Part department is awesome. I ordered bumper and window seal for my 350z on Friday. And on Tuesday it s ready to pick up. Aaron even replied to my email after work. Thanks a lot!

Took my car in for a couple recall items, and they also caught that my battery was corroding and needed some attention. Their shuttle service was prompt and the driver Lionel was so friendly! When I came back to pick up the car, they had washed it. Always a great experience when I'm at Tamaroff. Will continue taking my car there for service as long as I own it!

It was excellent. I love coming to your service area. All staff is friendly. Jason, my service tech always explain things to me. He never tries to pressure me into buying extras. If a particular service is going to be needed soon he lets me know and the cost. This allows me to save and put it in my budget.

It was my first time here and Mark took good care of me. He was very nice and so was Jason.The only complaint I have is, there was no Hand sanitizer in the customer lounge empty container, so I didn't enjoy having coffee or dounuts.Thank you

Very nice customer service. I had a good deal while traded my old car and bought the certified Nissan Altima 2015 with very low mileage. The salesperson was very friendly and he did the most to help me get the best deal for the price I wanted. Also, the financial department was very clear and detailed while offering many choices to finance the car. So, I got e good low financing rate. Besides having a good car I wanted, I am happy to be a Nissan Tamaroff customer because I know that you will always receive great, honest, and friendly services you deserve.

I've never been disappointed at Tamaroff. The employees are incredibly kind and they're extremely efficient. The waiting area is super nice too and the free wifi makes it very easy to work while I'm waiting for my car!

My experience at Tamaroff was more than amazing. Shameem was an amazing assistance to me the entire time. He was patient, and took as much time as I needed to find the car I was looking for. I was very pleased with my entire experience. My experience makes me want to come back again when my lease is over to get another car!

I was pleased when I called last minute about an oil change and they fit me into their already busy schedule. Everyone was very friendly, answered all my questions and got me out in a timely manner. Nice waiting area as well

Told me they could not find a noise in my car when there was an obvious problem.Well there was a reply from the dealership that was totally inadequate - it was an apology when there should have been a reduction in the charge for the service since I wasted a half day bringing the car in and having the problem missed.The car was brought back at my insistence that something was wrong and they found that there was a major issue that required a $500 bill.

I am satisfied with the service I received. I was however disappointed that everyone who arrived without an appointment was taken ahead of me. What is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait an hour and a half for a simple check up and oil change.

Very Clean waitting room and work shop. The staff Very good PR skills the manager on duty 11/10/16 informed me of the work that was needed to keep my 2009 Nissan running good. The Tamaroff Nissan Team all was very professional.

Service area is always neat and clean. Ease of scheduling appointment online and received prompt and courteous service upon arrival. My car was serviced and I was out the door and on my way to work in less than an hour.

Fast, friendly......they even washed AND vacuumed my car!!!!! Wow I surprised!!! hats off to the service department!! Oh let me not forget to mention I made the appointment the same day and they had an opening and was so glad to provide me with service

Service staff is always friendly and makes you want to come back and just hang out with them. Even though only a small set of the staff know me by name, I still feel like most are friends.

everything is always stellar when i bring my 350z in for service! the reps guide me through everything involved, and even when i bring my car in for an oil change, i'm surprised that my car is washed and the interior cleaned. thank you!!

Had to have my car towed to see what the problem was it took them several days to get to it and then I had to wait a day for the part to come in but overall my car is back working perfectly so I have no complaints.
