I had an excellent customer experience taking my 2016 Kia Forte in for service. I scheduled my appointment by phone. When I arrived at the service check-in counter, Mike warmly greeted me. He then carried me through all the recommended maintenance procedures. I signed the work order, handed him the keys, and left the dealership with my wife for a doctor's appointment. After about an hour, I received a follow-up call from Mike informing me of a few additional items the service technician had found. I advised him to add the items to the order. He said he would call me back with the added charges, which he promptly did, and I approved the added cost. The bottom line is that I had an excellent customer experience with a very professional service team that went to great extremes to service my vehicle and assured me that I was leaving the service department with a well-maintained car that was safe to drive. I do not recommend this location for service at all!! I dropped my vehicle off for repair it was there for days told it was fix only for it to still be broken once I left the dealership. When I returned my vehicle for repairs my vehicle was DAMAGE by the service department and they REFUSE to repair the damage. Josie Harris is very rude and disrespectful I do not recommend her at all, the way she talk to you and treat customers is unacceptable and dangerous. I even witness her being rude to an employee while I was there. I will never take my vehicle to this location again!!! Please go somewhere else and save yourself and your vehicle the trouble and headache this service department will cause!!!

This service department, and Jorge in particular, was extremely communicative throughout the entire process of getting our transmission replaced under warranty. They far exceeded my expectations, and even had our vehicle back to us prior to the expected date. Thank you for your attention to detail and your willingness to go above and beyond!

Leased a new KIA from Glassman and it was a very positive experience. Salesperson Josh and Sales Manager Mark were great to work with. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We are very happy with the car and I definitely recommend working with Josh, Mark and Glassman.

I arrived for my appointment late due to a bad accident on the Southfield Fwy that was slowing traffic, but my salesman Josh was understanding and had the vehicle I wanted to test drive ready to go. I worked with Josh and the Sales Manager Tim, and they were both a pleasure to talk to. I did quite a bit of research on the car I wanted and was closely watching prices on other dealerships inventory and I got the best deal on the car by going here. Big shoutout to Josh for his knowledge of the vehicles and for introducing me to the service department guys, so I know where to go when it s time for service and also to Tim for his management skills and efficiency with the paperwork! Really appreciate the professionalism from them both!

I am honestly shocked and appalled at the customer service of this location. I reached out a week ago and was emailing Michael Anderson to schedule a test drive and he ghosted me. I missed getting a good deal due to incentives changing at the end of January and I could not get through to anyone to schedule a test drive. I scheduled a test drive through their website and am still waiting for a response. I guess they don't want my business so I will go elsewhere. I would not recommend this Kia location to anyone.

I don't take my vehicle anywhere else. I love it here. Sa'Von and the staff keeps my car running in great condition. They always give me needed and suggested recommendations. They never pressure me into spending money on things that I don't need. They are courteous and dependable.

David and the rest of the sales staff were incredible! My previous vehicle was damaged from an attempted theft. I was just browsing the lot. I had no intentions on buying a new vehicle that day, but I m glad I did! The process was easy and my new K5 is wonderful. It was a great experience.

David was so friendly and helpful! This was our first time at Glassman Kia, but our second experience with Kia. We were offered a lot more information and guidance on the cars, recommend 200% more than the other dealerships in Michigan. We drove away with 2 great Kia cars. :)

Brought my vehicle in for the recall! They knew weeks prior, when I arrived they said "Sorry we don't have parts to fix it " So why have me come. Why not call ahead of time. It's been 3 weeks, so I call again they state " oh parts just came in conveniently day I call. I was transferred to 5 different people to make a appointment! My rear camera is currently taped in place! I have to drop it off to be fix is only option with out a replacement vehicle! This is a one year old car!

I took my car in Monday to get service. I was told that they were going to look at it Tuesday. Tuesday comes I call cause I didn t hear any updates. I was told then that they were going to get back to be Wednesday morning or early afternoon. Well today is Wednesday no update and when I call any number it goes right to voicemail and no response from the voicemail I ve left. Lack of communication and transparency.

We moved from Augusta, GA to Detroit, MI and this was our first service (35000miles) maintenance with Glassman. Oil cap says use SAE 0W-20 . Glassman changed it with 5W3. NExt day, car started making weird sounds and vibration. We went back and asked is this because of the wrong oil change? They said we do not have SAE 0W-20 and continued 5W3 is the one we have and directly comes from oil pump in the service are . They asked us to leave the car for a day, they will diagnosis and if necessery, change it back to SAE.First, you should contact us to say we only have 5W3, do you want to replace it anyways? , of course they didn t, because nice money to have from the newcomers to the city?Second, who can leave their car for a day in this country if they have only that one car?Third, we went to another place to replace the wrong one to the correct one. It costed us again.And lastly, we opened a claim in KIA USA for further damages of this wrongful and irresponsible behavior. Unfortuntely, they are not caring of servicemanship of branches. Tell us to contact w Glassman again. So we are in a loop.Do not go Glassman if you have Hybrit Sorento (2022).Good by Glassman. It was not nice to meeting you.

My experience with glassman kia was godly awful. I took my car to them 3 times for the same issue. Perform duties on my car that was needed. Charge me $912 for both services combined. I kept telling the service manager that I needed was just a a battery. After much investigation my car needed the battery after all. This is the worst car company in the world. Glassman kia ia thief and a scammer. They're very dishonest so stay away and please be aware.

This is the best dealership i ve ever dealt with, they couldn t have made trading in & buying a car any easier. I ve dealt with Kia of Lansing, Novi, & Canton & I will drive completely out of my way to work with Kia of Southfield. Their entire staff is great, specifically Michael. He won t waste your time, he s straight to the point, and is beyond helpful. He s amazing. I ve referred many people here and everyone has been beyond satisfied with him. We purchased a new Kia Forte GT and Mike Anderson was our sales person. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike. He was honest and transparent, unlike another Kia Dealership we visited, who we found difficult and treated the new vehicles on their lot horrible. We had a great experience at Glassman Kia! Mike explained things in detail and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. We will be back and Mike will be our go to sales person. We love our new car!

Thank you for listening to me and reassuring me that I was in good hands. Your reassurance helped to ease my mind and not feel so overwhelmed. You were patient and understanding. Your calm demeanor was everything I needed to ensure I was in good hands. You were on top of all of the paperwork and checked on me often while i awaited the outcome of the vehicle i wanted. Love Kia's warranty! Had a valve gasket fail at 93,000 miles which caused an oil leak. Glassman fixed the engine leak and took care of a couple of recalls in less than a week. Friendly and convenient shuttle service was a definite plus. The only downside was the typical hard sell on other services by the dealership. We needed rear brakes and the woman at the dealership made it sound like she wouldn't want to release the vehicle to us without the work being done, if was so critical. But overall, a good experience.

I had a scheduled appointment with Mike on 6/5/23. I arrived a few minutes early. My husband I sat for about 20 minutes where we were ignored. I m assuming we didn t meet the demographics that they rush to help even though we had a scheduled appointment. Mike continued to help a lady for over 30 minutes. My husband looked at me and said let s leave, they are other dealerships next door and across the street that will value our time. I was hesitant at first because I am a loyal Kia customer. However, how we were treated made me willing to look elsewhere. I told the dealership across the street how I was treated. The salesman there valued my time and immediately showed me vehicles. He gave me up a good deal I couldn t pass up. He made sure I never went back to this dealership based on how well he treated us.I purchased that day and never look back. This was a blessing in disguise. I was so shocked that the salesman at Kia would ignore us. It s too many other dealerships with salespeople that are serious about selling vehicles and will show you that they have the better vehicle and customer service. They will treat you with upmost respect regardless of demographics.

May be my 1st time ever leaving 5 stars for a car dealership, yet at 63 years old, they even impressed me.Wanting to get down to one car in our household, every dealer wants to buy your gently used 2021 Kia Seltos, until you arrive on the scene & the appraisal goes south or off the rails quicker than you can say "Pay Me"As they find flaws that are insignificant.Until Today. 10-4-23I had spoke with General Mangers Brad Rummer's staff on Tuesday the 3rd.After placing a KBB Inquiry on the Glassman web page, they offered a couple of grand more than we owed, BUT it was not based on a trade in or an upgrade, but an outright buyout of a lease with 7 payments left.I only asked those involved , I understand it is based solely on the dealership appraisal. Please do not waste my time. The internet sales rep Roshanda, promised me that they would not.So I arrived at Glassman at 11:18 on 10-4-23, three separate salesman greeted me & wanted my business, yet I had an appointment with GM Brad Rummer.Brad is the rare bread, perhaps one in 10,000, who looks you in the eye, shakes your had and is sincere.He inspected the car, drove it, came in & offered me exactly what I needed to have peace & sleep well.He called KIA, got the payoff, I signed the documents , I was out of the dealership by 12:45 pm.An hour & 15 minutes seemed very fair, the only thing I left on the table was a 100% completely full tan of gas. A potential $55 value, but Glassman did not have a solution, So I remembered an old sales pitch.Sir, pigs get fed.Hogs get slaughtered.All in all a great day.Ask for Brad Rummer, the showroom is 100% indoors & climate controlled, it is a former Toys R Us, building & is huge.Pics & Videos will be up soon from me.
