I had an unfortunate incident occur with a valet company, and Crash champions handled everything from start to finish. Got my truck back to me in 1 week, earlier than expected. Excellent professional service, could not be happier. Local Lexus dealer referred me to Service King/Crash Champions Collision in Southfield, Michigan. My vehicle is a 2002 Lexus 430SC, and I was concerned about the age of my vehicle. The very professional comprehensive estimate was impressive, and the actual cost came in slightly less than the estimate. The workmanship and appearance of my car was nothing short of amazing. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. My service advisor from Lexus referred me to come here for collision work. I Wait almost a month to get an appointment for an estimate, The receptionist got all my info and asked multiple times when booking my appointment who is my insurance carrier. I get there and the advisor says they forgot to tell me they stopped using progressive insurance so I'd have to go to another location. It must be a communication issue, How would the receptionist/appointment coordinator not know that when the appointment was once booked in person and rescheduled over the phone? I left work earlier for something I could've been told over the phone. So, before booking please ask/ verify if they can use your insurance because clearly, some things go in one ear and out the other at this location.Service: Body & Trim

The service here was amazing. The manager came out personally and went over the damage on my vehicle. I got constant friendly updates from Dorian about the vehicle. And I even got it back EARLY! They did an amazing job they also cleaned my car it was super shiny and beautiful. Thank you to everyone there at crash champions and thank you who cleaned my car she was dirty. Thanks again I hope I don't need their service again but if I do I'm bringing it right back to them. They took great care of me I can only imagine that you will get the same great care.

Excellent service front start to finish. I took my vehicle in after a minor accident and within two week had it back. Dorian was very helpful and assured me my car as in good hands. The communication was five star! I received updates and notifications about the process. The front desk representative was knowledgeable and very pleasant when assisting me. I would go back for any future service needs.

Worst shop ever. They fixed my car and it took them an entire month to replace one door. They actually ruined my lights and windows. They have no electric experience at all and the paint is rusted now. Less than a year and it s already rusted. Terrible service. Take your car somewhere else. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE SINCE I COMPLAINED 4 MONTHS AGOUpdate: this issue has not been resolved nor was I contacted by this company. Lairs

I was extremely satisfied; I really appreciated Alex keeping me posted on the progress of my repairs. Everyone treated me with the utmost respect. The receptionist was very kind and knowledgeable. Also the gentleman that drove my car around after he had finished washing and waxing my car was very kind too. In other words they treated me like royalty. I was in an accident on July 18, 2022 and my vehicle is still with these people. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST collision place in the nation! The BD communication, the lies, the dragging along! No loaner offered and insurance only covers a rental for 30 days, it has been 13 weeks and still nothing. If there was a zero star they would have it. Stop taking on more vehicles if you don't have the means to get the car fixed In A reasonable amount of time. I'm sure they'll respond and say they were waiting on parts. That was the first two weeks. They tell the insurance company one thing and me another. My vehicle should have just been totaled out but then they would not have made any money. DON'T go to them!Service: Body & Trim

Alex has been very supportive and helpful in the whole stressful process of having my car here. Updated continuously throughout the process and answered all questions I had. Also, the team taking care of my car did an excellent job on my car itself and was happy to do business with them.

This location provided extraordinary service to my vehicle. They work with Allstate so that s why I chose them and I am so pleased I did. My Honda was smashed on a Wednesday afternoon and I was driving what looked like a brand new car by the following Tuesday. They estimated 14 days and I had it back within 7! Tim was so helpful, genuine, thorough, knowledgeable, and just the perfect person to work with during a stressful situation. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else and I hope you won t either!

Very friendly employees and were conscious and considerate about costs for the repairs on my vehicle. They got a price match on new parts at a used part rate, and ordered them in advance of my car being on site. The work performed was professional and prompt. When I got my car back, they had washed and detailed the interior and exterior! They kept me informed during the repairs and followed up after I was driving again. I had other repair work done by a dealership, and the service provided by Autometric was magnitudes better. Highly recommended!

I woke up to find that my car had been keyed. I decided to take my car to Service King Collision in Southfield and I couldn t be happier about the service and communication from Pat and Dorian. They kept in constant contact with me about the status of my car and completed the repair faster than I thought. When I arrived to pick up my car after the repair Pat explained the lifetime warranty, what they did, and made sure to explain how to care for my car while the paint cures. I got in my car and was blown away again as I found that not only did they fix the damage, but they also fully detailed my car inside and out.Best service hands down!!!

This collision shop is very neat, clean and organized. The follow up calls and service updates while your vehicle is being fixed, is the best I have experienced in the past 10 years!. Thank you Marty and the great staff at Autometric. I will refer any of my friends and colleagues to your business and know they will be taken care of in a professional, efficient manner.

Took in my mini cooper to be repaired after it was hit on the rear drivers side - my car looks fantastic, I am so very happy with it, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When I got my car back, they had washed and detailed the interior and exterior. I would definitely recommend going here for any repair work. Thank you Adam for all the time you took to talk to me about my repairs, and to Debbie for making it so I could pick up my car when I needed to.!! :-)

Look at how many totalled cars are in the parking lot. They don't have the man power to finish all those lay alone take more customers. Prepare to wait a minimum of 2 months. Smaller shops probably 1 week.

I received excellent service from Service King Collision Repair in Southfield. Mike McGrary was my service rep he was awesome as well as Dianna the receptionist. Mike explained the entire process and informed me weekly/daily the status of my vehicle and additional work that it needed. Kudos and thanks to everyone who provided service to my vehicle.

Went in for an estimate on some repair work after someone sideswiped me. I received a written estimate totaling over $1000 in damages. I continued to search around. I went to the dealership and was told my damages were only surface marks that had not penetrated the paint and could be repaired in 20 minutes and for free! The repair was made on spot and there were no longer any signs I was in an accident. Not sure why Service King gave me such a high estimate. Glad I shopped around.

The front desk staff was and general management was wonderful and everyone was attentive. Car came very clean and well fixed I don t know what the other people in the reviews are saying I rate service king #1 BEST COLLISION SHOP!!

BEWARE IF THIS FACILITY!!! we towed our car in to get a QUOTE! and they gave us a quote that we did not agree with. so we decided not to get work done there. OUT OF KNOW-WHERE, there was a $500 check out fee for the car.... i refused to pay this. This wasn't discussed beforehand, I got my car towed out of there and taken to another facility. I get a call from the other facility that they are waiting for parts. SERVICE KING TOOK MY CAR APART AND HELD ON TO THE PARTS and did not say anything! they kept their mouth shut. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO INTEGRITY!!! BEWARE!!! HORRIBLE PLACE

I had a collision claim through Allstate and was sent to the Southfield location instead of Livonia by the call center. Despite being at the wrong location Debbie made sure my claim was documented and arranged for my car to be flat loaded to the proper location. Above and beyond service.
