Master Tech made my wonky bumper like new again. Realigned and secured it. Fast, efficient, reasonable service. Did not try to upsell me. Easy to deal with. They've also done high quality work on my kids' vehicles.

If you want to work with an honest business when it comes to fixing damage to your vehicle, Master Tech is the one. They are always busy but once they tackled my issue I drove out with a 15 yr old van that looked as good as new. At a very fair price.

Master Tech Collision is the only place I take my vehicles new and classic cars to get work done. The owner is great at what he does. I like that he does what he says and stands on his word. All his work is beautiful, even better then the factory. Looking forward to getting more work done.

This place is the best of the best. Haithum went above and beyond to fix my car after it was hit by a deer. I feel like he gave me a new car! you wouldn t believe that it was smashed as bad as it was and they did it so fast! Never taking my car anywhere else!

Haitham is THE BEST!!! After my car was rear ended, Haitham went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed as quickly as possible. Him and his team made my 10 year old car look brand new after they finished working on it. I wouldn t trust my car with anyone else! Can t recommend enough.

My mother had her Jeep Cherokee repaired with Master Tech! They did an outstanding job! Every other collision shop stated it would take 3 months. Master tech repaired the car within 2 weeks. Highly recommend!

I was in an accident last month while traveling through Michigan. Haitham went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. He communicated with me throughout the process and dealt directly with my insurance company when subsequent computer issues were noted that were not part of the initial work order. Haitham made an embarrassing and painful experience disappear in a week. I damaged my brand new (less than 2000 miles) car. He walked me through the repair, laid out the costs, and made my car look new again. I know for a fact that my car would still be sitting at a dealership collision shop and I d be waiting for the estimate. If I was lucky, I d get it back in a month with some remaining issues. This man was God sent. He will be doing any future repairs which I hopefully won t have!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I'm so grateful to Master Tech for their help repairing my side mirror.One day I was backing out of my garage and accidentally ripped the mirror off the side of my car.Master Tech helped me find a part for a great deal, walked me through all the steps of how to order it, and installed it for me in less than 15 minutes.I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone, and will be bringing my vehicles there from now on for any work I need to have done.Service: Body & Trim

Haitham and his team did an excellent job on the body work for my car. He informed me that his business was devoted to excellence and providing top notched service for his customers. I found all of this true and more. Furthermore, the price was right. My car was ready and completed within the same day I dropped it off. I had a minor dent in the fender and bumper join caused by hitting in the parking lot poll. I shopped around 5 places and all quoted around 2000$. One of my friend referred me to Haitham, it's really hard to meet such honest person in business these days. He really cared about my situation and suggested the best fix for my car. The work was super super clean. He charged 700$ for it. I wish every other body shop takes care of their customer like this. I'm supper happy with his service and friendship. Hiathum took my car in when nobody else would my paint job was a mess , he repainted my car it turned out beautiful, he is such a pleasant down too earth guy , he went above and beyond too help me out God bless his heart my car looks like it just came off the showroom thank you Soo much, I wish I would have found him sooner I would recommend him too anyone and everyone ,I will never go too anyone else well here I am again I have a 2023 Honda that was involved in a front side collision I took it too haithum because of previous work he took my car in and made it look brand new again in less than five days he is such a great guy and does high quality work don't take your car too anyone else until you speak too him

Haitham (the owner) is a super nice guy and truly cares about his customers. He puts them first and provides the best service in making sure we get a fair price and quick return in picking up the vehicle. It looks as a brand new car once he fixes it and it is handled with great care. He goes out of his way to helping customers save money and genuinely wants to help. I recommend 100%.

I can t say enough about Master Tech Collision. My side mirror was broken and they fixed it in a flash. They were professional and kept me updated on the progress of my car throughout the whole process. They set the standard for customer service, professionalism, and quality of work. Master Tech will now be my go to place for all my auto body work. Haitham (the owner) personally inspected and serviced my car. He was able to save me a great deal of money and gave me excellent advice before I turn back my leased vehicle. On top of that he was warm, friendly, and prompt.
