I walked in just to see maybe trade-in my 2021 Kicks for something with more bells & whistles to drive for a long time. Walked out with a 2023 used Kicks SR with <1500 miles on it. I enjoyed working with Rhonda!I walked away from a 60 car white out pile up in 2022. Why would I not stay with a Kicks?!

Rhonda has been my Sales Consultant for 6years. Rhonda is AWESOME!! She is always very pleasant and she has made my car purchasing at Tamaroff a very very pleasant experience. Rhonda always makes herself available to questions.Rhonda is SUPERB!!! The BEST !!

I was looking to get a newer car for myself as I had only had older cars and I had always put more money into fixing them than I had initially bought them for. Candy was super helpful with the process and was very patient with me as I was almost not able to drive away with my new Nissan because of insurance issues but I was determined to go home with my new car. It took some time but Candy along with some other staff were all very nice and helpful along the way. Their communication was great and they are very good about following up and making sure I was liking my new car so far. I ve only had my Nissan a couple days now but i feel much more safer driving on the road in a much more reliable car.

I purchased a previously owned SUV. Working with Candy was very nice! Candy was extremely patient. My buying process took several days because I just couldn't find what I wanted. Candy assured me that Tamaroff Nissan has new vehicles coming in daily. She stayed in touch with me the entire time. She listened to features I was looking for, showed me options of several cars within the budget I requested, sent me pictures and links, and even stayed late at the dealership with me. I felt Candy had my best interests in mind, and wasn t pushy or aggressive whatsoever. I never felt pressured to make a decision. She found me a vehicle I'm in love with now. My experience was top notch. Rhonda and her team were gracious, professional, and patient with us during the entire process. Made appointment and dropped car off at appointment time(10am) for tie rod recall, oil and tire rotation. Called next day at 2pm to check status and was told someone will call me back. No one called me back. I called again and was told technician has not looked at car yet because they are short on technicians. I told them please at least have my oil changed and tires rotated so the car didnt just sit there for 2 full days without nothing being done. They said ok. I called next day and they said everything was done including recall. I picked up the car and when i got home I noticed my mileage was about 50 miles more than what my invoice shows when i dropped car off. I know they test drove car but I live 20 miles away from dealer so that means they drove my car for 30 miles. I called and spoke to service manager and didnt get a clear answer but was told will look into it and reach back out yo me, which they never did. Then I noticed a finger nail on me passenger seat from someone biting their nails. No one sits in my car but me cuz this is my work car so had to be person test driving it. Also after couple days my tire and oil maintenance lights came on because they never reset the maintenance reminder. Usually I have a good experience but not this time.

I bought my Nissan Rogue from Tamaroff Nissan of Southfield. I had some issues with the car. My car was under the warranty. I made appointment and drop off my car on Monday. I called them on the Thursday to see what's happening with my car and they told me that they were not able to check what's happening with my car. My car was sitting there for almost a four days and they did nothing. They didn't provide me other car so I have to rent the one. The most awful service and experience a had in my life. Do not go there for a service or to buy the car.

Rhonda and Tamaroff Nissan made an out of state purchase as easy and painless as it possibly could be. Being an enthusiast hunting a hard to find, very specific vehicle was no big deal for her! She was very open and was very easy to get in touch with when I had questions! I would definitely recommend working with them the next time you are in the market for a vehicle!

I sat in a dealership almost four hours and only to learn that the car I hoped to purchase was no longer available! I randomly called Tamaroff from search for Nissan dealership online. I spoke with Leo and he promised he'd take care of me. I work as RN and the car I'd had for almost 10 years died on me. I had already exhausted catching rides to and from work and I desperately needed a new car. When I arrived Leo had the exact Nissan I'd tried to purchase earlier at another dealership. The dealership gave me a better price, better interest rates, and above all Leo was super AMAZING. He took care of everything. He made sure I knew how to operate the vehicle especially since I hadn't purchased a brand new vehicle in over 23 years. This is a great dealership, the staff was amazing. I met the service staff as well. They really want you to have an excellent experience selling you their vehicles. Great customer service is what I look for in a dealership and Leo definitely shows that. Thank you for making my first brand new vehicle purchase in over 23 years be an awesome experience!

The entire experience was great, from the check-in with the service technician, to the coffee and free wi-fi in the customer lounge. I arrived right when they opened, hoping they could take me early.The work was done within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, and I was on my way earlier than I expected. I would highly recommend.

Rhonda was great to deal with and I was very happy with the vehicle I leased. After turning it in at the end of the lease and checking my digitally signed paperwork for my termination fee, I discovered that I was charged $800+ for 3 years of theft protection which entailed glass etching on an 18 month lease that I did not have. I don t know why anyone would pay for 3 years of coverage on a year & a half lease. I was rushed and lied to when electronically signing on an iPad and was told that I was declining all add-on protection when we reached that form. Word to the wise...take your time and scroll through everything that you are signing and do not take the finance persons word for it. Lesson learned and will take my business elsewhere.

Highly Recommend! Rhonda Walter was great to work with and really very polite gave good explanation about the facilities. She went beyond to secure our desired SUV and ensure top quality service. He also kept us well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with her and definitely recommend her .

The body shop was rude got into a car accident in November And did not want to give me any information regarding my my vehicle., Did not want to give me any assistance for any type of ride. I was a couple minutes late because of my car getting into an accident for an appointment and was belittled. My family owns a Nissan I will go to a different dealership.

Rhonda was great to work with!! She made things easy and answered all my questions. Rhonda and this dealership exceed my expectations. So much so that even though I live 5 mins from Suburban Nissan, I will continue to only go to Tamaroff Nissan because of the wonderful customer service I received!
