I ve been here a few times now. They did my rear break pads and rotors and I just recently had them install a fuel pump on my jeep. Overall the customer service is good. I did have one small issue that arose after my fuel pump was installed. For some reason I couldn t pump gas into my vehicle right after the fuel pump repair. I brought it back the next morning and they got me in right away. The mechanic noted that there was trash in my fuel line. The pipe going from the fuel door to the tank under the vehicle. After going back and forth in the shop a few times that morning, it was still having the same issue. At this point I noticed the owner mention to the mechanic that maybe I m lying to them and suggest that maybe this issue with my Jeep already persisted before I came to get the new fuel pump installed. This really bothered me because I m a loyal customer and I have no reason to lie about an issue that occurred right after the fuel pump was installed by their shop. Also I Doordash almost daily so I have to fill my tank up often or else I wouldn t be able to work. I spoke this over with the mechanic and he didn t want to get involved with what the owner had stated. The mechanic continued to try and help me fix the issue. He put it on the lift once more and finally cleared the clog. He stated that he heard a thump land into the fuel tank. Apparently the grit was built up in the line blocking the fuel from getting to the tank. The mechanic stated this could have been triggered from the vacuum caused by the new fuel pump sucking the grit/trash all together creating a clog in the line/pipe. Gas is now pumping fine into my tank. I appreciate the mechanic for not giving up and resolving the issue. That s why I m giving this location 5 stars. The prices are fair, the work has been fast. I will be shopping again with Mr. fix it.

They replaced my busted radiator hose. Did a great job. However, when another worker failed to put all the parts back on the engine. Unfortunately I didn't discover this until hours later the business had closed. I never thought to pop the hood when they brought the car out to me what a let down.

It actually pains me to write a poor review for this company. But I think it's the purpose of reviews so I'm going to do it.This wasn't the first time going here, but it was our first time disappointed.I took my son's dodge dart for a new starter. He said it was a pain in the arse to swap out but didn't charge extra.Immediately it sounded really bad when we started the car and it dies after a week.We brought it back, ask them to look at it. They said the battery is bad But we knew that wasn't true because we could push start the vehicle successfully and the voltage was solid.We decided ultimately to go to a new shop. One that had 5 star reviews. They swapped it out for less money than M fix it and it works perfectly.Furthermore, the second shop said that the starter was installed improperly not aligned, right? It was loose and the red wire was damaged and needed to be replaced.Like I said, I feel bad writing this because these guys were very nice and I truly trust them. And think that they would not rip someone off. However, their work can be shoddy. And the icing on the cake was the diagnosis of a bad battery. To be fair mr fix it was out with back surgery during that diagnosis.

I ve come here several times and they ALWAYS get me together with reasonable pricing. They don t rip you off like these other mechanics and they are timely. I d recommend to any and everyone !!

Love this place. Never feel like I m getting ripped off, which is a feeling I get in a lot of shops as a female. They are fast and get you back on the road.Not a lot of parking so it feels a bit crowded during busy times, but now I just try to drop off early or late and it works great!

Such a wonderful blessing to find such a quick, efficient, knowledgeable and super friendly business. They replaced my husband s battery and signal light in no time and had him back on the road. It s hard to find quality auto repair these days but this place is phenomenal.

Amazing customer service and experiencethey fixed my car within one day. I had problem with my car 2 shops were not able to find the problem. I LOVE this shop; the receptionist is pleasant and makes the BEST coffee. The owners are HONEST, friendly, and polite, and the prices are reasonable! I absolutely adore Abe; I call him Honest Abe. I've been a customer of this shop for about 10 yrs. Who doesn't need an honest, reasonably priced "certified" mechanic(s) who provides QUALITY WORK, make Mr. Fix-it your go-to mechanical shop!

My experience was A-1 Mr. Abe was polite and alerted me about other problems with my car that needed to be repaired. I was treated very well by all the workers they were very friendly they all appear to be dedicated to do their JOB. I would definitely recommend everyone to have their repair work to be done there.I will go there in the future if needed to have repairs done

I have trusted Mr. Fix it with my car repairs since 2014. They provide the best prices. I have gone to other mechanics and you won't find a better deal. Sunny, Eli and Abe treat you like family. If you need a mechanic in the Greater Detroit area, "Mr. Fix It" is where you need to be.

As a self taught mechanic who doesn t have time to work on his own vehicles, I m quite experienced when it comes to labor costs, repair times etc. of most repairs. After my mechanic of years was too busy to fit me in I decided to give this place a try due to the good reviews. Let s just say I won t be going back to my old mechanic. These guys are as honest, straight forward and professional mechanics as it gets. They get to your vehicle relatively quickly and the word they do is top notch. Abe was amazing! My car dealership couldn't fix an electrical issue without charging me more than double a down-payment on a new car. He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and without having to replace half of the car! I'm never taking my cars anywhere else!

Good mechanics prices are fair. Brought them a few vehicles as I live in the neighborhood. Every time I catch them with an open bay the car goes right in and is diagnosed within minutes accurately....Then given a fair price....Then I walk home and within a couple hours they call me and car is repaired. So for me, I have had nothing but good experiences. Definitely honest and up front. If they aren't swamped with work you'll have your diagnosis and cost of repair within 10 minutes of pulling into the shop which by itself is a service that you will not find anywhere else.

Mr. Fix-it does a very professional job, they are thorough and experienced mechanics and havethe best prices in the city. Mr. Fix-it is customer oriented and values customer satisfaction. They are masters in their field and very honorable and trustworthy. They take pride in their work. This is a very important element. This is a great place to take your vehicle for repairs. Abe and his team are extremely knowledgeable, and prices are reasonable. I first took my car in about two months ago, on a recommendation from my mother. Mr. Fix-It is now my go to when I need any work done on my car.

Took my 2002 ford Taurus in for a heater core flush and washer fluid hose assembly replacement . got a great price and done within a reasonable time . Abe and his team are great.

I went to this shop for a exhaust leak, and they quoted me $792 to replace my whole exhaust manifold!!Took it to another mechanic and the issue was just a manifold gasket. It was only $250 with parts and labor.These dudes tried to scam me out of my hard earned money, and that is truly not appreciated.

I am really not sure how people gave good rating. I was new to Detroit area and lady there charged me $475 for just brake-pad and rotor change. The same service I could get in $225 when I realized that she overcharged me and I asked one more auto shop. They are big liar or first do your analysis and then hit them, just don't go there blindly.

There sign & Google says they close at 6pm but they stop working at 4:30pm , they are holding up people cars for no reason if u need your car back soon don't go here. They are lazy bad for business I don't recommend.
