This was my first visit with them. They provided great service. They were fast and friendly. What I loved most is the follow up call to ensure everything went well with the service they provided. I ve never received a customer service follow up call after an oil change so this was top tier! The car wash was even great. I will definitely be going back.

The service was fast, the garage was clean, and the employee that assisted me was knowledgeable about the process. The only issue I have is they didn't ask if I was a monthly subscriber to the car wash next door. That we would have saved me 20% on my oil change.

Had an emergency issue with power steering after driving in from out of town. Came to Midas about an hour before they closed. The guys here were able to diagnose and fix the problem for me. They even stayed late because they knew I had to head back out of town the next day! Great service!

One of the most time efficient oil changes I've ever had. Nick made the experience joyful as he got me in and out. I've just found my new oil change experts. And the price. OMG. Best in town!!!!

A place I've done business with for years, until recently! I took my car in for my regular oil change, but I was rudely mistaken. The guy told me they wouldn't do my oil change because my car had engine noise. You'd think my muffler was hanging or catalytic convertor was shy!!! He's suggesting it could be a pulley and to get it checked. Only to have my engine lock on me because it needed oil!!! How incompetent can you be!!!

Hello! I brought my car to Midas toHave the headlights replaced. I also came to get an oil change. The service agent that assisted me was very nice and very informative. He went out of his way to make sure I obtained the right parts for my car and was serviced properly. I like to bring my car to Midas because they are very friendly and they don t take long to assist.

I received very professional and courteous service at this particular location. The mechanics here are very knowledgeable and awesome about their business. I was very satisfied with the service I received and I definitely recommend this location to anyone that needs auto repair.

We were delayed on having our brakes repaired because our usual mechanic had relocated and we hesitated finding a new one we could trust. So I Googled brake repairs & Midas popped up. Midas is a name I trust, and the reviews were good. So we took a chance on getting same day service. Although they wanted us to drop off because they were so busy; we had to wait & they were honest about the wait time. I could tell when we pulled up, they were having a busy day (that s a good sign to me). They gave us an estimate which was better than what I expected, because I knew the delay was going to cost us. We drove around a lot after the repairs and there was no problems. Most importantly to me; the customer service was terrific. Sometimes men in the repair shop industry can be intimidating but these gentlemen were courteous, nice, informative, and respectful. Made this gray haired young lady happy with her choice. So we will be returning to do business here and I highly recommend them!Since the above review; my husband & I returned for a different service. We received the same courtesy, honesty & respect as before. We will probably never go to a dealer again.Service: Brakes

My recent visit to Midas on Telegraph and 10 mile was pleasant and worthwhile with attendants Rob and Nick who addressed everything I needed. I was made to feel as an important customer and not as a burden. I appreciate the service and I intend to return when my next visit is scheduled.I recommend them to anyone in need of the services they render.

Thanks for the courteous and professional manner of the manager and staff at Midas on Telegraph and 10 Mile. My car was towed to Midas after hours and was taken care of first thing the next morning. I appreciated the prompt service and the discounts given.

With over 26,500 UBER RIDES I get frequent oil changes (every 3 weeks). I go to MIDAS because it is convenient and fast. My oil changes take at most 15 minutes. I'm in and out, and back on the road. I also go there to support the Brothers that work there.

The MIDAS team is proficient when it comes to handling mechanical work on cars. I am very satisfied with the work that was done to my car as well as the great customer service. If you re looking to get work done on your car this is the place! 10/10 experience you will not be dissatisfied.

UPDATE: After the fiasco that occurred earlier, I later returned to Midas to talk with Nick, who up until the $400 restocking fee situation was amazing. He went far and beyond taking photos and throughly explaining everything that needed to be repaired on my vehicle. I expressed to Nick that I had brought my vehicle to Midas before and had no problems up until today.After doing so, the situation was resolved and they returned my key fob and issued a refund in full for the $1500 that was being held on my CC. Although, the situation was rectified, the experience has broken any trust I have in doing any further business with Midas. If you read my review, make your decision to do business with them accordingly. I changed my stars from 1 to 2 because they did resolve the situation, but the damage was already done.Original Post: I would not bring my vehicle to this Midas for repairs. I had to get my exhaust fixed on my vehicle and I was comparing rather I wanted to have the dealership fix my vehicle or Midas. I told them that I had not made up my mind and to give me a day to think everything over. This morning I arrived to pick up my vehicle & allow the dealership to do the repairs. Now, Midas is stating that I owe them a $400 dollar restocking fee for parts I never told them to order. After I refused and told them I m going on social media to tell the world that they are crooks the mechanic told the sales rep I was working with (Nick) not to give me my car and to charge me the full $1500 that was supposed to be just a hold on my credit card. I was also told by the mechanic to call the Southfield Police Department which I did so.

Great customer service I was in and out. They made sure to be attentive to all my car s needs outside of the routine oil change. They even helped me to rest my oil change tracker in the car as well as showed me some cool tips and tricks on how to navigate my dashboard system!A+++

My go to for an oil change. Great service, efficient, & always friendly. They are never too busy, which I love. Be careful, one worker said he would give a discount, put the discount on my receipt, and charge me the entire price. It was ok because the price was less than what I expected to pay for such a late return for my oil change, but just beware, and check your invoices.Service: Oil change

They're knowledgeable and efficient in what they do and i was very impressed of the friendliness and speed of the staff to their customers. I've become a returning customer. I also was given a free wash which makes the service even better :)

I just went the other day and it was great service! Rob was friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed done for my truck. I appreciate them for being honest and not trying to hustle me! They gave me an air freshener once they were finished and I was on my way!

The service I received was superb and as a single woman I did not feel bamboozled or taking advantage of the prices were great and their customer service was top notch and they did a wonderful job on my oil change replacing my windshield wipers and doing some sort of engine cleaning not to mention the car wash special a straight five out of five they really are good

This place is a scam. I went there in July 2023. My engine light came on a week after going there for an oil change. They told me that regardless if I got the oil changed my oil would still be dirty and If I purchased their oil cleaner for an extra $30 it would be the only way it'll look clean. My oil looks like it has never been changed. I usually take my car to the dealer. No problems! I paid them $100 for an oil Change to only get dirty oil and a trip to the dealer. The one time I go anywhere other than the dealer, (due to a hectic work schedule, I get SCREWED. Don't go there or you will regret it.

Love this Midas! This is the only place I get my oil changed because the staff are super nice. They explain what they are doing (which is nice for me as a woman) and let me know what work my car needs done. They even helped keep the kids occupied. Lol. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

Very friendly and great service. My tire was replaced very quickly. Much better service than any other shop I have been to.
