My parents vehicle broke down last night in Fennville. After waiting for over 2 hours for someone through their roadside assistance to come, we called Harbor Towing and they were there within 40 minutes. The man who came was friendly, reliable and easy to deal with. They were also cheaper than a lot of others in the area. We will definitely use them again if we ever need towing services in that area!

It was so hard trying to find a good towing company that could get to us asap! We got scammed by one and this one got to us in 35-40 min the fastest any other one was! 10/10 would recommend! We loved our driver he was so nice and we appreciate him!

We broke down in Fennville on our way home to Grand Rapids. They showed up promptly and very courteous! It was an awesome experience and my wife and I especially appreciated the extended cab for passengers in the tow truck! Thanks again for your wonderful service!!They tow anything!!

Visiting friends we got stuck in the mud going up drive. They came out in 30 minutes and in a few short minutes we were all good. The gentleman was very efficient and a nice guy. Our car broke down in Downtown South Haven, MI! With lots of traffic all around us, Curtis came within 1 Hour & even called us back to let us know he was almost there! Called Harbor Towing after calling several other businesses in the area, looking for an on road repair for a customer's W900. Curt answered and after talking through what type of repair we needed he was confident he could perform the needed repairs. Curt located the required parts and ran to pick them up and performed the needed repairs to get our customer back on the road again. He kept me informed on how he was making out and when he finished. All of this was after hours and he went the extra mile to fix us up. Thanks Curt. Great Service!!!

Called to confirm that my roadside assistance had set up a tow through him because I had been waiting 2 hrs since confirmation. Guy on phone was rude and unhelpful, insisted that they didn't work with my roadside company, (which I'll be contacting as well for their horrible service.. never got us a tow after 5hrs) and talked over me when I was trying to ask a question. Won't call back.

They responded to my AAA request for assistance. My car battery was dead. The gentleman arrived promptly and was very professional. Explained things to me, got the car started & directed me to drive the car approximately 39 minutes in order to ensure the battery was charged. Great knowledgeable man & excellent service!

We hit a deer on our way to the airport at 3am this morning and needed a tow. After getting to safety off the highway we called a few 24 hr tow companies(around 6am) to check availability and pricing. Since they're in South Haven and we try to use local businesses, they were our first call. Harbor was in the middle on price but the gentleman on the phone was very rude and insulting. Gave us a hard time for not staying with the car on the side of the interstate in the middle of the night. Even after explaining that we chose the safety of our 10 year old over the car he still insisted that our first priority should have been waiting with the car for a tow truck even though it was safely on the shoulder with the hazards on. We went with Jeff's Towing in Benton Harbor because they were easy to work with and had the best price.

My friend and I broke down in South Haven. they arrived within ten minutes and towed to their lot so we could get our vehicle the next day. Jerry was super kind. For being a tourist town, 65 dollars was a fair price.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

The service was 5 star. They picked my vehicle up and brought it to home in less than an hour. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. The price was very reasonable. I strongly recommend these guys.

The first 8 reviews must be their employees. Here's a real review. These people are the biggest crooks I've seen. I feel more violated by them than the people who stole my car. They won't let me pick up my car right after they dropped it in their lot. Make me feel back the next day so they can charge me additional fees. Then the following day when they supposedly open we show up and they aren't there. When they finally arrive I get charged yet another day storage. I will be reporting these thrives to the police. Hopefully the cops won't use these garbage companies like this anymore. I will also be filing reports with the Better Business Bureau.

Harbor Towing was great to work with. I called them and they had somebody out to pick up my car within 30 minutes. I hope I never need a tow in the future, but if I do I know who I will call.

We had a great experience with Harbor Towing after our VW camper broke down after Labor Day. They arrived promptly with a flatbed truck and our tow driver, Ryan, was really kind and helpful. He helped us find a motel close to the repair shop and even dropped me off there first with my two little girls (even helped to unload all our belongings!) while my husband continued on to the repair shop. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Well had a little fender bender called and in not time Curt was picking up my baby HD 2500 Silverado took it to the body shop here in South Haven. Nice polite people treated my baby like it was their's. My advice to you if to happens to you call them best around here .

Tried to use but they re apparently to busy to change a tire!!! Won t be calling these guys again don t recommend calling if can t come out and change a tire after hours!!!
