I stopped in to have my car battery checked, and when it was discovered to be bad, Jeremy was quick to find me the right battery and install it for me! So quick and easy pulled into the lot at 3:35 pulled out by 4:15. So awesome. Thanks again.

My son and I went in and explained that my son had his driver's permit and was coming in to learn about how to order parts for the vehicle and that today we were doing an oil change. Joe was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He was SO helpful to my son, explaining things as we went and even gave helpful insights. Fantastic experience!

Wouldn't trust their battery tester. Guy told me by battery was good when it was most definitely not good. Id suggest to go down the road to O'Reillys

Husband out of town hunting and started having starting problems on my vehicle. Drove up here and they scanned the battery and sure enough it needed to be replaced. Purchased a battery and the really friendly guys in the store installed the new one and took the old one, couldn't have been easier! Thank you guys!

I asked to exchange a battery an they did a return. I wish they new how bad I need that battery right now, or had the ability to make it right.

Andy is amazing!!! I needed help and he didn t hesitate to help. I didn t know much about cars, but I was very concerned about my oil levels until I could get it to the shop. I didn t even have to ask him for assistance not once. He helped me as soon as I walked through the doors, helped me put oil in my car and have great assistance. I wish there were more Andy s in the world. He really saved me. I could have done real damage to my car, especially since I didn t understand why the light wanted to come on when I just got an oil change last month and we didn t see an oil leakage. He covered all the questions. He was the best. Very best, Thank you so very much Andy

10/10! Cannot thank them enough for there amazing service! I was turned down by another Auto Zone not far from this location and decided to go with South Lyon instead and what a relief it was. Andy was the gentleman who assisted me and helped me pick out the right battery for my truck, and he even installed it on a rather difficult set up! Cannot thank him enough! He went above and beyond my expectations and he was very knowledgeable and thorough while explaining to me everything he was doing throughout the process. Good help is hard to come by and he is definitely one of the good ones. I appreciated the professional help. Keep it up South Lyon Auto Zone and thank you Andy! You ve got my business in the future.

Excellent service all the time. If you re not confident in your skills there are many areas they can directly help you with. Wiper Blades, Batteries no problem. Open later in the evening, even on Sunday.

I absolutely love this location!I stopped in to exchange a steering wheel cover for a larger one. Joshua W. was able to exchange it for another one with no issues. I was excited to put it on right away in the parking lot. Guess what...I wasn t able to get it on my steering wheel, so I went back in to look for another one. Joshua W. asked if he could give it a shot. I had my doubts, but I wasn t going to say no! Joshua W. was able to install it for me with ease. Okay he did struggle a bit, but he got the job done and I love it!!

My boyfriend and I came into autozone to buy intake tubes and clamps to work on self installing his cold air intake. Andy was an amazing help in figuring out ways that we could install and get everything to fit. He helped us install in the parking lot and went above and beyond in his customer service.

I highly recommend Auto Zone in South Lyon. Bought a truck battery there today. The Manger was very nice and help us out. He even installed the battery in my truck for me. Great place. Will be going back.

I TRULY WANT TO THANK YOU TO JOSEPH AT THE SOUTH LYON LOCATION FOR ALL HIS HELP TO HE IS ONE OF THE HARDEST WORKING PEOPLE I HAVE EVERY MEANT AND NOT ONLY FOR ME PERSONALLY BUT HE HAS HELPED OUT COMPANY AND STAFF HE WORKS SO HARD AT HIS JOB AND I FEEL THAT IT IS INCORRIGIBLE, BRUTALIZE, MISUSE, MALTREAT AND MOLEST THIS IS HOW HE IS TREATED FOR HOW MUCH HE DOES FOR THIS COMPANY AND THIS IS ALL DO TO HIM HAVING TO WEAR THE MASK! Ed Marnon and Mike Peters were funny and personable. Absolutely so kind to help with EVERYTHING I NEEDED. They diagnosed my truck for FREE in which, Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center was going to charge me $189 and Mazur's Total Automotive of South Lyon was going to charge $203. HIGHLY recommend going to AUTOZONE before ANY other auto center!

I have a new vehicle with a blown fuse. I knew from the manual which fuse I needed but wasn t sure where the fuse box was and which fuse to replace. Jared assisted me in finding the correct fuse and then went to my vehicle and replaced it for me. He greeted me pleasantly when I entered the store and it turned out to be a rewarding experience. He told me to come back any time for assistance. He is a great reflection on the overall reputation of the business. I will continue to take my business there. Thanks, Jared!Mary Passink

Car needed a battery, was suggested that I get it from AutoZone, so I called on my way from Ann Arbor to South Lyons...they said they could install the battery and would wait for me to arrive. Once I arrived they checked the old battery...it was dead after 6 years...so I bought the new one and they installed it in 86� heat. Thanks AutoZone for being so helpful and honest!

Stopped to get help with finding wiper blades that worked better for my vehicle. Spoke to Joe and had a really good and helpful discussion regarding wipers and how they work for different types of vehicles. Overall great service. Would recommend.

Got what I needed which was a warranty battery replacement, bad cell and not holding a charge. I wasn't a fan of what I felt condescending customer service though. Certified Mechanic with many years in the auto service industry here.

My car died at the car wash today, we were able to get it started after praying. I called Auto Zone in S. Lyon and Mitch told me they had 1 battery left for my Honda Fit, we headed over there and Joe put it in for us. I can't tell you how grateful I am for Auto Zone and the help they give.
