This is the best auto place I ve been in months. They were very efficient and attentive. They were able to fix my problem and under 15 minutes. I ll definitely be back here. 10 out of 10 recommend and now my brake lights are both functional and I am very grateful.

My car wasn t running and I had no clue what was wrong. I told SIMON my issue and he knew what it was before even taking a look at it. He gave me a great price on the repair and I was out the next day. Great guy, very respectful, he has my full support and trust.

This is the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic.� I had a rattling sound in my car, and went to a major repair chain for a quote.� I was given an outrageous number, plus thousands more in repairs I was told were necessary right away.� I knew I was being ripped off, and luckily found Southfield Auto Repair.� The owner was able to give me a quick quote at an extremely reasonable price, and was available�for me to drop off my car that day.� He was also able to arrange a ride back to my place.� He finished replacing my rear shock that day (what the major chain told me was causing the rattle), and got me a ride back to the shop.� He let me know to call if I still heard anything-- he was standing behind his repair and wanted to make sure I was satisfied.� I called again a few days later because I heard a rattle, and he took the time to ride around with me to make sure he heard what I was hearing so he could fix what the major chain missed.� He also noticed something else that was wrong, and let me know exactly what needed to be done, fixed that, and also printed off all the open recalls on my car.� He was so responsive and honest during the whole process.� I have recommended this shop to my friends and family,�I cannot�say enough positive things about them.� I've been driving around for a month with the repairs and it still is working great, I am so very thankful to this shop for taking care of my car and making the experience as painless as possible.� Thank you thank you thank you!!

If you want fast and efficient service you won't be disappointed. They do great work here but ask for Simon he went over and beyond, great communication and impeccable customer service. It was my first time and overall Im impressed with his level of service provided.

I rate this place 5 stars. They got me in and out with a very reasonable price. They even offer to take you home if you live in the area and don t have a ride home. I definitely found a auto repair shop that I trust!!! You should check this place out if you re having car troubles they will fix it!

My car was towed in with multiple issues. Simon took time to thoroughly explain what we going on. He did a great job and I would def recommend him. He is now my go to guy for repairs.

My muffler fell off on Greenfield right in front of the gas station. Simon was a great help. He got us in promptly and immediately took care of the issue. The price was reasonable and the customer service was exceptional! Thank you Southfield Auto Repairs and Services!

Simon and the team were great! I went in for a smaller service and he was able to get me in immediately and the job was completed well. I would refer to their services as being very professional and performing like a subject matter expert with car repair and vehicle service.

It was an emergency!! Ran over something that disconnected my engine splash shield and this was the second time I ve been to this shop!! Simon helped me!!! Again!! He does not over charge like most people! Steve put my shield back on for me!! Please please please, for your mechanical needs, go see Simon and Steve!!!! They are pleasant and awesome!!!

I had issues with my car and needed to get it checked. I am so glad that I found this place. Simon -the owner was very patient to listen through my observations and provided his insights. He recommended that my car required a spark plug and coil replacement, which I got done. He and the staff at this service shop were not only helpful but also quick in performing the repair. Simon also provided pick up service as I didn't have anybody to drive me to the service shop. Highly recommend this place !

Southfield Auto Repair & Service is the best. I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. I explained why I was there, (to have a brake lightbulb replaced). He asked what side, I said drivers side and he said what is today,I said Thursday and he said we do not do that side on Thursday, so I said is there a place you can recommend, and he said he was only joking. He checked out my lights, replaced one that he did not like the way it looked, and said please come back if goes out again. Great customer service. I will be going back whenever necessary, and I will send referrals. Thank you and keep up the good work.

First time there and service was awesome. My car was acting up and I was going different places and was told different things could be wrong and quoted for crazy amounts. Went here and we figured out what the issue was and fixed it it immediately. I m very happy and this will be where I bring my car from now on thank you!

Simon is the best. He diagnosed the problem on my car, which was very expensive, a rack and pinion. Even though this is a very expensive job, he gave me a fair price. I have brought him my car in the past for a battery, an oil change, and a power steering pump. Always works fast and charges a cheaper price than everyone else. Thanks Simon!

Hello i was coming to change my headlight bulb and i was greeted by simon that started to work on my car immediately. He was very informative about my car and all the issues with it. They changed my headlight bulb and told me about my headlight not working properly. My overall experience at Southfield auto repair & towing was phenomenal. I would be coming back from now on if i have any issues with my car. 10/10 service would definitely recommend this auto repair shop.

We strive to do the best and the best was what I experienced today. I still can t believe how Simon made sure my vehicle was up and running and didn t charge me to plug my tires. I m definitely going to have all repairs done by them, and recommend him to everyone I know. The staff is friendly, professional, and courteous. So glad my vehicle was towed there.

I have been using Southfield auto repair for all my car maintenance. This is hands down one of the best, most trusting car shop I have ever used. Professional, knowledgeable and kind!!! I also have never had to do a revisit for the same issue.

Southfield Auto repair is reliable, honest and operate with integrity, i recommend anyone who is looking for some great mechanics. Hilal took the time to answer any questions i may have and provided me with all available options from repair to replacement. I m very happy to been referred to Southfield auto repair, once i had a repair very minor and Hilal was kind enough to repair without charged. Latest repair service went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place; also this a AAA certified shop

Oct 2023 - Simon and his team came through once again!! I recently received an alert indicating that the rear lamp failed on my car. Of course, called the "unnamed mechanic" who advised that it would cost $600 as that the full lamp required replacement, the part needed to be ordered and it would take a week or two to get in. Called Southfield Auto towing who advised me to pick up the bulb and bring it in the next day. Of course, the light is working, and it did not break the bank by any means. The integrity and workmanship of he and his team is impeccable. It takes all the anxiety out of taking your vehicle in for repairs knowing that you are in good hands. Many thanks to Simon and his team. CynthiaMay 2023 -The professional customer service rendered was outstanding. Simon and his team were great. The repairman not only replaced my turn signal light, but checked all of my lights. This service station has rendering this type of service for years. Congrats to Simon and his team!!!!!!!!!!!
