Need better training on how to talk to customers on the phone I tried to give out full part number Employee raised voice and said don't need the first three characters, extremely unprofessional. Employees do not understand how orders on the website work when they arrive in store. I was pretty much told to come into the store and not use the website due to their lack of knowledge of online orders. If I had known your store has such limited hours (at best 9 am to 5 pm?) I never would have ordered my part from you, which by the way arrived at your store 7 days later than originally said which was next day, by then I have already gotten the part from a different company.

Needed a battery in a hurry, they brought it to me at the Shell station down the road and helped me swap it out. Fast friendly service. Thanks alot!

Have been in several times as a last resort for various car parts, but no one at the desk has ever seemed interested in customers. Every time I call it rings until I hang up. Would recommend O'Reilly.

My experience has been a nightmare before Christmas. I had planned to visit family, and no thanks to NAPA AUTO PARTS IN SOUTH HAVEN MICHIGAN, I was unable to visit or celebrate Christmas at all!! Sold me the wrong wheel bearing somehow....trusting the salesman i payed to have it pressed and installed. Drove a half mile tops, before i wrecked my vehicle. Its not totaled but i did pay a tow bill to get my Jeep back to mechanic. All this and had to buy another wheel bearing and have it pressed and reinstalled. All because your dumb salesman sold me the wrong wheel bearing. I expect compensation....

Bad customer service over the phone and in person. They don't seem to really care on helping customers finding the right parts or answering questions about vehicles parts
