FREE code scan and printout when you have a yellow "Service Engine Soon" OBD2 indicator light. You will know if it's an urgent issue or something that can be addressed in a week or two (or never).

Usually I experienced great customer service at this location but today I came in to acquire the cost of an air filter for my car. I thought the price went up compared to my past air filter purchase from autozone. I asked was it a recent price increase and the lady with the gray shirt behind the counter responded stating that she can check the prices back to 2001 but it won't make a difference. I've been working here for 5 years and I never seen it lower than this price. Do you want the air filter? I'm not sure where all this attitude is coming from. I was not rude or anything but I guess that's who they have employed there right now. I have never seen this woman worked at this location before. I do not need all of that extra from this women. I walked out and I went to O'Reilly's Auto Parts and got the air filter a lot cheaper.

Went in about a headlight. Friendly and professional; upon checking if he could install headlight came back on. No purchase but when it went out again I went back. This time two employees; young lady not helpful at all. Very frustrating and gave me aisle, letter and number of my part and went back to conversation. Gentleman did install before his lunch break. Southfield location-experience was a turn off. I ll go to another store.

Not enough employees . Second timing coming here and I had to figure out everything myself. I had to plug upThe computer to my car (didn t know what I was doing) . Needed help putting oil in car, no one to help.

These people are awesome! My truck broke down in the parking lot. It was SO HOT! They told me I could come inside. I needed to call a tow truck and my phone was almost dead. They gave me a chair, I'm disabled, and plugged in my phone so I could make the call. While waiting they ordered my part so I could get back on the road. I would recommend highly! Thank you for the kindness I was shown at this store!

I cannot believe how rude the staff are at this location. I called to ask for a part in stock. She kept me on hold for 8 mins and when she came back she said what do you need I was like what s your name ? She said Lisa and i said okay Lisa why do you have an attitude ? She clicked on me. I called back and she answered and I told her I will be contacting your district manager. I m really not liking auto zones management. I feel like they are hiring anyone now a days.

This Carlos guy (tall light skinned African American with bunch of tattoos on his arms) at this AutoZone branch is very rude and doesn t know how to communicate. He has no patience to deal with customers and feels he s too big to work at AutoZone. He has being rude to me not once but twice, dude if you think you re too big for the job quit and find something else. No one forced you to work there, our monies put food on your table so be mindful.

I was polite patient and respectful, all I needed was a head lightbulb and all I got was terrible customer service. The Male (hazel eyed) Employee clearly didn't want to assist me as I approached the front of the line he looked away and I stood there a long time waiting for him to acknowledged me. He was most likely discriminating against me because when I left and went to Advanced Auto Parts they gave me no issues, even installed the lightbulb at no charge and it wasn't an easy install I appreciated their courtesy and made me look at AutoZone differently.The AutoZone employee told me there were 2 different (low beam) lightbulbs for my car and since I didn't know which one I needed and I told him I didn't know how to remove the lightbulb myself to bring it in and show him his response was "well I can't help you". It's funny because advanced auto parts never mentioned 2 different bulbs once I gave them the year make and model they just gave me the bulb. For that reason I will no longer shop at this AutoZone location and I will think of this experience every time I need to visit an AutoZone. This was August 22, 2023.

Service was good and very helpful. Went to get fuel injection cleaner for my car really nice. Also went last week with Mom for her car because she need new wipers for her car. The guy was nice and he put it on My Moms car thanks appreciate that Auto Zone. Update February 16, 2023Had to go back and get wiper blades for Mom's car. Of course they put them on the car and I really appreciate them helping me out. Thank You and Blessings......

Excellent service they had the product that I need and they helped me bring it to my truck...cuz it was very heavy. Thank you to these three gentlemen for the Win Carlos, Joe and Bethrand. The manager only had one of my engine cherry pickers in stock. Drove there from another store and she understood and gave me 10% off the floor model. thank you

9/1/2022 The tall cashier guy in the front is rude, talks like he is ready to fight you like he is the owner of the place. Show a bit professionalism and keep your attitude at home. That s not how you deal with a customer. It s like someone forcefully brought him to work and made him stand there.I m paying you to buy something and it s like he is doing me a favor for working. Who even hires people like that for their business. This auto-zone definitely does not care about their customers. Never coming back here!

I was only spending $40 on wipers and I needed help putting them on. The cashier explained that she was the only person available in front, a guy was helping someone else and a young lady was from a different department. The guy came to the front after he was done with his customer so I asked him for help. He paused then replied I m bouta make a run soooo .. I requested a refund because I don t know how to do it. I won t come back either. I m sure 1 customer doesn t matter but, if they treat all small customers this way, they ll feel it soon enough.

Kenneth offered me superb service. I really appreciate his time and his efforts to make sure I had everything I needed! Even assisted me with changing a bulb on my Jeep. I was so confused and couldn t have done it without him!He is the best and I will definitely shop at this location again in hopes that he helps me again!Thanks Kenneth!!

This AutoZone left me with a very pleasant experience. I came in for my windshield wiper to be replaced. From the moment I walked in, I experienced amazing customer experience. An employee named Reggie helped me find what I need and installed my windshield wiper as well. He was extremely professional and kind. There was also a woman worker who reflected this same type of customer service. This store has great employees and I will come back here for anything I need. Customer service sure does make a difference! Thank you both!

The manager was extremely rude and ignored me. I still there, calmly as she spoke to other guests. I asked her should I stand in line or go to another one and she seemed shocked that I asked her that. She acted like she had something to do and that she wasn't ignoring me but I know she was. It's sad to see that type of behavior from the manager.

Held the door for me as I entered and greeted me very kindly. Had just what I needed in stock. Saved me some money. Assured me that I could return my item if I encountered any issues. Over all, pleasant people working there.

This store went completely down the drain, I ve been shopping here for 6 plus years and it seems like they re just hiring anybody. People with bad attitudes and no knowledge on cars I will never come back .

Walked in, no one appeared for 5 minutes from back. Floor was empty. No staff. When a staff member showed up, she was rude and less than helpful. She was too busy to help me and very condescending. When she said it would be 10 minutes before someone could put them on my car, I'd had enough and left. I will not go back after this experience. Customers are first and should not seem like a nuisance.

INCREDIBLE customer service. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable. Employee installed wiper blades and ensured I was satisfied before paying. Definitely will be coming here for battery replacements and any other DIY projects.

The associates are welcoming and friendly and keep a sense of humor. Car 'stuff' isn't always the best topic and is often a point of stress, but it's nice knowing there's a good place to go to get assistance and parts at a good cost.

There's one guy here who's always very helpful. We're searching for a specific bulb that the only one left had been previously opened. He found one that was practically the same thing in a fresh pack. Their prices are generally on par with Amazon, but it pays to compare before buying that either. But Amazon doesn't have this helpful gentleman.
