I bought two sets of rims along with two sets of tires from these amazing people. They offered free mount/balancing not to mention the absolute best pricing. This location has amazing, friendly and knowledgeable staff that I know will offer me the best deal with the best service. (Notably Rob, Kyle and I forget who the older gentleman/ service managers name was) who will get you exactly what you need. Even when things go wrong (which in my experience is minimal but we are all human) they always take full accountability and accommodate for inconveniences very well! High quality customer service is hard to come by, but at this belle tire it s quite easy to find!

Big company but left feeling some small town love. While waiting for complementary services tire rotation and wheel alignment check I noticed exceptional customer service. It started with young lady Brie that kindly greeted me promptly to the manger who I observed sweeping and cleaning the facility. Additionally I observed a technician going out to help an elder non customer with fasting her license plate at no charge. I Didn't have time today to get the suggested wheel alignment but will definitely be back.

My sister and I visited the Belle Tire location on Southfield Rd yesterday because she had a flat tire. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, I can t say the same about the location in Royal Oak on Woodward. She went there first, since it was closest to where she was at the time. With having a flat tire, not only did they tell her they couldn t get to it until tomorrow afternoon, they didn t even offer to put air in the tire for her to at least go somewhere else. They told her where the air pump was (on the other side of the building, and not working) and didn t aide or do anything to at assist her. And did I mention it was raining at the time?? She had to drive on a flat tire to the gas station next door to get air, which thankfully at least got her to the location on Southfield Rd. I left work to meet her at the Southfield location, just in case they couldn t get to it, but they were already assisting her, advising they would have it repaired before they closed, and it was!!

The service I received was excellent. They resolved the problems with my vehicle in a timely manner. They kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. I have also purchased tires from them and have been very satisfied.

This is my second time going to Belle Tire for auto service related to alignment and suspension, on two different cars. Both times, I was super satisfied! The customer service was excellent, the work was done fast, and my cars felt great driving away. I am now a fan of Belle Tire in Southfield, on Southfield Rd.

I needed a full set of new tires. My appointment was at 9am. The work was done by 10:30am. I got a great price! The waiting room was clean, had comfortable seating, available WIFI and multiple plugs. All in all, a 5 star experience

I was online looking for new snow tires a few weeks ago. Decided to speak with a specialist we picked out my tires and rims and he helped me with setting a location. I picked Southfield since I work close in the area. I must have picked the right time to buy tires (for the sale) I came in on a Sunday and paid for the tires (per protocols) I was then told that it would be about 7-9 days. Rick called to let me know that he had received 2 tires and was waiting on the other two. Once they came in Rick called again and we set an appointment for a few days later (today) I am so happy with my purchase of my snow tires and steel snow rims.I really like this location and plan on returning.Thanks Rick and staff! very much appreciated.

Exceedingly long wait. (8AM appointment, now after 11AM and still not done). Service was to mount 4 new tires purchased directly from Belle Tire.Excellent deal compared to other suppliers.

These guys are the best. Shoutout to the manager Rick and technicians Wisan Hamid, Colin Connelly, and Jalen Savage for taking care of my car in a dire time of need. Professional, polite and a 10/10 experience. I and my family will continue to be coming here for all my needs.

Drove in this morning with a flat tire. Rick was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond! They did an excellent job. I hope I never have another flat tire but if I do, I won t go anywhere else.

Service was wonderful I order tires a week ahead the wrong tire size but they head the perfect tires there they help me with no problems and was so nice over all.

Rob is the best! Very friendly and helpful! Thanks for your help in finding my impossible to find tire and for getting it take care of so fast before I went out of town! Thanks to you and the team at belle tire on Southfield rd. I m back again! This is the only place I go when I need tires. Curtis is the best! So friendly and honest! He got my tires fast too! And scheduled service quick and they did an excellent job. Thanks for all of your help! And thanks for always making me feel safe! Curtis you see the best!

3/25/23 8am appointment for bubble in tire.Realized while waiting on the car at Belle Tire, I checked the website and found a sale starting today 3/26. Due to limited tire availability at this location, I decided to wait for the sale as I have another vehicle to drive in the interim and did not want to pay full price for something that would be on sale the following day.. I inquired of options, and was offered none. I informed them that I would rather wait. I offered to pay for the time it took to investigate The technician Wixom (I think) looked at me like I was stupid, walked away as if "someone stole his bike' and went back to put the tire back on. Conveniently, the tire that was fine for weeks, is all the way flat. They should have at least warned me that could happen.All ended well. I was the damsel, hubby felt like my hero .I made my appointment elsewhere. I am not taking the chance of Wixom working on my car.Brian, the acting Story Manager is nice with a friendly personality. Not enough to make me change my mind.

Curt at Belle Tire went above and beyond with customer service. My rotors were rusted and needed replaced! He gave me the best price, called wirh appointment reminders, checked my wipers and even called after to make sure the brakes were working well to my expectation. I waited in the lobby which was clean and watched Good Hair by Chris Rock. Curt is the guy to ask for! NB

Used this place a couple times now so far nothing complain about. This is a weird point but I like their parking lot it's relatively easy to pull in/out of unlike some repair shops that are an excessive in car Tetris.

I made an online appointment the night before (almost 7pm) for the following morning. Once I arrived and my vehicle was looked at I was told that there was something else wrong. Not a problem, all in all I was in and out within 2 hrs.

Horrible. They didn't check my tire at all but told me that they weren't able to patch my tire just by the visual I gave them. Attitude wasn't friendly at all towards myself, a women who doesn't know much about these things. So I took my vehicle down the street to discount tire and they patched it with no problems or second thoughts. It's almost been a week and I have no problems.

The Manager, Brian Drake, encourages and maintains a Very Good Team! Taylor is an amazing young man that works at this Bell Tire! The staff were so helpful! Filled up my tire when Discount Tire was closed. I will continue go to this Bell tire. Respectful, fast, affordable, knowledgeable, professional, and kind service.I don't usually leave reviews this nice, but... they are helpful!

The best tires ! The Belle Tire store in Southfield MI (on Southfield Road near 13 Mile Road) is great. Jonny and Service Man are very helpful. Their service is very good, efficient, and fairly priced. I highly recommend this place for car service if you ever are in needed for

Recently had an amazing experience with the assistant manager, Rob. I brought my vehicle in for a new set of tires and an oil change with very short notice.I explained my timetable to Rob ahead of time (planning to schedule a ways out). He told me he would make it happen and had 2 technicians standing by to tag team my job in order to accommodate me that day! He had 4 tires mounted and balanced, an oil change, and an alignment done in just over an hour at the most competitive price I received.Was very impressed and will definitely be referring everyone I know!

6 days later I have a flat tire. Horrible customer service I knew they would find a way to say it s not their product s fault although it s flat! I bought a full set of tires! Never trust them!

New to the area , and decided it was time for some new tires . Called and made an appt and they got me in the next day .They didn t have the tires I originally wanted but the young man Selwan helped me by going over the different tires and stuff .I knew I was spending a hefty price compared to other places (sams club) but I like the fact my tires have warranties .They did call to tell me about a leaking rear shock and that I needed rear brakes bad . (Which I new I needed brakes)When I mentioned about the front selwan said your front brakes look great .Okay great .Overall I m happy and my vehicle drives beautifully . Quiet tires I no longer pull to the right or left , brakes feel great now .So for GY tires (4) 2 rear shocksRear brakes and rotorsWheel alignment and the 1 year wheel alignment plan I paid $1,887.27.I really do feel like if purchasing a set of 4 tires and having suspension work done (shocks) a four wheel alignment should be included and not charged the $96.99.Hoping these tires last a good while . Thanks again !

LOGAN LEE IS THE MAN!! I'm very happy with the service belle tire provides during these trying time. The staff is was informative took the time to explain the service being provided. Smiles on there faces made me feel welcomed. Being a hearing impaired customer they made sure I understood the services which was very important to me. KUDOS TO THE STAFF THANK YOU
