No good, just waste of time. Got estimate approved from my insurance, the shop in mentioned gave estimate which also got approved by my insurance to install and buy the aftermarket bumper, yet the Garber collection aka head manager( I don't work for you) decided on putting and ordering another bumper out of what agreed upon in HIS own shop estimate.So shady business and greedy, trying cutting corners buying cheaper bumper out side what the estimate stated.Avoid!MR manager: maybe learn to listen to understand not listen to respond, and yes you do definitely work for me, I pay the bill!!

Gerber Collision really impressed me, mainly because of Teresa's awesome customer service. I kept calling her about fixing my window, and she was super nice and understanding every time. Even though they were swamped, she made sure my truck was looked at within the same week. Teresa is definitely a star at Gerber. And when I went to their office, Mike was great too. He was really understanding and professional while checking out the damage to my truck. These guys are good at what they do!"

The work was horrible. The first time they gave back my car they had broken both taillights installing them, the bumper did not line up, there were metal shavings in the paint, they used caulking instead of body filler, the paint was wet when they put the car back together so it was messed up. Tim lied to me about having an alignment done and then lied and said he would get me the specs. There were hammer marks inside the trunk, bare metal inside and underneath and the impact absorber was taped into place. On multiple occasions Tim and the manager Jeremy lied to me and said things such as "that's not supposed to line up right" or "a $40,000 Ram isn't perfect, your car won't be" "we don't get paid to fix damage we cause with our tools so we don't repair it". The insurance company forced them to take the car back to fix it right. 2 weeks later it was only slightly better. Then the insurance company forced them to fix it again. I got it back 3 weeks later and it's still not right and the bumper cover is falling off again. I would avoid this place at all costs

These guys are so Awesome!!! This is the second time I went to them after my vehicle was hit for 2nd time. The first time I thought they did a fantastic job but this time they totally blew my mind. I could hardly recognize my car when it was done.. it looked brand new. I am beyond satisfied with their service. They are very professional. They always keep you updated and informed Excellent in customer service and their work is incredible. I would highly recommend to everyone.

I truly appreciate the staff at Gerber. When someone steals your car and damages it you feel violated. The staff was super friendly and nice. I felt extremely at ease because they kept me updated through the whole process. Thank you Krista and everyone involved in fixing my car. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go here IM A LOYAL JACK DEMMER CLIENT but because they were so booked out I let my insurance tell me to go here. Dropped it off at the appointment time & date and was told I'd recieve a call before work began well I waited and waited and nothing. Finally I call and they tell me work began and it should be done by end of week. I told them it shakes at 70+ so would need to be test drove on freeway but the didn't AT all but they told me they did and I know they didn't because I have a tracker in the van. Well I go there to pu the van upset they didn't test drive it and I told them I was on the way I'm doing the turn around and then they decided they finally wana test drive it so they do and of course I gotta wait there 30mins for something that shudda been done before I even left to pu the vehicle. Well I get the van it's fixed or seems to be at least they did the work but make sure to double check them as they lie like a mfer plus at jack demmer they clean your vehicle and this one they don't care to do nothing extra at all shoot they barley care to do the minimum so I guess I see why they do nothing extra. If you love it here that's great for you try Jack demmer on prospect and I bet you'll 1000% change your mind. I will NEVER return here I'd rather wait longer to get the work done then deal with this place at ALL

Omg. I want to thank all the staff for their services. Excellent, excellent, excellent. There s not enough stars or thumbs up to describe the excellent work done to my automobile. FYI. I was in a accident and rear ended and you would not have known unless I told you. Thank you all soooo very much. I am in tears. Sometimes reviews discourages you, but not all of them at all true. I had my car fixed here in January. I got my car back fast and they gave me a year warranty. Unfortunately, I found some damage so I needed to take my car back. This place has some great customer service. The people are very friendly and helpful. The accommodations are superb. I would absolutely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass.

I had the pleasure of working with Jerry who provided top-notch customer service! This was my first time involved in an auto accident so I was unfamiliar with the process. Everyone, especially the front desk receptionist (Ashley, I believe), was very welcoming from day one. Jerry kept us updated on the estimates and repair process over the last couple of weeks. When the service was complete, my truck looked great! The damages and dents were gone and Gerber took extra steps to clean the interior & exterior. I am very happy with the work everyone did and I highly recommend this location.

Excellent work and customer service exceeded expectations. Communication was daily by email and phone. Insurance paperwork was handled by courteous professional people who understood the stress and fear of an unexpected late night accident. They worked through holidays and opened facility on a day off to accommodate my busy hospital work schedule. I would drive far out of my way for this facility if needed again. Tow it here for peace of mind and highest quality work.

I received wonderful service. It took a bit longer than originally planned, but they found that the antenna under the rear bumper needed replacement. They also fixed the lock for the trunk which was a mess. In addition, they provided a rental car. I recommend them 100%

I had an awesome experience with Gerber Collision. I had a small bumper repair and they were very helpful and respectful on the phone. When I came in to pick the car up they didn't charge me. They were a blessing. I was having a rough day and they really helped me. Thanks.

I want to thank this location on getting my BMW looking great again when two other Gerber locations failed to do so. I know it wasn t their fault but they did what the other guys didn t. I m very thankful for them. I saw my car today and finally fell back in love with it again. It s looks great. Thanks again

My car was hit during a ice storm. My insurance company recommended Gerber. They kept me updated on the progress of repair and when I picked up my car it looked like a new car. Excellent work and professional staff.

I recommend Gerber highly. Went first on Merriman Rd about 10 yrs ago. When the Chrysler Pacifica first came out. Was going into a Gas station when this person was determine to get the pump I was pulling up too. This fool was coming straight at me fast. To keep from getting hit I threw car in reverse and hit the air pump. Chrysler wanted a arm and leg and the car would be there a couple weeks untill parts came. Drove down Plymouth to Merriman, seen Gerber on my left drove in got estimate. I had too ask a �ouple of time was they for real. Car done in a week perfect .7-18-2020 going to Doctor on Orchard Lake Rd, going down highway, pressure from wind disconnected black broader driver's side door. Again did not want to go to Chrysler. We drove to Gerber on Telegraph, stated tape that hold mold on glue gone. I did not want to buy a new one, would have completely blown off would cost a hundred dollars. Removed placed in back seat. Would cost more at dealership. Ask how much would cost, to put on free because still had boarder.Appointment 7-21-20. Work completed in no time. Still would be waiting to take car into Chrysler where I purchased car. Now this is not a dealership and gets parts fast.Need tail light replaced water leaks in when it rain and at car wash. Asked about this at you know where to expensive, Gerber ordering part and for passenger side seat mold, broke from people adjusting seat. Like my car looking good.Keep the car together inside and out.A new paint job and rims will make any car look good at any age.

I took my car to Dearborn Gerber Collision and they sent my car here. They did a great job and my car looks like it was never hit. The color of paint matched .. And the car was clean.

My insurance company Progressive suggested Gerber Collision. Horrible customer service from Krista being rude like botjerimg her when I call to checKing on my vehicle that paying a note on. Krista doesn't call to update me ony vehicle. Just flat RUDE.

Avoid. Lazy estimators unwilling to do make effort that is needed to give a realistic assessment. They claim they have actually get the repair job to assess damage. Absurd. There are other collision repair businesses next door, across the street, that are willing to go the extra step to accurately give one an estimate. Any one of them would be better than this place.
