I have been using this location lately, just because it s close to the office. Every time, the same thing. No one scrubs the car down and the back trunk and bumper area dry with a dirty, drippy film and it simply does not look clean. It isn t clean. It just looks like it hasn t been washed recently, and I need to go to a different carwash. Refund, please?

$14 for the second to lowest wash option and my car is still covered in soap when I get out?! The automated system even asked for a tip up front?! How does an automatic car wash not rinse a car enough to get all the soap off? I have to assume that that means every car coming out still has soap on it. I had to dry the car off myself and try to get the soap off with the towel. I had in my car as best I could. I m not sure how this place has any repeat business if you can t even rinse the soap off, probably the most basic function of a car wash there is. The next newest review shows the exact same problem and was from two months ago.

A very overpriced car wash, $18 does not clean your car well. Didn t even apply tire shine to my tires that I paid for today. Didn t realize it until I got home and had to do it myself. You also have to clean a decent amount of dirt off your car after as well, I do not recommend this car wash.

NOT WORTH $10 bucks by far. Car always still dirty and not touched in the back. I always go back and give it a second chance but it's always the same. I give up. You'll be better off going to a $4.99 wash and drying it off yourself.

Went to get my 23 BMW washed on 4/20 noticed almost a week later that my passenger side and rear passenger mats were missing. Called and spoke to someone that said they d call back with info and did not hear from them. I would assume there was a lost/found and would be an easy fix. I m extremely upset that I m about to have to spend $150 on new mats for my brand new truck.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

They not only were pleasant employees but they listened to my tedious demands. Difficult as I was, it was 8am and they were a very motivated staff who wanted to help. Appreciate this place, they will have more of my business

Tuesday I was in the Southfield area and decided to try a new Jax location. I just came back from up north after labor day and my car was Covered in bugs and mud..Derrick took his time and did an excellent job removing all of the stuff from my car! My Mercedes emblem broke going to them. I spoke to the manager Ryan and he said they only cover cars that are up to seven years old and my car is a 2010, it was older than seven years. Although that s the policy Ryan told me he can help me out and he gave me a free detailing on the house for the mess up. He truly took the extra mile on helping me out and I ve never witnessed that kind of care at a business before! He really looked out and took the extra step to help out the situation! Just had a 2010 vehicle that had NEVER been detailed serviced at this location before sale and the ENTIRE team was great!! Every staff member I encountered was so friendly, from Lee in the Detailing dept who handled scheduling my appointment, to Ryan my detailer who even walked me to my car with an umbrella during a downpour so I didn't get soaked. The Superior Interior cleaning was thorough and shampooed a decade+ worth of stains and MI road salt out of the carpets. Worth every penny, will be a return customer to this location based on this interaction alone, they were all great! They still offer free vacuum I've noticed that they've actually gone up on their prices twice a basic car wash is now $9. My main reason for going is because The air dried the car instead of using the rollers to dry your car at the end minimizing scratches.

Paid $17 for outside only and the car looked horrible in the corners and groove's. I know machines can't get everything but when you pay $17 plus tip(before your finish) you expect better. It's about the money at Jax's because they barely give the guys drying upfront time to dry your vehicle properly and most times the dryers don't care. They even gave me a free rewash and it looked worst than the first time because the dryers used dirty wet towels. Charge less if you can't do the wash correct. I'm going back to the hand washes and pay $35 for a in and out wash and leave happy. I gave them two stars only because the manager gave me a free rewash.

This is my second time using this car wash and the gentleman at the entrance is very rude. The first time, I thought he gestured for me to roll my window down and he sprayed me with water. He didn't apologize and just rolled his eyes at me. Second time, he gestured for me to steer right, then started yelling to take my hand off the wheel. I had no clue what he was trying to communicate, so I rolled down my window, at which point he reached in and grabbed my steering wheel to adjust the car. Which is what I was trying to do, but he was yelling to take my hand off the wheel. If you were going to adjust my wheel anyway, why were you telling me to take my hands off the steering wheel? It was simple miscommunication, but maybe if he actually projected an attitude of customer service and not irritation, I wouldn't be writing. And generally I don't leave comments, but he rubbed me the wrong way. The rest of the service was fine.

Just make sure you get what you pay for if getting anything besides the basic wash. Their automated system barely works and will automatically default to the basic wash. Happened to me the other day....get home....tires dry af.....no tire shine.

I have been coming here for about four years now and I love being able to vacuum my car myself before going thru the wash. There s also an air tube to get crumbs out of small crevices and they also have sanitizing wipes for you to use on the interior. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My wife locked her keys in the car and they were able to unlock the doors for her. It was in the winter and cold and she was so appreciative. The place is clean; a great car wash service.

This was my favorite car wash untill yesterday. I took my new car for the first wash and now the paint looks one year old because there was absolutely no soap for my wash. I was on the belt and saw that the soap spraying machine was not working and by the time I could do something, the brushes started rolling on a DIRTY DRY CAR. I have been visiting this place from past 8 years and everything was fine untill now and this happened 2 times in a row In last two months. Rear end of my car was still dirty after the wash but I was glad that it was not clean as the paint still looks new.Absolutely disappointed!!!

I just left Jax asked the guy twice was my tires (275) good to go thru the car wash of course he said yes they are fine.. I left the wash and there it was a scratch on the drivers side rear rim. I would give it a one star but at least the wash was nice. They just need better info so people won t damage there cars.

I had my wife's car detailed for her birthday (We have twin 6 year olds so you can imagine what it looked like before) and they did a great job. The car looked like it had just rolled off the line. Not a loose crumb to be found. Was very impressed and for far cheaper than I expected to pay.

I am an unlimited club member so I wash my vehicle almost every day at this location. The employees are all so professional and truly care about doing a great job on your car. They treat me like a VIP every time I visit. Dale goes above and beyond, he does a superb job drying my vehicle, he's professional and personable no matter how busy he is!

Paying $47 monthly for "Almost Everything" and they refused to wash my truck because they said my truck bed was too dirty. They were not willing to discuss it and were rude. Take your business somewhere where it is appreciated.

For $17.99 they need to change the name on the menu from "Almost Everything" to "Almost Clean" because that's what you're going to get.

Staff is always friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. Manager even took time to remove sap and rubber marks which took a lot of elbow grease and special products. A detail shop would have charged, he didn't.

Went in hoping for a $88 package deal they advertise, went out paying $150 with a job I literally could have done. -film on the inside of the windshield (that I ll have to rewash) -all vents and crevices not touched or cleaned. -backseat improved but still dirty speakers and vents. Would definitely not recommend when you can pay $120 everywhere else and get a better job done.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

The staff at this location is always on top of their game. They are quick, efficient and friendly.One of them saw me struggling to clean my floormats and went above and beyond to help me. I think his name was Terrence.Anywho, I would recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service. They will find it here and be satisfied with results of services.
