I just leased a 24 Outlander PHEV SE with Tech Package from Brian and Brandon at Glassman Mitsubishi and wanted to leave a review.This was by far the lowest stress, most surprisingly pleasant car buying/leasing experience I've ever had. Brandon (my salesman) was a complete rockstar, answering all of my questions and never once trying to "sell me" on anything.Brian (the sales manager) was just as nice as Brandon and took the time to answer all of my questions as we were signing the paperwork, never once rushing me or dodging any of my questions or concerns.These guys are the real deal. Not only were they amazing to work with, but they got me an absolutely unreal lease on a vehicle that my wife and I are both crazy about.If you're thinking of getting a new Outlander PHEV (which I can't recommend highly enough), the only thing I can recommend even more is buying it from these guys. They've definitely earned my future business!

The best experience at Glassman! Charley Kashou was an incredible salesman, worked to get us the best deal and was so quick in the process. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and our purchase was as seamless as possible. Would recommend 100x/over!

My first review was bad because I felt like Glassman was trying to take advantage of me with the cost, after doing some research and talking to auto mechanics I realized that I was wrong, financially the cost is going to set me back but for the work that needs to be complete I understand. Ken and Mike has always been nice and professional and explained everything to me in detail. I still don t have my car but so far everything has been explained and I know what to expect. Sorry for the first survey it was poor and was done out of anger. Thank you Glassman auto for your willingness to work with me and the cost.

I had previously given Glassman 5 stars, but after an incident involving the service department with my vehicle that made me feel like a "dumb woman" after my car broke down. I was told my car was malfunctioning, because I did not get a fuel system cleaning that was never offered to me at my last oil change. In the end it was the fuel pump being dislodged from a car accident I mentioned to them multiple time to service rep and service manager. I had to pay for the fuel system cleaning and the inspection fee since it "was not a warranty issue" . When it was discovered the fuel pump was a warranty issue I was blown off when I asked for a refund for services I was told would fix the issue the first time. I love my outlander, but I will not be buying another one after this experience. Glassman is the closest Mitsubishi to me and I will not be giving them my business unless it is a warranty problem.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!A lot of customers walked in that day to buy a car and left out with a car!!Johnnie my salesman was phenomenal !He was very very helpful, straightforward, patient and very courteous!Multitasking skills was on 10!!Jhonnie and Mike the manager fought so hard to get me the vehicle I really wanted!Mike is very courteous and nice!The finance guy was very nice & funnyCharley helped me set everything up in my vehicle! He also told me how blessed I was and how god always makes things happen!I drove home in my BRAND NEW 2024 WHITE DIAMOND MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER very grateful with tears of joy! I also thanked god for sending me in the right direction with some amazing ppl that showed me its not all about money!Thank you so much GLASSMAN TEAM!!

Great experience. Will buy again from there for my wife soon. Facility is great, it s all indoors, and the salespeople are low pressure. Pretty good car buying experience overall.

Usually don t make reviews but Glassman can kiss my a** man!!! Literally spent 4 hours today under the impression that I was approved for a vehicle. I signed an extensive amount of paperwork, paid my down payment and everything!!!! Just for the guy to tell me I wasn t approved and I need a co-signer!!!! That doesn t even make sense!!! Why am I coming out of pocket and signing paperwork for something that was just a maybe cant even go look elsewhere because now I have to wait to be refunded the down payment I paid for no reason Literally was the biggest waste of time in my entire life. They got my hopes up I do not recommend.

The diagnostic was too high, also they need to do a better job of making sure the brakes are actually bad. Someone could get hurt and I would have paperwork noting that this company said nothing about my back brakes being an issue

Every sale associate I met they were very nice and friendly, never felt pushed or pressure.Jeff was outstanding always understanding and finding a way to help. He was very patient and respected my instructions.

Was told they replaced the tires on used vehicle with new ones. Of course after a week I had to replace the tires on the vehicle. Two of the tires had been repaired. Wouldn t recommend buying here. Great car though for the price. Discount tire pointed out the repairs the new tires had done on them. Salesman I had was a liar.

Was already lied to about tires. But I also found out there was less than a quart of oil. Meanwhile the odometer was at 100% for oil life. The service shop couldn t even tell what kind of oil was used previously because it was so low. All around disgusting establishment. You d think a simple oil change would be done before selling a vehicle.

I took my 2013 Mitsubishi outlander to Waterford Mitsubishi. They charged me $200 and told me I had a bad transmission which would cost 15K. I eventually found what was causing the transmission to malfunction and called Waterford again asking for a quote on that part. They would not even give me a quote unless I brought the car to them and another $200 diagnostic fee.So then I called Glassman. NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE. Asked for a quote and was promptly given a number on the labor and transfered over to parts. Again I was given a number and informed that the part is out of stock nationwide with no ETA. While this is bad news, they were courteous and honest with me and I now have the information I need to make a decision on what to do. All of this at no charge.Had I gone to Glassman first I could have avoided this entire nightmare, thanks to their excellent and Honest service. IF I had gone back to Waterford again, they would have charged me another $200 only to find out my car isn't fixable(which they probably actually knew) or tried to sell me another 15K transmission.It is rare to find honesty from a dealership, but it is possible.

Charley made a hard process easy and made sure to find the right car for me. Brian remembered me from the morning and ensured customer service was important during the whole process with the sales team. The service team, including Cole were also very attentive. My only issue has nothing to do with Glassman but the fact that Mitsubishi never contacted me regarding my recall in 2016 whether this caused me to have to buy a new car now or this would ve happened regardless 1 would never know now. I m very happy with my vehicle, and have been a supporter of Mitsubishi for over 20 years.
