I have videos total rip off were out of 3000 and both cars came back worst I almost got into a collision leaving a collision shop 800 for a radiiator that I did not approve of they got over on my boyfriend twice the first time I made it two blocks up the street and radiator fluid came crashing out inside the car and darkSmoke threw the vents suddenly I could not see anything the windows were all steamed up I was on 8 mile the cars saw what was going on and slowed down to help me navigate over to safety took the car back talked to the manger anyway they took the car to fix it so why should we pay again was my question so we did five days later another 800 suppose to fix the heater coil hose ridiculous right myboyfriend paid it he just wanted the cars fixed now we re here I m driving no where we have no money and he said no refunds lmao pathetic please don t go here it s a scam following me on tic tic chero shanna I m going to post a; few videos it s sad so bear with me not to mention we have to drive slow in my boyfriend truck after they fixed the axcel it s still very wobbly . Don t trust them it s a sham

As a woman car owner, I love this shop. They take great care of my vehicles. Always in and out. I been a customer since 2020. I have took 2 different vehicles and I appreciate their service and honesty. I recommend this place!

Going to United auto and collision was the greatest decision I made. They repaired a dent on my driver side door and made it look just like new. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their vehicles. They are very nice and professional. Also very timely finished work on my car super quick with an outstanding result. I have a 2005 Altima and Luke always takes the best care of me! I come here for all of my work and they are always honest and give me the best solutions to get my vehicle fixed. This place is a total rip off. I paid $129 for my car to be diagnosed. 2020 vehicle well maintained with no prior issues. It took 2 days for them to tell me I had a bad engine although I knew when I took it there it was just a fuel issue. They were trying to charge me $2200 for engine work. I was advised to take my car somewhere else for second opinion. I asked them to put my car back like it was so I could get it towed elsewhere.When I get to the new shop, I learned United didn t put the car back the way it was when they got it. Plugs and wires were not reconnected properly. Don t waste your time or money here.Service: Air conditioning

My truck broke down I called AAA they sent this company's tow truck out and they referred me to the shop. I waited for the Diagnostic check It was my alternator and they tried to charge 650.00 for the parts plus labor. Ladies be careful that was a very high price so after researching I got my part for 170 and labor for 200 at Highland Park tire. Also the tow truck left scratches all over the front bumper. They take on more business then they can handle! Communication is poor...lies are being told...and don't expect your vehicle back in a timely fashion! I really hate I let the United tow truck driver refer me to them! I should have followed my first mind and had my vehicle towed to my original location! I really hope they're willing to give me my $130 diagnostic fee back when I have my vehicle towed to another shop

Really wish I could give them zero stars. They pick my daughters car up for a flat tire she was then later called and told they totaled her car. How do you pick up a car for a flat tire and total the car. And then gets an attitude with my daughter because his worker is incompetent. I would not give this racist business any of your money. Red the owner will call you out of your name and blame you. And if you re a woman I really advise you not to do any business with them. I thought this was a good place because it was one of the AAA vendors but AAA is a failure also along with this business.

They did a good job diagnosing and repairing a starter problem for me. Car was towed in on a Friday evening and completed and picked up mid-day Saturday. The estimate was reasonable and precise. Though it would be a schlep, I would consider taking my other vehicles there for repairs.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I was referred to United Auto & Collision by a friend of mine about 2 years ago, I can honestly say that was the best referral I ve ever got. Luke and all his other staff members are very professional and great to their customers. You can totally trust him with your car and his pricing is amazing. I promise you, you WILL NOT find another mechanic that will charge you less!! Now with his new location, customers can actually wait in a lounge area(with beverages & treats provided) while your car is getting fixed, very nice & convenient place he s got there!!!!

I was very pleased when i walked in the place. Someone was there to greet me. They offered me coffee and water, this place was clean. They were able to get my car in soon as i arrived. The mechanics were very great, they told me what was wrong with my car and gave me. a estimate of how much it would cost. They did the work fast, I would recommend everyone to get there car service hear if u want to. Be back on the road the same day

My aunt came here to get a sensor put on her van. The young man, Mike, at the front desk, was very respectful and helpful. Although her repairs took several hours, they made her feel welcomed. They supplied coffee, donuts and great service. The job was thoroughly completed. This is a fairly new shop that has opened in the area. I would highly recommend them.

My heater core went out this Winter and United Auto & Collision came through and fixed my vehicle in 48 hours turn around so that I can stay warm in our cold weather. This is hands down the best shop I've been too. They care about their customers and communicated throughout the entire process to make sure only the heater core was the primary issue. Also there waiting area has candy, coffee, water & a TV. Thanks guys!

Hands down the best auto and collision shop! From the amazing staff, to the cleanliness, professionalism, amazing and precise work, and of course, their honesty (which is extremely hard to find)! I came in with complaints of hearing a weird noise while I drive. They inspected my truck, gave me a quote (which was extremely reasonable), ordered my part, and fixed it all in the same day. Their number one concern is to make sure each customer is totally satisfied, which is extremely important in this line of business. I've been to many repair shops who try to tell you 1000 things are wrong with your truck to try to make money, that is not the case here! Everyone needs to choose United for all their auto needs! You will not be disappointed!

One word- WOW! Anything you need done to your vehicles, go to United auto and collision! They re honest with everything they do and work fast! You will never have to wait for an extremely long time here. The workers are all so nice and won t play you with prices. I m so happy with my experience here and I will definitely be back for anything my car needs. You will leave here 150% satisfied!

United Auto Collision moved from Tireman Ave. to 8 Mile Rd. Length of service was extremely long without sufficient customer service status or follow-up calls. Communication needs extreme improvement for adequate customer satisfaction. As a woman, my service was consistently horrible. Long or absent returns on calls. A simple tuneup including fluid levels could not be verified. A gear shifter was wrongly installed in my vehicle for $500+ which after 4 miles caused my car to overheat, a head gasket to fail. Failed head gasket = failed motor, which all adds up to I have to buy a new car. Women DO NOT GO TO UNITED AUTO COLLISION WITHOUT A MECHANIC. Better yet, go someplace where you will receive respect, service and your vehicle will be treated, as the technicians treat their own vehicles. I am out of $500 and I have to buy a new car

LOU and ACK plus MOE in the back have been very helpful. When I come in for a oil change I never wait long! It s always in and out. I had my car towed to them through triple A, and found out what was going on. They worked with me and my mother. They told me that it would take a hour to put on 3 used tires. It took 2 hours and I now have to go back because all of these tires are bad and not hiding air.

Hands down. The best car repair shop. I had a issue with my car. They fixed it and I had to bring it back. They fixed it. No headache. And they didn't take advantage of me being a woman. Thanks again. I definitely will refer my friends and family to your shop!!

Worst Shop I Ever Been To...Asually I'm in the process of taking them to court. If u have AAA United tow truck has that Contract. Do not I Repeat Do Not let them talk u into taking your car to this shop it's there shop. They will charge u for work they didn't do and mess up the work they do try to accomplish ..I have nothing to Gain by giving a bad review but helping others so I Repeat Do Not Take Your Car To This SHOP. I will be making a post about this shop online with more details and proof .

Very!Very!very! Poor customer service and no communication whats so ever!! And I was a insurance claim so they got paid!!! Took me through so much to pay them and didn't inform of of other things wrong with the vehicle so it could be fixed before it was picked up which was very unsafe. I would highly recommend not using this shop for anything.

My Ex-husband took his car there and they work was horrible, they didn't grease the axle nor ball joint after repairing. They also didn't put the braking system back on after repairing the axle lower control arm. This could have caused an unfortunate accident. I wouldn't recommend anyone to have their car fixed there. I see them going to court one day for their repairs. I would not have given United Auto & Collision one star, however I could post without it.Service: Steering & suspension repair

My tow truck driver recommended United Auto and Collison. I am very pleased with the work and service. I would recommend this repair shop to family and friends. I am so glad I received A1 customer service from everyone involved.
