From start to finish Grand sport motoring and collision made the idea of getting my car repair non-stressful. The service was friendly and informative. And they were able to get my car back on the road in a reasonable amount of time.

My photos say it all. Don t go here. Got towed there after an accident. Two weeks turned into 6. They charged my insurance $6,000, stating they put new parts on. All I got were rusted, salvaged parts, the same bent rims that were supposed to be replaced, and half of it was held together with Bondo which is now cracking. I ve already spent over $1,000 fixing THEIR mistakes. Two separate mechanics have told me I should just get a new car and take the L. This shouldn t happen to anybody. Avoid them if you can.EDIT: As of May 2021, 1.5 years after my experience with this place, I had sunk about $5,000 of my own funds into fixing their mistakes. I attached new photos of my side-skirt falling off where their Bondo is now failing, another $300 fix coming up. These guys don t care about you, your car, or your situation. I ve shed too many tears over them ruining my first car, which I loved dearly, to let anybody else knowingly go to this place. Fix it yourself or take it somewhere else.

Baited me in with low price came in twice as much as quoted. Poor quality job and terrible customer service. Avoid at all cost or learn your leason the hard way. Your choice.

Did a great job on my 2020 Cadillac ct5.. Brought my car back a few weeks later, and they made the adjustment no questions asked. I would recommend this collision show to anyone

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! DO NOT LET CHARLES TOW YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!! I never write reviews for businesses, but these It started with a tow-truck driver who appeared kind, helpful, and warm in a moment where I was shook up and vulnerable. He assured me that the tow would be covered. $1400 later, my insurance company and myself were just seeing the beginning of the ridiculous charges and fees.My insurance guy warned me about Grand Sport, but it was too late as they had already pressured me into signing documents and put my car in their garage like the vultures they are. I told them I wanted to take my car elsewhere, and they then held my car hostage and would not release it unless my insurance company and myself paid thousands in bogus fees and charges (including a "COVID fee" of more than $200 for "disinfecting" my vehicle). They did no work on my car yet we somehow were left paying them thousands of dollars.These people are absolute scam artists (artist is a generous term). This "business" put me in a very difficult financial situation that has made life difficult and stressful. Take your vehicle anywhere but here, and do not sign anything if you have been taken here by a lying tow-truck driver.

Took vehicle in to Devin for minor collision work he appeared nice and generous the day of me dropping vehicle off at the time gave me a estimate of over $4,000 before insurance adjuster came out and gave correct amount of $2,000 after having my car a few weeks and not hearing a word from Devin I decide to call and he give me a day it ll be ready when the day comes no phone call which was a Friday I waited until Monday to call and he say it ll be ready two days later I wait 4days he say it ll be ready another 2 days at this point we are a month out from when he said it ll be ready and now the insurance is asking about the vehicle still no updates from Devin unless I reach out after about 2 months I started to become concerned and he finally says come get the vehicle it s ready. First red flag was there were still minor scratches even though these were new parts on the car he says they can rub it out and since it s a lease not to worry. Next after leaving sensors that were not on before are now on and also needs a wheel alignment now take the car back because it s not right and worse than before he says he ll fix the next day decides he no longer wants to fix vehicle because he isn t getting anything but $2,000 in other words it s a money thing for him and not enough money was being paid he also kept the deposit that was supposed to be refunded from the rental car they offer you and I also was was forced to have my vehicle taken to another shop to be done correctly forced to pay more out of pocket since these people were already paid for a incomplete job upon returning vehicle he knew exactly which sensor was on before I could even say letting me know he knew he did a incomplete job and still was willing to give vehicle back. Would not recommend when you call he gives you answers just to get you off the phone and not really telling you what s going on just was overall the worst experience from a collision shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I highly recommend the Grand Sport Collision team! My Tiguan R-line got a small bump on the back bumper. And hatch. Devin was able to make the damage disappear and the turn around time was amazing! I would like to say this is the worst company I have ever worked with. My daughter was in a terrible car accident, and the tow guy Miller approached my daughter young daughter and said do you need a tow and she said do you work with the police and they said no but, I am faster then the police department they take a little longer and beings it is on the highway you should remove car quickly. So he agreed for it to be towed to the tow yard well he did not tow it to the tow yard he towed it to a body shop( in which he was not suppose to ) and the body shop is now charging us over $ 3,000 in fees to do nothing Grand Sport 23080 Telegraph Rd Southfield. When the car got towed there I spoke to a Devin and explained that the car was not suppose to be towed there and he did not car. we have been trying for a week to get his boss and on the phone and he keeps telling me he is the boss. I can not believe theses companies work together to charge insurance companies theses fees. I also explained to the client and I am an insurance agent in Michigan, and people complain all the time about about how much insurance is well this is part of the reason. I would suggest not using these business.

I got referred over by a close friend and I was not disappointed. To me, my car looked bad, really bad, but that's because it's my baby. When I went to go pick it back up, she was brand new again! They did an amazing job. I got into somewhat of a bad accident and it really does look like it just left the lot. They even cleaned my car and detailed it inside and out. Service is why they will receive my business and ill pass along the recommendation to other friends and family. Great job, thank you guys.

Great service! I am so relieved that I came to THIS collision center. They offered me excellent service with a respectful demeanor and a sincere willingness to help me. I am so grateful for this company, particularly Devin, because he was simply amazing. Shout out to Charles <3, he was phenomenal as well! I am so grateful for this wonderful team.

Picked up vehicle when I got back from a trip and was never updated on the progress and was told I owe storage fee's on top of the bill because the vehicle was ready for several days despite not being informed. I paid reluctantly paid the charges to pick up the vehicle just to be told that the vehicle still wasn't ready and needed additional work despite me paying storage charges and being told the vehicle has been ready for over a 11 days. 3 days AFTER I paid "storage" charges my vehicle was finally ready. Also had the windshield tinted while there, and there is a huge bubble that runs completely across the windshield in my line of vision. On top of that they took apart my driver door actually stole my glass out the door and claimed I need a new regulator and motor (went home took the door panel off and the door glass was missing)....never going back again

These guys are complete frauds! They took 2 months when they told me my car would take 2 weeks. They wouldn't even call me to update me on my vehicle. I would call them and be prompt to leave a message and would not receive a call back for a few days and even sometimes up to a week. Then they would tell me that they found other issues with the car that I've never had problems with before. I'd recommend anybody but them. Its a shame places like this are still open.

Got into a bad accident today and Charles went and made sure I was alright and offered to let me stay in his truck instead of the cold. He even let me charge my phone in his truck too. He then drove me and my car here, and I met Jim and Devon who welcomed me in and gave me water when I was still shaken up. Devin called my insurance company and was on speaker with me there too and he handled everything from the claim to the car rental lickety split. Then they made it easy for me to move my belongings from my car to the rental car. Just a group of genuinely good guys who really saved my behind today.

If you want them to tell you 2-3 weeks and then keep it for 2 1/2 months. By all means bring your car here. Promised a loaner car, never received it. Excuse after excuse. Still going to have to take it to another shop because sensors are on that weren't before. Promise after promise broken. I notice all the bad reviews here are from customers with extra melanin. Maybe if my skin tone was different treatment would have been different.

This shop is AMAZING. My car got totalled and I was devastated. I checked out other shops, but none of them made me feel as good as Grand Sport. "D-BO" offered to tow my car for free, AND he paid the deductible! Hopefully I don't get into another accident, but if I do I will be coming here!!!

Lied about willingness to pay deductible and $100/wk of rental fees. Took 5wks hiii replsce a front bumper. Gave me a check for $425 and said I could take that or get a check for $500 & i pay my deductible. Ultimately I should have known better than taking his word. Bumper looks good. Timeliness and integrity not so much. I would not recommend them at all.

I came here to save money on work I needed to be done on my bike. It turned into a freaking nightmare. It was the worst service and communication i ever experienced. To me it felt like they didn't know what they were doing.. so I had to get my bike towed to the dealer to get it running. To find out they were using parts from other bikes and reusing parts. After this experience I will pay the extra money to get it done right and won't have to worry about it

Stay away by any means necessary, this place is the worst I have ever encountered. They put old parts on my car and mismatched door handles and ripped my panel on the inside of my door and my left my mirrors as well as other stuff undone and it took over a month, when I took it back for them to correct the problem the problem my car was still not as it was prior to me bringing it in. Beware of this place!!!! Speaking from the worst experience ever!!!!!Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely amazing service. Rentals, towing, paint jobs, you name it, it'll get done. This is the best one stop shop you could go to - I promise! Ask for D-Bo and he will accommodate your needs. Did I mention they sell bikes and golf carts too?

Grand sport motoring & collision is the best expeience i have ever had in dealing with any iasues with my vehicles. The staff is extremely accomodating and will work around your schedule. I explained to them i was at work and not able to leave to drop my vehilcle off for service. They came to my place of employment picked up my vehilclefor me and also left my rental there for me to have ways of transportation. My vehicle was done and returned to me fully detailed within a week. I am extremely happy with every aspect of the work they have done and would highly recommend their Work to everyone!

Highly recommend this place to anyone in the local area looking for assistance on their vehicle. I was in an accident a couple months ago and Grand Sport made sure my car was towed off the road safely and taken to their secure facility. Clean, and quick service. I will be back for all my mechanic needs!

One of the worst shops I ever dealt with. My son s truck was taken to Grand Sport. They had his truck for three months. The truck was not completely finished, some of the electrical was not hooked up. They left all the old parts in the bed of his truck. I would never use or recommend this shop.

Grand sport motoring has a excellent customer service great quality work also very knowledgeable about all cars makes and models! Took great care of me and my car in a timely fashion! I highly recommend them for all of your car and custom needs!!!!!

Anytime I have a problem, Grand Sport makes sure it's taken care of in no time. The shop is CLEAN and customer service is always fantastic. They even have rentals! There is no doubt that 'D-Bo' is the man to see whenever having an issue.

Jim Hesano is a lying crook, don't trust him or this place, sold car with ground up restoration, worst job I ever saw. Based on other reviews clearly fly by night and dishonest business. Contact me if you want photos of " every nut and bolt restoration" what a joke - Karma will will fix them.

Falsely obtained my vehicle for repairs. Took forever to get my vehicle. Would never send anyone to them. Overcharged my insurance company. Horrible service

Beware these people are scammers will take advantage of people and will over charge. was charged $2500 for a 5 mile tow this place need to go out of business. over charging or their poor quality work.

Had my truck repaired here. Ended up having repairs redone by a real collision shop. You can compare this shop with Maco. I definitely wouldn't recommend.
