Knowledgeable workers preforming under 10 minutes. Respectful, prepared, and hard working crew with very polite demeanor. Inspected engine and all vessels to see what else could b done. In turn they showed what would b beneficial to replace. In turn they showed oil n filter before and after being replaced

Kevin and the other Gentleman were excellent. I called to verify they could do a tire rotation, and then it turned out I didn t need one based on the vehicle miles. I appreciate them not trying to upsell me just to make money.They were thorough, honest and friendly.I would definitely recommend this location and I ll be back.

This placed ruined my car. Went in for an oil change. When I left an error light came on so I turned back around to ask them about it. The guy said oh it's good, it will go off once you get going. Never went off. A few weeks later I took my car into the dealership cause it started to drive rough. They said there was NO OIL in my car. Fried my engine! I went back to the Victory Lane to confront them and the guy argued with me about it basically telling me it's not their fault. Would not recommend this place.

I was lured to stop into this store advertising a full synthetic oil change for $69.99 after rebate. I attempted to clarify with the tech how the rebate worked and was told I d receive an email with a gift card usable at any business, Amazon, etc.So far I paid $107.95 plus a $3 service fee for paying with a credit card. I was directed to scan a QR code and complete the steps to apply for a rebate including a copy of the invoice. I attempted to do this in the service bay and the rebate system repeatedly hung up without completion. The tech directed me to call a number in the fine print if it couldn t be submitted successfully. I tried repeatedly after leaving to submit without success and then called the number sat on hold for 15 minutes before finally speaking with an agent. What a waste of time and apparently known by the staff at Victory Lane. I very rarely submit negative reviews but wanted to warn other customers about the misleading price advertised and the unreasonable steps required to even apply for the rebate.

This was my first time going to victory. I needed an oil change so bad, and was in and out in less than 30 mins (and this visit included inspection of my engine). They changed my oil, topped fluids off, checked my lights and windshield wipers and pointed out any concerns. The staff were polite and courteous and had extensive knowledge in their field. I will definitely be coming back here for future services. A+ experience.

Fred did a great job servicing my car. Very friendly, polite & knowledgeable. Even directed me to the Pennzoil rebate website. I ve always taken my car to Victory Lane & will continue to do so in the future.

They did a fine job. I wish the menu was a little more simple and didn t have built in additives. $80.00 for a semi syn on my 04 Excursion without upgrading to the same brand premium oil filter or electing for windshield washer solvent topped off for $2.99. Is just okay. Nothing to write home about. Fluid top off s used to be basic practice in the quick lube world ? Now we try and upsell it. That I am not really a fan of.Overall no true complaints. The above is just me picking it apart.Food for thought corporate

Great service today. Coupon was handy. Even talked about coolant flush (very used car, new to me). Coolant checked out great. Can't wait to bring in my wife's car next week.

Absolutely amazing experience! Each worker was kind and very polite. This was by far the best oil change experience I've had! My truck broke down in their bay and the men working tried jumping my car, then they helped me push it out of the bay and even worked on my truck with me, giving me a hand when they had absolutely no obligation to!! When they had a break they would all rush out and help me with replacing my starter. They and even said I could leave it parked for a few days if needed. I will always go to this oil change and am recommending it to anyone who needs an oil change!!Service: Oil change

What a great service! The staff was knowledgeable, trusting,and caring. No pressure service. I am trying to maintain a low mileage 2015 Traverse, so keeping it updated and tuned is very important to me. They used to have a sign on the wall listing current prices. Now it's a rolling electronic 'list' that is too small and pale to read. The employees were professional and did good work.

Seriously a bunch of great employees! They are always so nice when I come to get my oil changed, their understanding and helpful. Honestly you just don't find very many places that have this kind of kindness. Keep up the great work!

Updated 11/10/2023Victory Lane has been my go to place for an oil change for 3 years. The guys are pleasant and efficient and try to get you and out as quickly as possible. One thing that has changed is the fact that they re now charging an extra 3% if you pay by credit card. A lot of places seem to be doing this, which I don t understand because I was under the impression that businesses can deduct credit and debit card processing fees as a business expense.Service: Oil change

Went in for an oil change. Left panicked mainly about an excessive oil leak that they had noted. Also commented on needing new things for my transmission and they offered to do it.With an excessive oil leak I d expect to see ya know a leak underneath of my car the next morning. Absolutely dry.Took the car in to another shop to get a full 18 point inspection and they specifically looked for an oil leak and came up with nothing.The only issue they noted was having to replace a coolant line within a year.I do NOT recommend this shop, they will lie to you to get more money out of you. In this economy? No thank you.Service: Oil change
