May, Chris, and the other employees are who you need to see if you have a problem with your car and look for the parts to solve your problems on your vehicle. Very friendly and helpful. Why would anyone go anywhere else.

Great customer service. Only problem I had was I bought oil for cycle and the quarts normally come sealed. However 2 were not sealed so I hope it was ok. I didn't have time to bring them back.

Trent at O'Reilly's is great. I called with questions about car battery issues. He said we could bring it in and have it tested, which we did.Great customer service to a potential customer!

Have been in several times since they opened. They are a relief after years of dealing with the other local parts stores. Staff is friendly and helpful. Selection is excellent. They are willing and able to special order performance parts, as well as educate customers.

Neat, organized, fairly knowledgeable staff, good inventory but limited, open when the only better place is closed on weekends. It's our #2 choice for minor parts in town, and much better than the rest when Farm equipment goes down on a weekend. Three stars because staff is young, and lacking knowledge, and O'Reilly's won't pay experienced enough to retain them, and they do not inventory uncommon Wix filters.

Had a great experience with the staff today, helped me diagnose the problems with my car. The parts were in stock and they were able to refer a mechanic to me with an outstanding reputation that held up, and surpassed expectations.

My experience was fantastic. It's not too often anymore that you see smiling faces that greet you when you walk in the door and South Haven Oreillys offers that. They were also very knowledgeable about vehicles, I had a bad experience at Auto Zone and decided to shop here for the first time and was blown away by the amazing customer service and knowledge. Kudos Oreilly.

I go to O'Reileys auto parts weekly, because I buy Auto parts for my son's garageSo many different automobiles go through our garage and I need a parts store that can keep up with our demands.The staff are very informed and up to date with their knowledge about auto repair .Prices are competitive.

Not only do they always have what I need, they know their stuff way better than the other guys. A lot of these auto parts stores hire folks who don't know their way around vehicles at all. Also, Antonio went out of his way to help me find a mechanic for my vintage truck.

Called Angela from Gingerman Raceway this afternoon after roasting a set of brake pads and rotors at the track. Not only did she have them in stock for my BRZ, she offered me different options, a competitive price vs. the competitors, was one of the friendliest parts staff I ve met.She assured me she works nearly every weekend and will be my first call next time I break something at the track! 10/10

Went in to get u joints for my rear drive shaft, when Christopher gave me two with the same part number I told him they weren't the same front to back. I couldn't remember what the difference was, I just knew they weren't the same. He assured me that they were the right ones.Not so much.The fact they made the mistake isn't the issue, poo happens.The fact that they didn't really care is why I won't go back.

Very unhelpful!! Stay away from the blonde if you need any real help!! Lol.. didn't know much about anything and genuinely seemed like she hated her job and where she's at.. very unfortunate experience

Got some hydraulic hoses made this time, all was good got a good deal. Will go there for more hoses.
