If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We drove up from Kentucky and realized one of our tires was about to go when we got up there. We were going to replace two tires, but they jerked me around for hours and I found a small, independent tire shop to help us instead. They told us we couldn't even make an appointment unless we bought 4 new tires...which we were going to do just to be able to get this done so we could make it home safely! But they continued to be absolutely awful and acted like we were just ruining their day by being there, so when I found a tire shop a few miles away who was willing to help, I got the heck out of there! If I hadn't, I think they would have had us waiting around literally all day long.

DO NOT GO HERE. My tire became flat so I put my spare on and came in to get a new tire. I do not use my trunk often so it wasn t until months later that I realized my spare tire was in fact never returned to me. That is THEFT, thanks for costing me an extra $100.

Was NOT greeted by a very unfriendly woman. I needed a tire patched or replaced. They could not patch nor replace the tire, and waited until 5 minutes to close and then denied their ability to replace the tire. The donkeys running the tire center do not care about the job they are doing. Do not bring your car here.

Waited almost 2 hours for my tires to get changed. They got my car in the bay and everyone disappeared.

This is a review for Alex who helped me out the other day at the Auto Care Center. I had a unrepairable nail in my tire, but my particular tires weren't in stock. Alex was so friendly and reassuring and helpful, and he went out of his way to help me find a solution. I really appreciate his kindness!

Had a tire blowout on the racetrack at GingerMan and Walmart is the only tire shop open on Sunday. I brought in new tires for them to mount. Chipped the paint throughout the lip of the rim by tire iron, scratched the paint near lug holes and they raised the car by the alumium subframe, bending it, which I specifically told them not to do.In retrospect I would've stayed in a hotel room till Monday to have another shop do it.

The employees were great and quite helpful, which I wasn't expecting from Walmart. I was impressed as far as that goes. I was here to have tires mounted on new rims, and that's what my review is for. I can't say how heir other services are, as I'm a man and work on my own car. But I'd certainly trust them to do the work if I was for some reason unable. Good crew they got.

Bought two tires online and made an appointment. Was told once I got there that they can t just replace two tires and I needed to buy all four. So I said I ll just take the tires I paid for and get an oil change then. Got there at 12pm and its currently 1:45pm now and I m still here waiting! They didn t even start the oil change until an hour after I ve been here. I asked how the oil change is coming along and the team member said the man doing my oil change is older and to cut the guy some slack ?? I just want to get my truck and leave

Very fast and easy service I had an appointment to get my tires on between 5-6pm I got off of work headed straight there they weren't busy so they told me they could just do it right then and there. Awesome staff I might add aswell. They got me in and out in about 20 minutes

had a tire explode on the highway on the way to Michigan. Called Walmart while we were driving to the hotel to see if they had a replacement tire available to install so we weren't driving home on a spare. Tried 3-4 times during the drive and NEVER had anyone answer the phone. Found an independent tire shop instead.

Sometimes it takes a long time to get in and out but if you do things like make an appointment and Order your tires for instance ahead of time the weight is relatively short. I have found them to be quite helpful

Lauren is the manager and probably the best manager in all of Walmart across the country. She is in it and smart as a whip stays until job is done no matter what. Very happy customer. Thank you Lauren for angrat experience.

Horrible, got there at 7am for 2 tires and an oil change. They told me an hour and a half which seemed a bit long but I was ok with it. 3 hours later I finally was able to leave. They were short staffed, took 30 minutes to find the tires they sold me, and the mechanics looked totally disinterested in doing anything at a speedy pace.No way the first car in should be the 3rd car out and 3 hours later!! Horrible experience.

Had our engine shield fall off. Matt in the tire and lube shop fixed it in 7 minutes and was amazing and helpful and a super nice guy. Would strongly recommend based on our experience with him. Our Honda Fit is back in the game!

Wish they would have told me it was going to take 2 hours to change out one tire that i brought in not even on the vehicle. Had 3 guys working in the back and only 2 vehicles being worked on. A little time management is in order

There was only one tech on again today, no service counter help and the ACM was playing around over by electronics. I feel bad for these guys and gals and the customers as well. Wait time typical 2 to 5 hours with 2 tech's, 5 plus hours with 1 tech. Just sad to see so many unhappy customers and unwilling management participation and techs working so hard for the company without a raise or appreciation because they work the hardest towards customer satisfaction. Techs I give 5 stars the store itself well...

Be aware that if you have a 4 wheel drive auto they won't change just one tire. Their policy says they have to change all 4! They were quick tho and reasonably priced.

The day prior from today I was refused service and today my gf walked in at 6:30 for tires and everything was closed pitch black when they close at 7:00 and the lady pointed at tires on the rack and said those are all that they have available

They need more employees can't find help and I looked around for cashier fer 24 minutes just to buy 2 tires to take out they didn't even have to put them on the rim

Waited 2 hours to put on tires after being told we are next in line. No one was friendly or helpful and they didn't listen to request. Walmart needs to step up with customer service.

The tire place takes an hour plus to fix a flat even once they have started. If there is a line, it will be longer. Maybe they want to encourage shopping while you wait.

Went to repair a tire with a nail. It took about 30 minutes. They charged fifteen dollars. Service was excellent. I recommend this place!Service: TiresService: Tires

We were in and out in no time! Maybe we were just lucky. Erica took care of us very quickly and the mechanic fixed our flat tire in a jiffy.

Call & phone is Answered Quickly!With knowledge able employee to answer all questions with honesty.It was quicker to drive 26 miles to their store to get 4 new tires put on than to drive 1.5 miles to Benton Harbor Walmart tire center.The mechanics doing service & service desk people work together to give good service.I am very empressed with them.When I asked about difference between 2products (1 which I planned to buy & did)I got very knowledgable answer.I asked for I was able to save a little on purchase.Honesty is active there.Treating custumers w care & kindness also included.I will take 52 mile round trip to have them service my car always

2.5 hours to repair a flat. Then I call them three hours later and there's no answer. I probably won't have my tire now until tomorrow.
