When I was in dire need of help last Friday and Saturday, Woodhams incredible service team came to my rescue. I was traveling from Chicago to Grand Rapids when I experienced major car issues and my car would not start or run. Early Saturday morning, I was able to get right in and giving a prognosis of what was wrong with my car. Even though they had a busy schedule, they fit me in and told me my car would be ready by Tuesday afternoon.Shaun and his team were amazing and got my car fixed and running by Tuesday afternoon. I was able to pick up my car and head back to Chicago by that night.Even though I was just passing through, they treated me like I was a local would be coming in for service all the time. That is the type of service that makes everyone feel important. I would highly recommend Don Woodhams Ford to anyone

We have been satisfied customers of Don Woodhams, Inc. for years. Most recently, they helped me through the purchase and orientation of my new Bronco Sport, also assisting me with adding accessories after purchase. The service department worked me in last minute and at the end of the day on Friday to fix a flat tire so I could feel safe driving out of town for the weekend. The entire enterprise is 5 out of 5 stars!Service: Tires

Yesterday, our 33rd anniversary, we opted to drive to South Haven. Shortly before we reached our destination, we drove over a bungee cord and the hook got stuck in one of our car tires. We limped to Woodhams Ford, showed them our dilemma, were treated very kindly, and 15 minutes later they had plugged the tire and we were on our way again. Wonderful service, friendly people, nice facilities, and NO CHARGE! AMAZING!!!Service: Tires

We ordered a new bronco sport from them. From day one they kept us updated on the progress of the vehicle.They made the whole process of purchasing the car easy, explained everything in great detail. Done. Woodham's Ford always provides excellent service. They can usually fit me in quickly. Prices are fair and they've even offered me a loaner or dropped me off at home in the past. Quality of work is excellent.

Very helpful in getting me my new car. Got me a spare key that they didn't already have programmed, got me a full tank of gas, oil change, shaved off enough money for me to have the monthly payment I wanted, and overall very good and quick work.

Integrity. It is becoming a rare commodity. But not at Woodham's! I was shopping for a new used MKX and found the one for me at Woodham's. After test driving it, we discovered a couple of minor issues. Woodham's respectfully agreed to fix the issues. Since 2020, we have learned that things don't always go the way we expect them. This was true for my new car purchase. The repairs ended up taking longer than expected due to many different things. Through it all, the communication was open, honest, and good. And the wait was worth it! I received excellent, friendly customer service, and a new-to-me car I love!

My daughter's car had a noise in the rear of the car. Another Ford dealer changed the wheel bearing but the noise was still there. I took it to Woodhams Ford and they found it was the bearings in the rear end housing. My 2021 expedition had a fire hazard recall. After being blown off by a different local dealer in Holland , I reached out to Woodhams for assistance with this recall. From the first call to the repair, I was treated with respect and repair was done in a timely fashion. I have already scheduled major maintenance appointment with them and will definitely choose Woodhams when I purchase my next car

I had a car accident in August my insurance company referred me to this body shop for repairs. I needed body and mechanical work done they completed the work on my car the first week of October.I was told my car was ready and everything had been fixed. I picked up my vehicle and immediately noticed that the body shop left dents in the front left and right side of my car. I addressed it with Brock the body shop manager he stated he would fix the problem but I still have not heard back from him and this is November. That same evening I had to have it towed back because they put the wrong fuel pump on.The staff in the service department were courteous and gave me no problems about fixing the issue. I picked my car up after they said they fixed it and it's still giving me problems I won't be taking my car back there and strongly advise anyone who is thinking about using them for mechanical services to find a more reputable mechanic!!

Mr. Woodhams was very helpful in helping me purchase my new car. He was honest about financing options and did not try to get me into more of a car than I could afford. He stayed after closing hours to accommodate my work schedule and sat in the vehicle with me to make sure I understood controls and some of the technology that was new to me.Thank you for the pleasant, zero pressure buying experience.

I purchased a 2020 Explorer from Ross Woodhams. What a great experience. Ross was very helpful in making sure I knew all the available options. I test drove several vehicles and bought a beautiful white Explorer. There was never any pressure-only helpful friendly guidance. This is the second vehicle our family purchased from Ross. I can t say enough good things about the overall professionalism and service at Woodhams. I would highly recommend Woodhams for sales and service. A great team! Thank you!

Very honest service department. They always do a great job and the prices are reasonable. I always take my vehicle to Don Woodhams for service and have also had body work done here. The body shop manager Mike is great. He is always willing to work with us on repair schedules and updates us periodically. Great place to being your vehicle for service and body work needs.

I live in NC and found a truck on auto trader they had. Must trucks from the north are ate up with rust but this one wasn't to bad. I dealt with Luke for the sale and Jon for the paperwork. I've dealt with dealerships before and ill say they have been the best out of all I've dealt with. Luke took a lot of photos and walk around videos so I knew what I was getting and pointed out any flaws so I knew everything about the vehicle. Luke also went after hours to meet a delivery crew bringing me the vehicle. Jon was also very pleasant to deal with. It was a first for both of us doing the transaction for me out of state this far out. I have to say if I'm ever in the market for a new Ford later on ill contact them to see what they can do before I deal local here. Again very pleasant and professional people to work with.

Had a small issue with Ford's Owner Advantage program, which was converted to the new Ford Pass program. During the conversion, a free oil change that I had was converted to 5000 points. No problem, except an oil change costs 11000 points! When I asked the cashier about this, she was quick to say that Woodhams would honor the free oil change for only 5000 points for me! I have had so many "different" responses from car dealers through the years; it was refreshing to have one where the customer actually seemed to matter! I have been so impressed with this "small-town" dealer, from the purchase last year, to them finding a mistake in the paperwork a month later and mailing me a check for $500 (!), to this. The service work was completed fairly quickly and I was back on my way. I would recommend Woodhams to anyone for sales and/or service!
