Huge shout out to the guys they really know what there doing. I took my car to 3 shops and paid for an alignment once I took it to them they found out my wheel base was off and didn t even charge me. They recommended me to the body shop.

My boyfriend took his Mercedes here a few months back and it s been driving wrong ever since now it just sits in the drive way after he spent 5000 dollars fixing it it s been undrivable since the first month he s gotten it back they called him after he made a google review to try and make it right and kept his car for 2 weeks prior it was there for almost 6 months and still did nothing to fix the situation besides try to charge him another 300$ to fix something that had nothing to do with what was wrong with it this place has been a nightmare and it s unfortunate because me and my whole family have been going to these guys for 6 years they refuse to fix the issue with the car though stay away from these guys if you drive foreign they have no clue what they are doing !

My son's vehicle broke down while picking his son up from summer camp. Auto-Lab came and towed the vehicle away the next day and had it diagnosed and fixed in about five days. The reason I had to give four stars and not five is because of the length of time it took to get the vehicle back. However, I understand that they are busy because they do a great job and are reasonably priced. I would suggest Auto-Lab for your repairs. Keep in mind it might take a few days, but they do a great job!

Took my Jag here after the first car shop I went to couldn t find what was wrong with my car. Auto-Lab did a pressure test and discovered I had two leaks in the coolant system. You can only get these parts from the dealer, the dealer had one specific part on back order and didn t know when they would receive the part (thermostat housing unit). John did some digging and was able to find the part online. It was a little more than the dealer but I had no choice. After receiving the part they had the job done in 2 days. These guys are honest, fair, and does great work.

Great electrical work on my Mercedes E350! Had to jump every morning even with a new battery before going here, now it's no worries when I open the door hoping for inside lights! Also saftey inspected and took care of some side lights for me. Great guys and know what they are doing with foreign vehicles!

I have been going to auto lab for about 5 years now. They do a good job everytime . Me and my wife have been bringing our cars here for many years.. if you looking for a mechanic you can trust to tell you the truth each and every time .Update memorial Day weekend 2023.Still the best auto mechanic place I've ever been to they are very knowledgeable they take care of business and most importantly they tell you the truth You may think it's a big job and then they'll say hey it's really this and it may save you a thousand bucks if you understand what I'm trying to say. In these days and times it's rare to find a real shop that will tell you the truth that's a big deal for me these guys are all right and I will continue to do business with them for many many years Thank you auto lab appreciate you guys.. I also have referred my mother and father-in-law to auto lab and my uncle.. Thank you Jason and John and all the technicians that work in the shop Thank you !

I was having an issue with my Jaguar and the place that had been doing my repairs could not figure it out. A friend told me to give these guys a shot. Thankfully I did. My car hasn't drove this well in a long time. A huge thank you to the whole team at Auto Lab!

Had my car for 5 months almost 6 and they said they were fixing the timing chain and it is still having a timing issue so it was installed wrong I paied 5 grand for my car to be worst than when it went in I never had a issue prior I ve used these guys for years but unfortunately I will no longer be going to them for anything they won t help fix what they damaged neither so I m just sol I guess

After going to multiple dealerships and shops over the last year in regards to my check engine light I ve had my engine and generator replaced. Right when I get home the check engine light comes back on. Every. Time. I have a hybrid Malibu so it s a bit complicated and not even the local Chevy dealership could figure out what the core problem was. They have all even said they did a safety diagnosis on it too. John and his team here figured out the problem quickly(hybrid fan) and then with their safety check were able to let me know about the other issues my car has and I m what order of importance to address them. They worked with my after market warranty company, they even were going to get ahold of them to help me get a rental car through the warranty too. John kept me up to date with the entire process, spoke to me respectfully even though I m a female unlike the other dealerships like the auto-lab in canton. They save me money and time, and who knows how bad things could of gone if they didn t catch everything they did with my car. I will always come back here for any repairs with this car and future cars. IMPECCABLE SERVICE!!!! Honest, efficient, affordable...I could go on, and on about the southgate auto lab team! Mike was fantastic!! His knowledge, and patience was beyond wonderful! Brian did a great job getting my car back on the road not only quickly, but to be safe for my family! I can't thank them enough for the honesty. I will continue to use them in the future, and look forward to telling all of my friends about how great this shop is! Keep up the good work guys!!! This girl will forever be a loyal customer of yours!

These guys are great!!! They've repaired and maintained big and small items on my car and I know their work will always be perfect. They're very efficient and always explain what they're going to do and have my car back to me when I need it. I wouldn't go anywhere else

After dealing with the dealership, I found a lot of comfort doing business with the guys at Auto-lab. They are honest, hard-working people who do great work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop to take their car.

Always and Forever!! I been working with the shop for many years. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone who wants to have a trusted mechanic. I drive alot for work and trust the shop with my well being on the road. Friendly, fair and understanding to time. I will never go anywhere else!!! Just ask for Mike or Jason two great guys...

Very awesome shop, I did a drop off no appointment and the guys got me in and out very quickly, Huge shout-out to these guys, they are always on point, keep you very well informed of the process of mechanical repair I've used them two times now and don't want any other shop to work on my truck. Took my car in for a noise when turning the wheel. They said new brakes and rotors $400 just for the front! Ok. Get it back, noise is still there. I will give the manager credit he rode with me 2xs and the noise was not there for him. He tried to see what was going on and fix it. Now my pads squeak so loud when I barely tap the brakes. EVERY SINGLE TIME! It's ear shattering. I figured it would last a min then go away- nope. If I have to actually hit them hard it will make everyone wince its so loud. I really wouldn't take my car to them again. I'm not sure what they did but I know sonthing was not done properly. I'm not a mechanic but I've never had brakes this loud and squeaky. I think they just rushed. My car was done within a few hours I will give them that, they are fast!

Auto lab is around the corner from my house. The shop opens at 8am but Mike is always there early. Every time we have a problem he takes care of my husband's car and my truck. Mike will let you know exactly what's wrong and the best/reasonable option to fix it. Service and customer service are exceptional!! I would highly recommend Auto-Lab to anyone!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very quick service. Good warranty. I most appreciated that they took the time to explain to me in clear detail why my car won't run and why it needs a particular part or service before we agreed to anything. Then explained about the health of other parts of my car and what needs service next.

Took in my 2005 Ford escape for a electrical issue. They spent 3 day s trying to diagnose my car, finally Mike gave me a call stating I need a electrical wiring repair and his tech has to trace it down. well a few more days and $650 dollars later, my car still had the problem. I finally took it to another shop down the street, and it was a simple fuse fix!

We only took the car to this mechanic because it was going to be covered by our warranty. They had the car for almost two weeks and couldn't fix it. They charged us $300 and we still had to take the car somewhere else to be repaired. They essentially ran a diagnostic on the car and that was it. We could have taken it just about anywhere else for a diagnostic for under $100.EDIT:They misdiagnosed the problem! Which is even more frustrating since we paid for labor/misdiagnosis.Autolabs also promptly contacted my husband about the review I left. My husband was unaware that I left a review/what I had said in it. They called him twice and thought what I'd said was unfair and mean.So here it is. We had a brake problem with our Prius. We called our warranty company who sent us to Autolabs. Diagnostics, labor, and parts are all covered in our warranty.Sidebar:: No one at Autolabs said anything about their inability to work on a Prius - I know hybrids are different and probably more difficult to work on, but a business should be up front if they can't service the vehicle and tell clients to go to the dealership. Since they took the car for service, I assumed it wouldn't be an issue. Knowing now that they misdiagnosed the problem, I don't have any confidence they know what they are doing.Anyways, we drop off the car at Autolabs. Later in the week, they call my husband with an update - a part needs ordered, but they tell him it should be ready by Monday or Tuesday the following week. We get another call saying that the car was previously serviced in Puerto Rico and the serial numbers on the part don't match. Autolabs doesn't think they can repair it, but are trying to contact the dealership to see if it's the right part. The following Tuesday, a full week after they've had the car, they call us to say they cannot repair it and we must take it to the dealership. They tell us they will contact us when the car is ready to be moved. They tell my husband we owe $300 for diagnostics/labor to remove the part (which didn't need replaced) and put that same part back in place. My husband, confused, asked why the warranty didn't cover diagnostic/labor. He is told the warranty does not cover those, just the part, which would cost $700. This was a complete lie. We called the warranty company and they tell us diagnostic/labor is indeed covered and they had approved the claim for Autolabs, but that claim was then cancelled (I assume because they said they couldn't make all repairs). Again, it was misdiagnosed and labor was not neccessary. Also, how is it our fault the job can't be finished and we have to pay for incomplete work?We wait to hear when we can have the car towed to the dealership. We don't hear back from them until the following night at 530pm that the car is ready to be moved. I really felt like taking care of us/our car was not a priority at this point. It should not take all of Tuesday and Wednesday - nearly 2 full days - before a car is ready to be towed away from the business. Both my husband and I work full time in different parts of the city and it has been extremely difficult to be without a vehicle for so long. Autolabs had the car 10 days.So, we tow the car to the Toyota dealership on Thursday morning. We get a call Friday, the very next day, that the brakes needed to be bled/calibrated and service had been completed. No repairs or parts were needed. The car was ready for pick-up.When my husband spoke with someone today, he was quite upset about the simplified review I left. My husband was upset that we were stuck with a $300 bill for, in the end, essentially nothing. He said he wanted our money back. The response was "You want me to pay you to take the review down?" They don't care about taking care of clients, only protecting their reputation. Otherwise, the response would have been "How can we make this right? What can we do to resolve your issue? Maybe we could compromise and refund part of the labor?" Nope.They work slowly and lie about warranty coverage. DO NOT GO TO AUTO-LAB

Everyone at Auto-Lab is wonderful! Jason, Kubi & John upfront keep the work comin' for the guys in the back. Sarge always works on my car and I will never have another mechanic. Jose, Josh and Matt round out the best shop in town.

I will definitely be back. They have done work on two different vehicles of mine and I am completely satisfied with every service I've had done by them. Not once did I ever wonder what was going on with my truck. They get an A+ in communication. I would recommend them to anyone.

I normally don t write reviews but I felt obligated due to the fact of how impressed I am with this place. I ve had a lot of bad experiences with mechanics and Auto Lab fixed that problem immediately. They are all really great and trustworthy people that will get the job done right and put your mind at ease. I would recommend them to anybody. 5 stars, great job guys!

My car had a horrible wobble. I was unsure what the problem was. I was thinking it was a wheel bearing an I took it in for them to see what the problem was. They called back an told me my tires were shot. They offered me a very good price. Without a warranty but good price. The wobble is gone. My car drive amazing. I'm happy. Will return back for sure. Thank you all.

Awesome place. Took my thoughts and concerns about my Avenger into account, kept me updated on what needed to be done. My only complaint is the size of the parking lot, especially with how busy they can get!But hey, a busy auto shop is a good sign imo! I highly doubt I'll be going anywhere else for work on my Car!

I took my 2011 Durango here. It had some electrical bugs and was acting funny. They took care of me in an hour for a nominal fee. I was so happy with them I brought my 1971 Chevelle SS and had it gone thru from front to back. Travis and Jason are wonderful. Honest excellent service at a affordable price. My family and I feel safe in our vehicles because of them. Choose them and you will not regret it.

I am so pleased with these guys at Auto Lab!! They are so honest in diagnosing your vehicle. My van was leaking oil and it turned out that the filter that they had installed 2 weeks previously had a small pin hole which was causing the oil to leak and cause it to smoke like crazy! Now they could have been dishonest and said it was due to a bad head gasket or oil pan gasket and charged me through the nose like some of these other car repair shops. Travis at Auto lab and all the other mechanics there are the best honest mechanics around!! I will never go to another repair shop as long as they are in business!!!!!!!!!!!!
