I don't think I'll ever be able to express the gratitude I have for Walt Sicard Car Company. We were traveling to Michigain from Kentucky and the alternator went out on my truck. We were a mere 10 minutes from our destination stranded on the side of the road. Walt answered the phone when I was calling auto shops and told me he would call me back. 5 minutes later he had the number for a wrecker service and said he had a rental for me. He made time for us at his shop and got my truck back on the road. Jeff and everyone at the service department mad this would be nightmare a breeze to handle. Thank you so much for the fast and professional work!

Walt is the kinda car dealer everyone wishes they d find. First & foremost he s a very honest man. Wants to make sure that you re happy with his vehicles, has his name stamped on it. We purchased a jeep this weekend and are extremely happy. I would recommend everyone to shop his lot first. You won t be sorry!!!

The process of buying our Jeep was quick and hassle free. We feel that we paid a fair price for the vehicle. It's been 4 months since the purchase and no issues. We have really enjoyed taking it off-roading as well as using it for daily work commutes and vacations!

I scheduled a service appointment because the A/C in my Subaru didn t work. I was thrilled to learn they found the issue and it was a minor (and surprisingly inexpensive) repair! I feel like another repair company could have easily taken advantage and told me it was a much more difficult and expensive fix. Highly recommend Jeff and the service team at Walt Sicard!

We purchased a minivan from Walt about a year ago, and are very happy with the newest "member of the family"! Walt went above and beyond in helping us decide on the vehicle that would be best for our growing family, in helping us procure a good loan, and ordered/installed (free of charge) a piece of the door panel that went AWOL not long after purchasing the van . I recommend them , and plan to go there again for our next vehicle.

After an exhausting search for a good used car I found Walt Sicard Car Company. My journey getting there was disappointing to say the least. I think I found every crooked car dealer around Grand Rapids Michigan. Long story short I bought a 2012 Ford Focus from Walt and Tom and couldn't be happier. Walt and Tom were very up front about all the details with the car. No pressure just facts. I can appreciate honesty especially when it comes to buying anything used. This was a very easy, no hassle experience for me. I live an hour and a half away from the car lot in which I made this trip twice. Once to test drive and then finally to purchase the car. This is what it took to find a good honest car lot with a REAL quality car. On the night of purchase both Walt and Tom stayed past closing to wait for me. I appreciate Walt and his crew. Thanks Walt Sicard Car Company. I will be sending my people to your people.

I have talked to Walt and Jeff. I understand Walt backing Jeff up he is a great employee and should have support. But that being said he should do what the customer requests. After being in several times this summer Jeff's answer of we only replace what needed to be replaced dose not work. IF the system has failed 3 times in 4 months it obviously needed to be replaced. Jeff was told every time to fix everything. All we wanted was the car to work and not to have to keep coming back. I have worked in the industry for over 20 years. I have never heard of this type of situation. When a customer asks to have everything fixed and makes it clear he dose not want to keep coming back that is a good day for the shop rack up the parts and labor. I have been exceeding understanding and friendly with Jeff. I have spent over 30 minutes on the phone with him just talking. I thought I had a great relationship with your company. I have referred you to my son in law who purchased a truck, A family friend who purchased a large transit van, I have purchased a 3/4 ton from you. When purchasing this vehicle you were my first stop. You did not have what my wife wanted but you were our first stop. I hope this makes it more clear to you how disappointed I am. I will be sharing this on social media and google reviews.

Great people to work with when buying a car. True to their word and went above and beyond in getting car ready, even filling the gas tank. I would definitely do business with them again!

I recently rented a car from Walt while on a get-a way weekend in South Haven. I generally bring a my favorite cigars with me and when I got home they were missing and must have left them somewhere. A few days later guess what, they showed up packaged in a box on my doorstep! Thanks Walt!!! Will be renting from you again!

I had my vehicle serviced at Walt Sicard's service department. They did a FANTASTIC job. They took great care in making sure the problem with my vehicle was properly diagnosed and repaired. They are honest, fair and very reasonably priced. I am very very satisfied with the service I received. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Their mechanics are the best in the field. My vehicle is now running like new again. They also took good care of my daughters vehicle, she is also very happy with the service she received. I highly recommend Walt Sicard Repair Service.

I bought a car from Walt for my daughter a few years ago. Walt gave us a very fair price. He replaced all four tires and had the car in great shape when we went to pick it up. My daughter has been extremely happy.

I just bought a car here from Tom and had a great experience. Tom was very honest, patient, and willing to work on the price. Tom took care of everything from SOS to insurance with no hassle. The vehicle had been detailed, inspected, and filled with gas before we arrived to pick it up. I will buy another car here next time I need one.

I was in an accident that totaled my car. I needed a rental (insurance paid) until the insurance papers were complete and I could locate a new car. No national chain rental places in our rural town. I called Sicards late on a Sat afternoon and they had one readily available for me. Very pleasant and friendly to deal with. Very community minded.

Called them about a car rental last week, I was told by a female employee that she would get back with me...she never did. Called back the next day and spoke with Walt about the car rental and was told he would get back with me....he never did. What kind of business just totally ignores someone trying to do business with them?? If they did not want to rent a car to me a simple courtesy call would have been appreciated....bad business etiquette.

These guys are really great. family environment went above and beyond to make sure we were helped happy and so professional n friendly treated us like royaltyMade sure the vehicle we got was serviced n safe with great financing and brand new all 4 matching tires....so glad we went there n won't go anywhere else now..God bless u guys are awesome

We have been buying cars from Walt for about 25 years. Always well taken care of and when he opened the repair shop it was like icing on the cake. Great job guys!!!!

This is the only place I take my car for repair. Jeff goes the extra mile in making sure everything is well, and has always pointed out future problems he sees in the future, not just to sell more service, but because he wants to inform. Haven t bought a car from them yet, hopefully Jeff keeps mine running a long time so I don t have too. ;)

I would give Walt 10 stars if they were available. I was in a wreck and lost my Dodge duly that pulled my 34 foot mobile studio so I had to get rid of it. Walt found a Dodge Durango that was just fine to fit the bill. Then he was able to swing a deal for a 24 ft trailer so I can now still have a mobile studio again. Walt is a guardian angel. Now he has opened his garage section and now I don't have to go anywhere else. A+ Walt.

They called after I messaged them about a suv they said it was getting cleaned and serviced and would call me when done so I could test drive .They never called back lol for caring
