I have never experienced better customer service at a body shop in my life. Friendly staff, excellent workmanship, knowledgeable. My car was done an hour earlier than they told me.every single employee there offered me coffee, water while I was waiting. Management is top notch I cant recommend this place enough. Hands down best shop in town.

Drakes done an excellent job. I had door dings scratches, paint fading, Drake's done an excellent job. when I got my truck back it looked better than it did when I first purchased it.

Jacquelyn is absolutely amazing!! This place couldn t possibly be successful without her!!! She is very helpful, personable, professional and knows her stuff! The waiting room was nice and clean, they even offered my dad and I water. My truck looks as beautiful as she did before. The guys there did a great job and my truck was done exactly when she told me it would be. I highly recommend Drake's Collision and their services.

My was rear ended on 11/17/2023.Sent my truck to Drakes for repairs. From the start the staff was great, assuring me that my truck was in good hands. They gave updates on repairs, & gave me a loaner car . I m was so excited to my truck when the job was complete.My truck had about 5500 hundred miles when it was hit and Drakes gave it back to like I just took it off the car lot.Thanks to all the staff at Drakes who made me whole again with my truck.

Even though the insurance company was trying to total-out the vehicle. I told the insurance NO and I give props Jacqueline she really did her thing and the auto technicians at drakes collision , proud of the work done on the vehicle. Down below is a before and after.

My car was towed to Drakes Collision after an auto theft! I didn t know much about the shop but, from the first interaction I had nothing but, positive things to say. My car was repaired jn a timely manner (given parts shortages) and I was updated on the process frequently. I received my car back completely detailed (I will go back in the future for this service) and in good working order. I had to come back for something minor to be adjusted and the staff was hospitable and welcoming as J waited. It is a very busy shop but, they are polite and kind. They worked well with my insurance. I can t say enough good things about the customer service! Hopefully I never have to return but, I will recommend them 100%

I will be transparent: I was disappointed when I picked my suv up after repairs. Well the Manager, he goes by Sam, called me and let me vent my concerns. He had me come in immediately to rectify the situation. He made me feel like family and I m forever grateful.

I gave Drakes this rating do to how I was treated by Dena the young lady that takes care of issuing loaners.when checking the loaner before I left Dena told me the car smelled like smoke and she was going to note. The loaner was nasty as hell and yes it had an old smoke stinch. I go to return the loaner and Dena comes back after checking the loaner and says to me the car smelled like smoke. I informed her she noted that at pick up. Dena proceeds to tell me it smells like a different smoke and that she saw ashes. It smelled like smoke when I picked it up and the interior was dirty!!! Plus I don t smoke. Jaqqulyn was great! She kept me informed step by step. I didn t like how no employee checks your car at pick to make sure you re satisfied!!

I am very pleased with the work Drake s collision did. They turned my front end damaged camaro into a beautiful car again. They detailed it and made my car smell real good after their work was completed. It s a sweet touch to how clean my car looks now. I m happy I came here because they really do take care of their customers here at Drake s Collision. Thank you Sam, Jackie and Arthur!

Initially my experience with Drakes was a little slow going with the communication but after speaking with Jacqulyn who was very upfront and honest I had a great experience. With the strike and supplier issues I understand how it impacts their business as well but again the level of professionalism and customer service provided by Jacqulyn was great. Due to the supplier issues she offered to put me in a loaner car if my rental went past 30 days so that I would not have to pay out of pocket. I appreciate their offer and follow up. I would recommend them to others.

Unfortunately, my baby was involved in a 4 car smash in a construction area. Nevertheless, Drakes was very professional the entire time. Calls were punctual and informative. I could tell they really take care of their customers while waiting in the lobby. Hopefully I won t see them again in this capacity, but if I do I d gladly come back here.

First and foremost the customer service was/is excellent and professional from day 1 to the end of the process of getting my vehicle repaired here. I got 3 different quotes before I came to Drakes and they were the most honest and their price to repair the vehicle was of satisfaction. The process went in a timely manner as Jacqueline stated to me. Jacqueline was awesome and very helpful and made the process a fantastic experience! My vehicle was done when she stated it would be done and the line of communication was always open if I needed to ask any questions. Their quality of work is excellent I got my vehicle back and it looked brand new! I am so satisfied! My vehicle was washed and looked as if it had came off the showroom floor! Drakes Collision definitely has me as a new customer. They have a car detailing service which I will talking to Eddie soon who does the detailing! Also I will be recommending this excellent business to my friends and family. Big thank you To the staff at Drakes! Special thank you to Jacqueline for making the experience comfortable!

I brought my car here, ironically, at the recommendation of the person who bumped into me. From the very beginning, I felt very comfortable bringing my car in. Communication was awesome all around. If I had a question, I would get an answer back almost immediately. I did get another quote for comparison, and it was almost $300 more.The repair was scheduled, and I had it back in the time that I was promised. The bonus was picking it up detailed and clean!I would definitely recommend Drake's!

Jacquelyn at Drake's Collision is outstanding and her ability to locate and receive OEM parts is incredible. We were struggling to get a front grill for our 2021 GMC Truck when two different dealerships were seeing four matching grills in their parts system, but could not obtain them, as they were in other areas of the country and they did not think those dealership body shops would sell them. So, we went to Drake's Collision and within five days (two of those days being a weekend), she had our OEM grill in her office. The next day it was installed by her professional team and we were out the door with a matching grill for less than what the dealership would have charged us. She is a true customer service magician with a smile and friendly attitude.

My truck was stolen and needed to be towed from the tow yard. A gentleman approached me and offered the place he works for can tow and fix the truck if needed. Once my vehicle was towed there I came and did paperwork and my insurance sent an inspector out to get an estimate for repairs. After this everything went down hill. The trouble of getting in touch with the right person there to let them know we wanted to see if it can be repaired and have them start working on it was terrible. They never called my adjuster back to get things moving forward. I finally call myself I spoke to a gentleman named terry. He was not helpful at all, the manor in which he spoke to me was rude and unprofessional. I emailed over the estimate like they asked and I waited for them to follow up. A week went by and no one called or emailed literally no communication with me or my adjuster. This place cause a huge delay in my claim process. I regret ever taking my truck there. Save your self the hassle and go somewhere else.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff were great all so genuine, caring, wholesome, and went above and beyond to make my experience the best. I shopped around a few places and Drakes gave me the best estimate and did such an amazing job. I hope I never have to, but if my car needs fixing this is the place I d go to every time.

I experienced a rear fender bender that caused significant damage, so I called Drake s Collision on a referral. I scheduled my appointment with Bass and his assistance in filing my claim was beyond what I expected. They repairs were done fast and they even helped me in getting a new set of tires while my truck was in the shop.Thank you to Bass, Jackie, and their entire staff who were extremely helpful and professional from start to finish.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I recently had substantial accident damage to my new Lincoln Aviator repaired at Drake's Collision and Detailing. I can sum up the entire experience in one word: FANTASTIC. The vehicle was picked up the day after my initial contact. Paperwork was immediately processed and the hunt for all the needed parts was started. I would like to contrast this with the estimate I received from a local Lincoln dealer that "We'll pick up your car in 2 weeks and start the repairs in about 1 1/2 months.". Throughout my entire experience with Drake's, I was extremely impressed and very pleased. The loaner vehicle was a newer Edge that I felt very comfortable driving. I received frequent communications regarding the status of my Aviator from Jackie, who truly did a fantastic job on all the actions and paperwork required for the insurance claim to fix my vehicle. The "moment of truth" came a few days ago when I was notified I could pick up my vehicle. I am very pleased to say that the repaired vehicle was, as mentioned above, FANTASTIC. Both driver side doors were heavily dented and the driver rear quarter panel was completely destroyed, exposing the many electronic components (including some damaged) that the vehicle contained. Looking at the repaired vehicle brought a giant smile to my face and my wife's. You would never believe it had been so damaged. Everything was repaired perfectly and, best of all, the "Ceramic Pearl Metallic" paint repair was a perfect match. In summary, I would highly recommend Drake's Collision, and if you are lucky you might also get Jackie to be your liaison. I am one extremely happy customer.

Great quality service. I could not be happier with how things went. Every staff member I interacted with was so helpful and nice. Jacquelyn treated me as if I were her only customer and made sure my car was fixed in a timely manner. The people at the front desk communicated very well with me throughout the entire process. Teddy made sure I was happy with my car before driving off. I will definitely be recommending Drakes Collision.

I had THE BEST experience with Drake s! I came in for a small fix and they detailed my truck for me!
