This review is specifically about Charley, the car is a major bonus. I ve never been treated so well by a salesman in my life. He almost feels like Family when you speak to him because of the way he cares. He guided me through every single detail pertaining to the vehicle and made sure that I was safe and respected the entire process. He is also very patient and understanding in the way he speaks. I recommend him for your next vehicle. You won t get the same care and attentiveness anywhere else. Thank you, Charley!

Great experience looking for a used car at Glassman. Shannon was my salesperson and he was extremely helpful and friendly!! He helped me find the exact car I wanted, had tons of info for me and when I came back to buy it he had everything ready for me so the sale went quickly and smoothly. Super nice staff and would absolutely buy a used car from Glassman Auto again!

The first time I came in for service everything was great. This time around I was treated like a nuisance by the service writer as soon as I elected for a simple oil change and then I was treated like a child by the cashier. When I got my car back they had left the cabin filter out on the passenger seat with the glovebox on the ground on the passenger side of the car. they offered to replace it for free but we chose to have a different mechanic take care of the services needed due to the poor customer service.

Edward is a nice guy, didn't pressure me. Enjoyed my overall buying experience. Got a good deal on an outback. Might get a Crosstrek sport from here soon, if the prices come down some.

My salesman Charley was really great and easy to work with. I was in the market for a vehicle for my son. I'm a little credit challenged and the finance guy was able to get me financed at a decent APR with Cap One. Would definitely recommend contacting Charley if you're in the market for a used car!!! My son LOVES his car.

Honestly, I feel bad for the salesman, Adam, that works there because he missed out on a guaranteed sale with me. I went in to check out a vehicle, and after test driving and seeing what I needed, we went inside to negotiate . Adam clearly didn t have the authorization to negotiate. After some counter offers, Adam brought over someone named, Gary, to close the deal. We finally agreed at $1,000 off the sale price, and shook hands. This is where it all went downhill. Once Gary found out that I wasn t financing through their options, and wanted to go through my credit union, he no longer honored the sale price we shook hands on, and gave me an ultimatum that if I wanted the price we agreed on, I d have to go through their financing options. There is absolutely no point for me to take 1k off the asking price, to then pay 3x-4x fold in higher interest through Glassman financing over the life of loan versus going through my credit union. This is unethical practices, and pretty sure this violates fair credit acts that protect the consumer. This sales tactic didn t work on me, and I walked out. Beware of purchasing a vehicle from here, and this is the EXACT experience you will receive when trying to purchase a vehicle. Have some self respect, and don t let ANYONE take advantage of you no matter how badly you want the vehicle that s in their lot.

This used car dealership is totally dishonest and unethical. After not hearing from the first salesman for 2 days, I decided to drive there to see the vehicle I was willing to buy. I worked with Charley and agreed to purchase a K5 at the listed price. The write up came back with an accessories charge of $1194.50 that they could not even explain to me. There were no accessories added, and Sales Manager Gary could not explain what the charge was for but said they were required to charge that because it is a newer car. He did, however, say he would remove the charge if I financed through them (further proving it was not a legitimate charge). When I pushed them to see the contract for detail of those accessories charges, they sent me a pamphlet for an extended warranty. Then on Monday morning (while closed on a Sunday) I received a message that it was sold it to someone else. (??) I ve never dealt with a worse group of stereotypical used car salesmen in my life. My apologies for not being gullible to fall for your fraudulent "accessories" charge. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS LESSUpdate: To further solidify their dishonesty, Sales Manager Gary called me the following day to apologize and tell me his manager said they could sell me the car without the accessories fee if I still wanted it. With jaw dropped, I yelled but you already sold it!!! . He said someone in the full-price dealer supposedly put money down, so if he was somehow not lying, he was going to pull a deal after someone put down a deposit?!? PATHETICP.S. That car is still posted for sale online almost a week later lol.

I recently bought a Ford edge ST from Glasman, Shannon made process of buying the car very easy . He was helpful throughout the whole process . I would definitely be buying my cars from this dealership. Shannon also called next day to make sure I was happy with car and if had any questions or concerns that he could help with.5 star service .

No amount of reckless driving and endangering others on the road because you're late to work will ever convince me to give Glassman a dime of my business. If you're going to allow your employees to drive vehicles off of your lot with dealer plates and your logo plastered on said vehicle, please teach them how to better represent your business! Recklessly weaving in and out of traffic because you're running late to work and nearly hitting my vehicle within inches is unacceptable!Pic attached is of the reckless driver!

I was on my way to the gas station when I hit a Michigan pothole. My car was towed at midnight and available for tire replacement at opening the next morning. It still took 2 days for the tire replacement to be completed.I had sat on the side of the freeway for 4.5 hours waiting for a tow truck (no fault of Glassman), but I used up my remaining gas. Service department valet did follow me to the gas station, which I truly appreciated.At the gas station, I discovered that the cash I had in my storage bin was gone.Disappointed....

I didn't even have to make a trip to the car lot to be harassed and hustled for a vehicle I specifically said I don't want. I just started e mailing Gabriel hogston and explained what year and make I was looking for. He said they have one coming in in a couple of weeks.. I told him specifically, I absolutely do not want to be hustled into buying a new one. I do not want to spend $30,000 on a brand new one. I want the one that's 4 years old in white that's coming in in 2 weeks. I had to make that clear to him after he hustled me twice and tried to get me to change my mind.. then it wasn't good enough to harass me, he then started sending me emails of new ones anyways.. I specifically said I don't want but they don't give a damn or respect what people say. They already lost my business, I was going to pay in full for a car but he don't know when to stop!!!! He didn't even apologize in the e mail for continuing to Hussle and harrass me to get a car I don't want!!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven't decided yet if I'm going to show up at the car lot and tell everybody.

If I could give zero stars, I would give Glassman Auto Group and specifically Gary Sharp the Sales Manager that exact rating. I came in as a return customer with a specified goal of lowering my current payment. I was given a lowball offer on my trade and a payment that was more than what I was currently paying. That is how Glassman treats and respects a returning customer. After going to another dealership, the Glassman salesman calls me back and magically, the value of my vehicle increased by $4,000. What if I was an elderly person on a fixed income or a young new buyer on a low income? They would have happily railroaded me into an artificially inflated payment. I would advise everyone and anyone looking for a vehicle to avoid Glassman at all costs. And if you love your friends and family, you will let them know as well. This is the exact reason auto salespeople get a bad name.

I brought my sonata 2022 which was bought from glassman due to oil leak (Drain plug fell off) Glassman team put me in huge stress and told me that the engine is bad and they will be quoting the new engine.Thinking about who will cover the engine or what will happen gave me nightmares.I took the car to other dealership(last oil change place). They put the new drain plug and started the car right up and drove for 2 days and said car is perfectly fine. They are still checking the car to make sure I am covered and keeping the car to check it further. They are also working to provide a car for me to drive.Very disappointed with Glassman, I even talked to the service manager at Glassman during the time they had my vehicle and they said engine is bad and completely done, i need a new engine. Why do these people have to steal from us?I will take this to every platfrom I can to expose this.The amount of stress Glassman have given me, I will make sure people know about this.

Updated edit:I tried to contact Shane and instantly got questioned by "the gm" dave barish. Such unpredictable and unprofessional behavior. DO NOT COME TO THIS BUSINESS. THE GENERAL MANAGER IS A THEIF LIAR AND A GARBAGE HUMAN BEING.THE ONLY PEOPLE TO TRUST ARE SHANE AND CHARLIE.This place disgusts me now. Nothing is the same as it was months ago.Shane was so kind, honest and more than happy to help get me into the kind of vehicle that fit my budget and my style. He knew what he was talking about and if he didn't, he would actually go ask someone else for the answer. I will never go to another dealership.

I have been here twice for service and it has been a great experience. Sa von helped me most recently and he was so kind and explained everything line item by line item. The second I got out of the car he was there to help me. I ve been to other places where you re standing around waiting for someone to notice you and people are just rushing past like they can t see you. I would definitely recommend this place and Sa von in particular!

Terrible experience they have you test drive a car pick a car and sell it to someone else. I actually think they are selling it on line while customers are also coming inside the store trying to purchase the same car. The car I selected and asked to leave a deposit was sold that same day per Johnnie. A phone call the car was sold will been very nice. Don t wast you time it s doggy sells. The salesman Johnnie had 2-3 people seeing the same car at the same time. He also insisted on selling me a car that need collision work. He don t don t know what s in inventory and definitely do not fight to keep your car on hold until you get a cashier check or go home a grab your cash. Worst experience ever a waste of my time. No more used car lots for me I m purchasing on line that your best defense to get the car you want before it s sold right in front of you. Dealership has no ethics or integrity.
