday and they tell me they can't do it and give me an estimate of $1,800 for front end work which it doesn't need not only that the mechanic said my truck had 200,000 miles on it even though my cluster doesn't even work and doesn't tell the miles so he must have thought that up in his own head which shows he doesn't know what he's talking about unfortunately I'm not going to be back

I had a small leak in one of my tires and they found some corrosion on the inside of my rim and cleaned it up and so far it appears to be ok. I was in the waiting area for probably 1 hour. No charge for the repair. Awesome job

Been a Belle Tire customer for quite awhile...after 6 years of Continental Pro Contact run flats (a little harsh ride for Michigan roads) I chose Michelins 3 years ago at the recommendation of a salesman. The tires (Michelin Premiers) served me well and was pleased with the ride and overall mileage (43,200). This go round, at Travis's recommendation, purchased the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S. Man, these tires make a difference! Mid range on price, but I am VERY HAPPY with the handling, steering response, road noise and slight fuel mileage gain. Tires went on a BMW 3 series coupe and the car is fun to drive again...Steering response improved as well, they feel confident. We had some torrential rain last few weeks and the car regained a confidence once lost, now found.I will be purchasing Michelin Pilot Sports from here on out!

Brought my three week old truck in on October 31, 2023, for a flat tire repair. Received the same exceptional service I did five months ago when wrote the following: I recommend all residents of Rockwood, South Rockwood, and Newport patronize the Southgate Belle Tire for their tire repair and/or tire needs. The Manager Vincent Navarre is married into the Barbara Metzger Family. I brought my vehicle in on a Saturday at 3 pm, for an emergency tire repair, and was out the door by 5 pm. I ended up needing four new tires. Vincent personally drove to another Belle Tire and picked up the tires. I did not have to leave my vehicle, and come back the following Tuesday when adelivery came in. This type of service is what all businesses should be doing. Vincent and his Team provide great service, and quality work.

Everyone at this location is extremely helpful. Travis is exceptional at his job. He always is polite and knowledgeable when talking on the phone or dropping off our fleet vehicles for service.

I got a set of tires very close to my budget with $160 in rebates. The only issue I had was being quoted a price on the wrong size for my Silverado 1500. Other than that, service was fineI would have to give them 5 stars for their customer service. Straight forward explanations and no pressure to buy.They were able to work me in for a tire repair on a busy Saturday. That's what I call customer service on steroids!

Brought my car in with a slow leaking flat (back right tire). They then plugged the tire bc of a nail. I picked my car up the next day and my back right tire was flat. I pumped it up and drove home since they were closed on Sunday. The car has been sitting since then because I m out of town. I called the Store Manager and informed them they fixed the wrong tire, and neglected to check all tires. The back right tire formed a hole because of this. Now they re making me buy a used tire, instead of covering it. I will be talking to the store manager. This is insane and terrible business. I m hugely disappointed

Had the best experience with this Belle Tire location in Southgate. They had me in and back on the road in less than an hour. Vince, my sales guy was so nice and understanding. First time I left a tire store with a good feeling.

I was double charged for my tires on July 3rd and called on July 5th to customer service they told me it would be 3 to 5 days and I would get my money back here I am on the 16th still without my money back! Did offered to compensate me in anyway, nor have I got my original money back which is ridiculous!

The team at Belle Tire in Southgate helped me through a difficult situation with a catalytic converter theft on my vehicle. Travis the manager and Tom my regular technician worked very hard to make certain that my vehicle was addressed properly and that all the insurance requirements were fulfilled. I have been a regular patron of the shop because of their excellence as techs and also in how they treat their clients. Thank you for helping me through a challenging situation.

My wife went to Belle tire , she had a nail in the center of the rear tire, they told her the whole tire needed to be replaced and they can t fix it because the nail is on the side. And the tire would cost around 366$ ,We went to a different tire service, they fixed the problem with zero charge, they said the nail is on the center and there is no need to replace it, I can t trust Belle tire, they are simply stealing money from customers

In the past 7 years we ve used Belle Tire in Southgate and we ve always been extremely pleased with the service and quality of their work on our vehicles. Jeff the assistant manager is very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! All the mechanics and customer service guys are wonderful. We ve had brakes fixed, shocks fixed, actuator fixed, many oil changes, new tires, power steering fixed, alignment, and the list goes on! The wait is never too long and the waiting room is comfortable, spacious, and I feel safe there. Thank you for always taking great care of our cars and going above and beyond in customer service! We appreciate you. The quotes are reasonable in my opinion for the excellent work they do.

First off if I could give this location no stars I would. I feel the employees that work the lobby need a lesson in customer service....and computer training .They input the wrong information into their system and the customer has to pay the price for the inconvenience. They actually make u feel like your the one that did something wrong.Ryan is a joke as a manger and really needs a lesson in respect or and how to input data into a computer.
