If i had a chance to give 0 Star, i would have done that.I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Avis Ford service center. The service center was abysmal. The advisor staff Jean Miller, service manager Larry were seemed disinterested in helping and was rude and dismissive.I have a 2020 Ford Edge and which was in very good condition. There is a small problem with the rear left door panel of the vehicle with a minor rattling while driving through bad roads or potholes. Actually my wife found out the issue before giving to service center. Look like some screw or something might got loosen inside the door panel. Anyhow I decided to take the car to Avis ford service center. I had been there to theier quick lane department couple of time before and had a satisfying experience.I took the appointment and I brought the car to Avis Ford at Thursday 09/21/2023 9AM sharp. I have explained the minor rattling from left door panel to Jean and mentioned it as the only issue in the Work order. I also explained the root-cause from our observations.In the evening, I called Jean and asked about the status. His response was like this the technician checked the issue. Look like the rattling is coming from sunroof side. We need the vehicle one more day". I immediately told him like that's not true, I never had any problem with the sunroof and are you sure ? . Next day which is Friday, I called jean at the evening and asked. Jean s response was like this "technician didn t get much time to do anything since they are in short of staffs and other works around . He gave me two options : either I can pick up Friday evening and drop back on Monday morning or keep the car for Sat and Sun consecutively in the yard so that they will continue on Monday. Since I had only one vehicle and living without a car in Michigan in weekend is tedious, I decided to pick up my car on Friday evening and give the car to some other Ford service centerThen there comes the big drama. I waited for a minimum of 15 mins in-front of jean and he didn t even ask me to take a seat. He is really disrespectful to customers. Another executive from nearby desk asked me to take a seat coz he saw me I was standing there for a long time. Finally jean brought my car from yard. I went outside and about to get in and drive off. Luckily I had my mind to take a look at the exterior of my car. I found out that there was big scratch on the bonnet of my car. I shown this to Jean. He immediately told me that they didn t create and I m lying. I got irritated from his response. I had photo of my car which was taken a day before I gave my car to them. In that photo it was evident that there wasn t any such scratch. Then immediately he took the car inside mean while I went to talk to the manager and when I was back the scratch wasn t there he did something in no time but once I reach home when I checked the car I found a dent at the tailgate of my car which was not there before. And the same night when I used the sunroof I started hearing some heavy creaking noises. I really felt bad and Monday morning I took my car back there but the service manager was very rude .When I was explaining all these issues he immediately said he will not do it because I kept the vehicle for two days. I asked him why technicians touched the sunroof without my permission. Manager gave some response which was not satisfying. He told me to find out some other quick lane department as well and he don t want me to come to the service center anymore. It felt like they were just trying to get me out the door without actually fixing the problem.Now I need to take the car to another service center and have to fix three issues now by paying out my pocket. (two of them created by Avis ford technicians)Overall, my experience at the Avis Ford service center was frustrating and left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I expected better from a reputable dealer like Avis Ford, and I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their customer service and quality of service

Horrible experience. No accountability. I took my car for maintenance checkup since it was sitting for long time. The person who was working on my car called after inspection saying everything looks good except battery which needs to replace since it wasn't charging. They told me everything was done and I can pick up, I turned the key on and saw whole center console is off nothing was working. I immediately informed them since it was working when I drop the car, the service center guys made some attempt to look into it and since it was Friday afternoon asked me to schedule appointment 2 weeks after to show about the console issue. They literally let me take the car which had no center console working and full blowing heat which I can't control, no headlights turning on due to switches not working. I booked appointment for 2 weeks later and I dropped my car on that day. Next day the person from service center calls and tells me that the whole center console module is blown and need to replace which will cost me $700. I told them how I am responsible to pay for all the damage you guys caused. The service center guy wouldn't take any responsibility whatsoever, the guy won't even let me talk to manager and just kept saying if you need your car fixed or not. Anyways I picked up my car as is, I didn't wanted to get it fixed there since I can't trust them, god knows next time I come for pickup they will tell whole engine is broken and need to replace. PLEASE save your time and go to some other ford service center or any other car repair shop if you have an option.

Michael was very patient with me. I have an older car and I know it's a pain to service. But I never got the feeling that my business wasn't appreciated. He helped me and kept coming up with ideas on how I could get the service I needed that would work best for me.

Fixed an issue with the gear shift I was having that caused the car not to be put in drive. Turns out, it was a recall. Satisfied with the level of service and how quick the issue was fixed. Only took about 4 days.

My front turn signal light was out I ask them to check it. I got a call back and was told to diagnose was 249 dollars, then a added cost for the bulb of 64 dollars plus the install cost. One bulb and repair a wire that they know where it needed repair cost over 300.00. Totally rip off. I will never go back there.

Asked for an oil change, which I thought included checking the other fluids, but I was mistaken. My transmission was hesitant. So I Google how to check my transmission fluid & followed the steps.
