I can't say enough nice things about this place! It was so pretty inside and everyone was very professional and very sweet. Nick helped me and my family along the way with picking the car I wanted. He was very patient and answered any questions we had! He did very well and accommodated us when needed :) I love my car and feel very reassured after going through everything here at Motor City Mini!!

Had the most awesome experience here, after months of searching for a vehicle I found the car of my dreams with the help of Wahid and Richard. Amazing amazing people, best in the business. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Professional, patient, kind and went above and beyond to meet my needs and make my experience exciting and memorable. I love my new mini, thank you so much! I just bought a 2024 Countryman mini Cooper from Motor City Mini. I worked with Alex Sanchez. He was fabulous. We hadn t even parked our car in the lot and he already had come out of the building to greet us. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Picking up the vehicle/filling out paperwork was easy and he spent time explaining and demonstrating the features of the vehicle. He had a large bow and sign on it, displayed in the showroom which I felt was a great personal touch. I was very impressed with his sales ability

Motor City Mini sold me my dream car, a Seaside edition. The sales experience was very detailed with Antonio. The manager helped me with very specific requests on which model in production I wanted. The car in the lot wasn t perfect for me, but the dealer made me a fair offer on the incoming mini. Everything from the test drive, to discussing financing options, to closing the deal, went my way. Antonio also threw in baby gifts for my newborn son.

What a great experience I just had buying my first Mini from Motor City Mini! First of all, I really appreciate that they don t force you to buy a bunch of over priced accessories that are added to the window sticker by so many other dealerships. Their business model appears to be if you treat the customer right, they will come back .works for me! My salesman, Alex, could not have been more helpful - his attitude throughout was to do whatever it took to satisfy me and make the transaction as smooth as possible. I could not recommend him more highly. The same goes for Jim, the Business Manager with whom I dealt. Both of these gentlemen were professional, courteous and anxious to help. Thank you for a great buying experience, Motor City Mini.

Went to Motor City Mini after a month or better of research. Test drove the three models we were interested in, and chose the 2020 Mini Countryman S all 4. Great vehicle and great service! Nassim and Jim were great to work with and very knowledgeable and accommodating to our questions and concerns. Would definitely deal with them again in the future!

Can t say enough good things about my experience at Motor City MINI. Richard the New Car Manager is a rock star. I probably wouldn t have been able to get my new MINI if it wasn t for all of his help. He is amazing and kept me updated every step of the way. Nassim and Jim were awesome as well. Will definitely be back for my next MINI!

I see why this company is highly respected and rated . I had one of the best car buying experience today with these guys. Nassim , Joe and the everyone else were absolutely brilliant professionals and kind and the set up was warm and inviting. I m so glad I came to do business with them . I greatly appreciate their service and getting me a new I absolutely love it . I will continue to do business with them in the future. I would recommend them to anyone.

Motor City MINI is #1 thanks to Richard Martinelli, Nassim, Jhin, Jim and Danielle!!! in august the turbo went bad on our 2016 cooper S. Jhin gave Tracy the bad news. When she told Jhin we had purchased the Cooper S from Motor City Jhin investigated and located our file. He learned that we had purchased our car from Richard who was now the sales manager. Jhin made Richard aware of our MINI's plight and they both went into action. Jhin was able to work with the extended warranty company on our behalf and his advocacy (along with Richard's) helped make the case for us. The price without their help was 8650.00. Jhin and Richard's efforts brought our MINI back to us for just 1700.00 our cost. The car drives like the speed racer it is!! It is because of their efforts that we decided to buy another car while we waited for our 2016 to be repaired. Our sales person Nassim was awesome and he had a lot to live up to since he was following Richard. Even though Richard wasn't our direct sales person he became involved with the purchase in order to make sure it was just as smooth as the first time. When we purchased our 2016 MINI we had kids with us (after school in Feb 2020). Richard was engaging and actually helped keep our son who was 9 entertained for the 3+ hours we were there. Tracy and I have never forgotten this. It is for this reason that we will always be MOTOR CITY MINI customers. What an awesome place. The employees and owner are friendly and seem genuinely interested in providing the best service possible. Alex, our salesman, was incredible. He was friendly, professional, thorough, and well informed. Motor City Mini is not in our hometown but it was well worth the drive! I highly recommend!!

My wife and I bought a new Mini Cooper here yesterday. We worked with Nassim and really enjoyed our experience. He made the process simple, took care of all the details and we are very happy. We stopped one day and test drove 3 different cars. Stopped by again a number of days later to pick up the car we chose. Nassim's knowledge, great service and attention to detail made this an easy and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend Nassim and Motor City Mini.

Recently had my car totaled and went in to see what they had on the used lot. Looked around the used lot and Wahid really helped me narrow down the choices in my budget. Once we had picked a car him and one of the Managers Joe got my deal done in record time even with the complications of having my original car totaled. I was legitimately shocked buying a car could be this easy.

I will never use their service/parts department again. I paid $400 for a new key. They told me it did not need to be programmed. I waited 3 days with my car stranded at the airport. I drove 45 minutes twice to order and pick up the key. They told me it would work. I then paid $65 to Uber to the airport. The key did not work. I was stranded at the airport in a dark parking lot. I had to Uber home again. I called the next morning and they just told me that a couple people must not of known. It s a five-year-old car and this is the dealership it s their job to know. They proceeded to tell me That if I just had the car towed there that they would program the key. I had already spent a whole day driving to Southfield and Ubering to the airport and $600 at this point. This doesn t include the four extra days of airport parking because they did not know the key fob would not work.They have not called back to check on me or had any follow up. I ended up getting an automotive locksmith that got me two keys right away for the price of the one key they sold me that did not work. Mini of Ann Arbor always provided me with exemplary service, they had loaner cars, they followed up every time I reached out.The dealerships are supposed to know how their cars work. I will never use them again and I m highly reconsidering. Driving a MINI going forward if this is my service options. You would think if they were willing to charge you $400 for a single key that they would at least have the service to make sure it worked. I will be attempting to get a refund, but assume that they will not provide me with that level of service. I should ve just went to the locksmith to begin with.I will find another way to get my MINI serviced going forwardIf MotorCityMini, is your only option, pick a different car. They obviously don t care about their drivers

Bought a used Lexus RC from here a couple weeks ago, the process is fast, straightforward and clear. Even let me test drove it twice by myself before purchasing.Car is super clean and in perfect condition.My salesman Nassim is nice and easy to work with.

Nice place, no one home, but good for reference and research.My niece had me bring her here, as we were leaving an appointment, because she really wanted a "tiny car" and she was very excited to see this dealership. All I can say is it is a very nice building with a beautiful showroom.The one rep who was assisting, what I believed to be a customer, left the area shortly after we walked onto the showroom floor. So, I did about a 15 minute tour.I showed my niece around the vehicles in the showroom and then the ones out front so she could see the different styles, sizes and colors.Afterward, I had my niece and sister stand next to each vehicle so we could gage sizes for reference of driver and passengers.The walkthrough has helped as we are actively vehicle shopping for my niece to get her first car... preferably a "tiny" one.

Nasim sold me my dream car back in June. I am now a proud owner of a 2020 Mini Convertible S. Nasim was very pleasant and professional to work with. When I took a test drive that day, he showed me the Sport mode and that sold me on my car. This car has twin turbo and it can move! I have never felt so comfortable is any vehicle as I am in my mini. I was able to join MOTM this year and had a lot of fun! Thank you Nasim and Finance Jim for making it happen for me! You guys are the best!!!

Just purchased my used Mini yesterday from Motor City Mini. Aside from loving my new Mini, I can say this was the best experience top-to-bottom I have ever had with a car dealership. All staff were friendly, helpful, informative, and very attentive, to say the least. I will be a customer for life, and can't recommend these people highly enough. Thanks for everything!

Nassim, sale's person, at this dealership is GREAT!!!! Works hard and follows-up properly to make sure you walk out the door with a Smile!! Last month I worked w/ Antonio At Motor city Mini on my Jeep purchase.Not only was he easy and cool as hell to work with, he was really prompt on keeping me updated via call and text during the entire sale process.He also took the initiative to check out the Jeep I was focused on selling on my own abs ensured me he could get me what I wanted for it to put towards my new Jeep and I appreciated that.He took a lot of the stress out of the entire sales process.Thank you to the entire team at Motor City Mini.Seriously, everyone I encountered each time I visited the dealership before making my purchase had great energy.

The car is great (a new JCW Countryman) but the sales experience was less than great.I was dressed casually when I walked into the dealership, as I always like to do when I m interested in making a big purchase. I noticed a big difference in his manner when he figured out that, yes, people in tired Carhartt t-shirts do occasionally buy premium cars new, even those who show up in their beat-up minivan. I ve heard that others have had a similar experience at this dealership.I was continually presented fuzzy numbers during the negotiations and then, after waiting thru the let me talk to my manager bit, I started writing a note on his unattended desk that began with Bye! Then, almost magically, the salesman reappeared with a (fuzzy) sales proposal, which makes me wonder if there s a camera aimed at the desk. He was also, err, less than truthful when he said that the engine noise wasn t piped in from the stereo.On the positive side, the car was delivered clean and well-prepped and there was a cute ceremony when the car was presented to me.I m hoping the service experience will be better than the purchase. If it isn t, I ll certainly spread the word.

Day of purchase itself went smooth - I feel I got a good deal and the staff were friendly, and I went home with a really nice used 2021 Jeep Compass in a few hours. However, it has been 3.5 months since I purchased the car, and the Title work for my plates is not complete. I have temporary tags that are over 1 month expired, and no information has been sent to me. The paperwork was mis-processed originally, causing me to re-submit a form, and I'm not sure where it is in the process now. It's hard to get a hold of anyone at Motor City Mini to help me understand what is going on and how we can expedite a resolution. I call and/or email every few days, usually without response. Unfortunately, I would choose somewhere else next time because of the headache this post-purchase experience has been.

Best experience ever having a car worked on!! My mini ended being there for about 5 weeks due to scheduling issues -totally on my end - everyone was so kind . Jhin was my main contact and he was always patient! Answered all my questions with a lot of knowledge and helped me understand how my Mini motors!! Stellar employee! Big shout out to Wahid Qureshi, for delivering my new to me 2019 MINI clubman S after closing the dealership and driving over an hour big thanks very appreciated of his dedication and keeping his word that he would come through. He was very knowledgeable about all the features in the car, and was able to explain them in full detail to me. You never driven a mini make sure you go check out MotorCity MINI and talk to Wahid.
