The new set of people are super nice show me level of fluids but I took 2 Vehicles in one day each time they forgot something to check or do.

They always do a great job with my car, and always treat me with respect. Cameron, the manager, took the time to explain what they were doing. Went in today without appointment, I caint say enough good about them ! They got me right in . an also tried their best to do diagnostics .. But my FIAT wouldnt cooperate. Truly an awesome place .will surely return for future service . Thank you both !K.k. from Broadway Marathon !

Quick and efficient! Didn't have the air filter, our truck requires, in stock...so an employee went to an auto parts store while the oil was being changed. Will recommend!

Now a 3rd time customer there. The gentlemen that has helped me the last 2 times is very professional and does not pressure you into any additional charges. 100% recommend - in and out in less than 15 minutes

They had me start my car with no oil in it. Then tried to tell me that's my change oil light. So I had to explain to him that my I don't have oil light is on. Needless to say he forgot to put oil in my car. Then thinking 20 bucks off was sufficient. What a joke. 70 dollar oil change and you forget the oil. I'm speechless. Thats the only thing i went for and still forgot the oilService: Oil change

Arrived late in the day and they took care of my car the same day. Oil change, headlight replacement (Toyota) and wiper blades installed. I was out of there in less than an hour. Great prices, excellent professional (no pressure) service. I will be back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have been going here for the last five years and honestly have never had better service anywhere else! They are so fast and good at what they do. And they go farther than your average oil change. If you have questions about your car, ask! They were able to help me figure out why my windshield wiper sprayers weren t working! They are the sweetest and most considerate people and ALWAYS have deals going on. The more you go, the more you save! 100% recommend.

The manager was very helpful! I been looking for a different oil change place for awhile and gave them a shot. I have to use a fleet card and not many places know how to use them. My other place (Belle Tire, Benton Harbor) would with out fail take two or more hours. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thanks

We stopped by this place after a mishap happened with our car and Mike helped us out. Mike was incredible- super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a quick visit. We were so incredibly grateful for his help and support. Thank you!

Good guys great job and the guy in pit noticed my frame was rusted and told me didn't just change my oil and let me leave unknowing that has earned them my business for life. Update took Lincoln in for change just got from carzone in plainwell back October turned out strut was broken both sway links broken and sway bar missing they informed me of this before I left great group of guys recommend you use them.

Excellent quick, friendly, and professional services. I appreciate that they actually check your fluids, tire pressure, exterior lights, belts, and interior & exterior air filters. I will definitely choose this place again.

Tried calling an hour before close and they picked up the phone and immediately hung up. Thought it might be a mistake, so I called again. Not a mistake. Happened again. Guess they re doing so well they don t need the business. *shrug*

Not sure how to rate this. Pulled up 1 car in bay 1 open. Sat there waiting for about a minute saw the attendant was helping another. Pulled forward so he knew we were there. He looked up saw us and went back to his work. Didnt do anything. We sat there a total of 8 minutes with nothing so we drove off. Not any kind of customer service and wont go back . Sad that no one wants business anymore.

These guys are great! Just pull in service up they let you know what their advice would be to do and leave it up to you. They tend to be more informative that selling.
