Dishonest placeHeat didn't work on the driver's side of my car. I self diagnosed that the heater core was clogged and asked for a heater core flush. I declined diagnosis as I was 99% sure it was the problem. I paid $400 only for this dealership to tell me there was no change in my problem and I should pay for their diagnosis. I didn't fault them and accepted that my self diagnosis was wrong, or so I thought.I went to another place the same week. They told me the heater core was clogged and that I need to flush it. I told them that's not possible; I just had it done at the dealership. They told me either the dealership did it wrong or didn't do it, it's clearly the problem. They flushed it in 30 minutes for $80 and it COMPLETELY SOLVED my problem.I went back to this dealership to ask for a refund on my $400 since another place fixed my problem using the exact same flush this dealership failed to do successfully, and of course was denied, saying I should've gotten the diagnosis. And that "maybe it had to be done twice to be effective". What a joke.Conclusion: I was correct with my self diagnosis and solution, they couldn't do it properly but gladly took my $400I do not recommend bringing your cars here.

Would not pick up the phone and the rerouted line from the help desk led to a dead line. Scheduled an appointment online and apparently there was nothing in the system. In turn they made me wait 4 hours for service and gave no accommodation or even acknowledgement for their faulty online and phone system. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Car was serviced and returned in a day. Also got an estimate for repairs from the on-site body shop that was cheaper than I'd assumed it would be and then easily arranged to rent a car from them (also cheap) while waiting for the body shop to fix my door. I get that most dealerships are slammed, so wasn't too upset to wait on the body repair. These guys are easier to deal with and more responsive than Page, which is why we switched.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I'll never own another honda in my life. I typically have a decent experience with Honda. Now I cant say the same. I dropped my car off after being in an auto accident the end of January 2023. They let me know all the repairs are complete except the airbag diagnostic unit mid February. Now if they had of given me a realistic date as to when my car would be ready I could have prepared for this financially. I still do not have my car. Every delivery date has been extended that they have given me. They get my hopes up then shatter them. They arent financially on the hook for anything. I on the other hand have a car note and insurance I have to continue to pay...on time. I have had my rental so long that my insurance coverage has ended and I am coming out of pocket now. Everything is just open ended. However, they keep getting new vehicles on the lot. They dont refuse customers in need of repairs. They get your car and just sit on it until the part comes in. They dont know if the part is coming for sure on dates they provide. They have no tracking information. They have no loaners. They legally arent responsible for anything. My car is drivable but they say they "legally" can not and will not release it to me. They cant explain the legalities. Let them fix my car and I show up with out the money to pay for the repairs. They would have a fit and paint me and a bad customer. However I am supposed to be okay with this level of service. This also applies to those that work for corporate and their supplier. If there were no cars on the lot or being manufactured they'd have a leg to stand on but that isnt the case. I'll likely have to purchase a used vehicle to help alleviate the cost of waiting for my car repairs to be completed. This is despicable and someone needs to be help responsible.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I'd give zero stars. The service manager Mike is completely rude. Won't even service the problem on my car. I will never take my car here for service again. Nor will I buy a car from them. Go somewhere else. I will be contacting Honda financial as well. As this is a lease car and they won't even fix their own vehicle that's still under warranty. I cant say enough how unprofessional Mike is. Save yourself and go anywhere else

My experience was wonderful! The customer service was excellent, sure the waiting time was a bit long, but I was very satisfied. One gentleman appraised my car but was too early for me to trade it in, but I appreciated him for doing that. I came there for a wheel alignment check, but the coupon that I presented didn't work. But I was able to show my email to use another coupon. So I saved a few dollars, which is always great. A very happy customer!

The drop off was quick and easy. I had a little request to check a problem and it was taken care off without any issues.The staff was extremely friendly and was willing to listen to my questions and not try to show their superior knowledge ( which they have as one can see by their servicing technique).It was a great experience and their online service scheduling is a great tool to get appointments fast and easy.If they could also have an online payment portal it would be great, but that's a suggestion and definitely not a complaint.Will definitely keep going back more than regularly.

It was great.. My service guy, which I can't remember his name (sorry) had a great smile, he was friendly and helpful.. I needed a oil change and the wait was about 30 minutes. Which is not bad at all. They had donuts, coffee and bagels in the lobby. They washed my car which was awesome!!! Because it saved me time, that was going to be my next stop after getting oil changed, but there was no need. Thank you so much.

None. They had my car in on an appointment to check a hub, had it two days & never got to it. I picked it up. Attempted another try, asked upfront & was told it would take up to two days to look at it. Called another Honda dealer & was told I could just wait there for the inspection. The 1st time they were going to tie my vehicle up for days without informing me.

Best dealership experience ever! Nice and professional! Received my car washed and vacuumed with no additional charge! No hard sale for extra services. Did what they said they would and provided a shuttle service! Check out area was clean organized and had friendly staff and they thank you for choosing them and they show their appreciation for your business. I will be back!

Getting appointment online with Tamaroff was convenient. Service representative who welcomed me and asked about the service needs was very friendly and knowledgeable. He addressed all of my concerns. Waiting area had a relaxed atmosphere with hot coffee and donuts. Overall my service experience was very good.

This was my first service at this dealership. I received very good service. I appreciated the nice, neat waiting area and it just happens that Detroit Factory bagels are my favorite! I look forward to using this dealership for services in the future. I noticed that they really took considerate care of my vehicle and that will keep me coming back.

The people in the service department were wonderful!I had not been to Tamaroff Service before so I don't know all the ins and outs to the location. As I was parking in the lot, a gentleman came out and asked if I was there for service. I said yes and he directed me to the correct area to pull up to so I didn't have to get out of the car in the rain.Everyone inside the department was friendly and attentive. They offered coffee, tea, and breakfast as well as a shuttle if I needed one. They also had free wifi so I could work while I waited.Generally taking your car in for service is a pain, but this was a breeze! Relaxing atmosphere, friendly faces and the services that I need to continue with my day. Thanks for your help! I will bring my car to Tamaroff from here on out!

1st oil change was a breeze. I was in and out in less than 30 min and they washed my truck. The service advisor was polite and efficient. Waiting room was pleasant and I was able to get work done while on my laptop. Only blemish to the experience was the porter who got in the passenger side for whatever reason left muddy tracks on my mats and nerf bar after the car wash but it's not the end of the world.

All staff were quite polite and everything went smooth. There was a little more standing around (maybe 7 minutes) than I would have liked, having made an appointment, but I didn't arrive exactly on time, either. Shuttle service was helpful, everyone was nice. Thanks!

Mark and the service manager at Tamaroff went above and beyond to take great care of me and my family when our van's engine misfired. It's a known issue with 2013 Odysseys, and Honda pays for 100% of those repairs (great surprise). Even better? Mark gave me a loaner van (a brand new one, to boot!!!!) FOR FREE until our van was fixed. It was an easy, seamless repair experience. I was already a satisfied customer but their amazing customer service has made me an enthusiastic advocate for their dealership. Highly recommend!!

I was taken care of right away and was processed pretty quickly. I was told it would take 45minutes to an hour for my scheduled oil change, but it did take an hour and 15 minutes. I also gave a coupon at arrival and then the service rep forgot to take it off at the end and I had to call him to the checkout register to fix. But it seems that my car is running better and I am assuming it was a good oil change and tire rotation. The waiting area was pretty nice- good seats, snacks/drinks, and television. The wi-fi code was not visible to make it easy to use.

From the very beginning to the end I felt comfortable and accepted by the whole staff at Tamaroff. Staff was friendly and kind, even when I had to reschedule three times. Everyone was thorough and helpful, from service to shuttle to cashier. And the coupons emailed to me enabled me to get a discount. I will definitely continue being serviced by Tamaroff Honda.

As always an excellent service experience. Have been using Tamaroff service department for 13 years and never had a bad experience no matter what the service was for. Have never felt like I was being ripped off like I have at other dealers. In fact the write up person I try to use has even told me to take my older Accord to a 3rd party shop as it would be cheaper. How is that for honesty? Cannot say enough for Mark Prebee the write up person I like to work with. Very caring and wants to make sure the customer is satisfied. One of the reasons I keep coming back.

As long as I've been getting my car serviced at Tamaroff Honda it has been by making a online appointment which works great for me. Am taken care of by Mark Prebee and advised as to what my car is due for and asked what I would like to have taken care of at the time. It's always been a fast friendly experience.

Started realizing a year after an insurance fix that water was leaking through the parts around the door even though the door was untouched damage wise and should have been just removed and not disassembled in the fix. Now a another year on from that it is becoming a problem for the car more and more. Typical useless ****s that except other brands but then do a generic fix instead of obtaining the proper manual. Even I as a non mechanic, but with the official repair instructions, can see how much of a **** up cheap job they did even though they knew they were guaranteed the insurance pay and ran a week over on time so they should have been able to do it right. Several parts were missing, broken, or just chopped off. Have had a proper repair technician look at it, they said your craftsmanship is **** at best.

They went above and beyond to take care of my car. They had a loaner waiting on me when I arrived, and even let me keep it longer when they discovered a recall on my car's airbag which they fixed. They kept me constantly updated on my car's status and the price for all the work they did. Fantastic job.

Tamaroff fixed the transmission of my 13 year old Honda Odyssey in a nice short time. It runs smooth as can be now. I have to add that their service manager is really nice, and even had my car warmed up when I picked it up in a rush on a cold winter morning (I'd called ahead and said that when I was picking it up I was trying to get somewhere in a hurry.) Super nice people!

The only complaint I have is that they don't offer wheel alignment check for free. Other dealers will check it for you, and will only charge if the alignment is off...Here I was told be it check or correct, Im going to have to pay the full price as the vehicle is put on the equipment. But otherwise, no complaints. Good service overall.

Took my 2015 Honda Pilot in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did a great job, made me aware of some filters that were in need of replacement and washed my car as well as vacuumed the carpet inside. Very happy with their service!

Great service. Easy to book online or on the phone, comfortable lounge. I come here for my regular maintenance and even when I have had something come up suddenly it has been no trouble getting it taken care of. Would highly recommend!

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I received both in short order along with a car wash. During the service call I had a hot cup of coffee, donuts and read a USA Today newspaper in their comfortable waiting area. The service representative explained everything to me with his usual smile.

I'd dealt with this particular Honda dealership for quite some time. Unfortunately that bit has ended. I paid $150 for a diagnostic that wasn't ran. The print out contained nothing about what I sent my car there for. The tech and serviceman guessed what the problem was without any kind of testing or even looking at my vehicle. Terrible experience, AND I'm out of $150.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went in to get my car serviced from the place I leased my car. Service was good and work was done timely. They even reminded me of the recall the car had and completed that at the same time. Will be going back again for my oil changes and any other car service needs.
