My Wife and I went to Glassman used cars to look at at Hyundai Elantra. We were not interested and Charlie showed us a Volvo s60 that just arrived. It was really amazing and Charlie took great care of us and made us feel very comfortable. We test drove it and it was great! Charlie was very busy and he was still attentive to us and took great care of us. Did not rush us at all and we ultimately went ahead and purchased it on the spot. Great customer service and just a great guy! Thanks Charlie

Shannon and Charlie are phenomenal. I got to test drive a couple cars, they even let me use a phone charger while I was waiting. So nice, so helpful, will come back when I'm ready to trade.

We were looking for a SUBARU used car and Shannon was really helpful to find our ideal car. He cared about our little child while seeing cars because outside was cold and it s snowing lightly. He also didn t rush to us and really kind.We finally found a best car for us with satisfying price!

Picked up a used 2021 Hyundai Kona about a week ago. Pleased with the experience and the price we got too. I worked with Shannon and I d have no problem recommending him to friends and family. The sales manager that day had a more aggressive car salesman vibe but he was reasonable when it came too negotiations. I ll be back when it comes time to upgrade.

I cannot speak for other salesman at this dealer but DO NOT have CHARLEY help you- I came in to find out what I was approved for originally, he said he could make the car I wanted happen with a co-signer, I went and got a co-signer, they ran BOTH our credits, and took a down payment from us, then said we needed another 1000 down, so I came back 2 days later with the amount he asked for, and then we received over 10 more inquiries before they changed their mind and said there s nothing they can do. They showed us a paper of what the payment would look like with the amount down we asked for and I was ok with that but turns out my time was wasted and he just told me what I wanted to hear and ran my credit and told me I was approved and the car was mine and then they screwed me over because now I have too many inquiries to even try to get a car somewhere else.SCREW YOU YOU SLIMEY SALES GUY YOU GIVE ALL USED CAR SALES MAN A BAD NAME TELLING PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT TO HEAR WHEN YOU DON T EVEN KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. Not to MENTION that he told me they couldn t take my old car as a trade in because it didn t run, and he told me to sell it on my own, which I did, and then he tells me I can tow it in after all and can I get it back from the people I sold it to. Just grimy, yelling at me as I left the floor you need credit to buy a car like they didn t already run my credit 2 days prior.

I went there to look at a few cars. I had the pleasure of drawing Shane V. I didn't find a car that was perfect for my daughters first car. I did find a really good salesmen with top notch knowledge of what we were looking at. I've purchased a lot of cars. He was exceptional. Its hard to find what I was looking for, but he showed us a lot of options. I hope to by a car from in the future though.
