Corporate needs to give Kristina a raise. I had a problem with my Honda pilot and Kristina the manager went out of her way to help me even though I could tell she had a lot going on. There is absolutely no question in my mind I will be coming back here if I ever need help with my cars. These folks here are another reason (of many) that proved moving to South Lyon was a great blessing and I m lucky to live here.

I came in to buy a rear wiper blade for my SUV. The person working the counter helped me find the right blade. I was having trouble installing it and she came outside and helped me, even though it was raining. She really went above and beyond. Absolutely perfect experience.

I purchased rotors for my 2018 Escape and Conor made me aware that if I bought pads that they would be 15% off, so I did. If wear required to wear masks, it feels like they should too, but I didn't feel at risk.

Several years ago I had purchased windshield wipers from O Reilly the service was phenomenal because one of their employees installed them for me Last week I ordered a rear led brake light unit from them for approximately $400 less than the dealership was going to charge and today they walked me through installing it I just can t say enough good about their service highly recommended.

Went to auto zone first. Had to leave. This place was a 100% difference. A worker named Jeffery found me a screwdriver to borrow, literally handed me the right headlight in my hand, and double checked twice everything was going good with the switch. Costumer service is rare these days. Thank you Jeffery.

Their batteries stick they charge 190.00 for them and they don't last. Sams has 140.00 and three year warrantee.

Two of my friends were trying to fix their truck and the young man working there (17 yrs old he said) helped us as much as possible- even kept the store open a few minutes past close to make sure the truck would run and my friends could get me home. I wish we got his name, he def deserves a bonus or something!!

Went into the store to get some new wiper blades. They didn t have one of the sizes I needed so then I had to buy the next higher pieced ones. After check out I asked for help with the wipers and the cashier had no one there to help him and said he couldn t leave the counter. Not to mention some customer waiting in line looks at me and says, I really need to cash this guy out..! Okay?! I have no idea what that was all about but my experience was not good. The costumer service was underwhelming and I was very disappointed that they didn t have a simple wiper in stock.

Loved it! Brought up my Nanas Van to have the Battery & Starter tested to be sure of what the issue was. Turned BOTH items were bad. The young man that helped us was very very professional! Thank you for time!

Excellent customer service! CJ, the manager, went out of his way to help me measure some old parts in order to ensure that he got me the correct replacement. This was after other stores in town were unable to figure out what parts I needed. I will definitely be using this as my go-to parts store from now on.

Nick went above and beyond to make sure my family and I got back on the road after our battery died. He had plenty of opportunities to say there was nothing else he could do. He never gave up. We used him as an example to our 3 and 5 years about being kind to strangers.

It's obvious the turnover at the South Lyon store is at an all time high.I have had a business account since that store opened.They don't know what they are doing and have cost me an account because they are incompetent. They order my parts, never call me, then send them back.After 20 years business with them I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Not the brightest bulbs on the shelf. Staff was clueless on a couple of items i was looking for. Took the whole team effort to figure it out. And price was a premium. I don't like paying for giving a lesson.

Probably my favorite O'Reillys Ron is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. As someone in the automotive profession I do rely on them from time to time to deliver part. They are usually very quick even with the crazy amounts of traffic in the area.

Great staff! Knowledgeable and good advice on recent purchace. I also bought wipers for my car and despite the sub zero temps the wipers were installed and the service was fast, friendly, and efficient.

Decent parts store. If there's was truly one auto parts store with the best prices and the best parts, then there'd be only one auto parts store. Seldom has this store let me down.

7-28-20188pmMy Chevy Cruise was throwing codes and misfiring. The two employees who was running the store ran a code on my car. Misfire cylinder 3. They guided me on changing the plug. Turned out it wasn t it. It turned out to be a spark pack. A great guy who is a fire fighter grab his own tools and help do it all. Very blessed that all 3 gentlemen were there at the right time and the right place. I use my car for my job and without it I have no job. A BIG THANK you to the two team memebers working. I wouldn t of made it home to my family with you!!! Your gratitude will not be forgotten!

I am a single women and these ppl that wk here are always so good and kind to me and always help me weather it is putting on my new steering wheels cover to putting washer fluid in my car Etc.Thumbs up to them

Stop in at 2:30 in the afternoon to buy 2 bottles of antifreeze 50/50 And the guy behind the register didn't wanna break my $100 bill For my $32 balance..... When they asked him if he was serious he rolled his eyes and sighed as he was going to go look in other registers by then I just said never mind I'll go somewhere else obviously I'm working you too hard ,went to o'reillys in howell Got outstanding serviceBut I definitely do not recommend the one in South Lyon..

Nice clean store. Only downside is the could not break a $100 bill for a $40 sale at 9 in the morning so I had to use a card.
