I bought a wrangler from them as my first car it was nice and ran well, no lights on dash and no rust or leakes. I take it home and not even 3 days later I get a check engine light and now I ve had it for a year and it s stranded me on multiple occasions and I m not trying to say they screwed me but they did, they used leak sealent on the head gaskets and they are leaking and I ve put more than 2 grand into trying to make it decent but It s stranded me again this winter. Genuinely wouldn t trust this place the people inside are nice but that s all they are good for. Transmission issues aswell still in over my head in debt in it

This is the 3rd vehicle I purchased from Countryside Motors and it will be the last time. I've referred business to this place but never again!Do not purchase a vehicle from this place. I was cursed at on the phone by the owner. I had a front axle/transmission leak. I took it in after battling with him over the phone. He said the problem was fixed. The next day the vehicle was leaking in the same location. I called the dealership and spoke to the owner, he said it takes time for the seal to start working and the leak was overflow.I took it to a mechanic and it was a broken passenger side axle. He lied to me and sold me a broken vehicle. and lied about fixing the main problem. I do not recommend doing business here. Not professional.

I recently purchased a SUV from Jerry at Countryside Motor Sales. After about two months driving the SUV I have found that it is an excellent car. It had a couple of minor issues which can occur in any used car and even some new cars. Jerry went above and beyond to make sure everything was quickly resolved. I would buy another car from Jerry anytime and I would also recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to check out his selection. He has lots of nice, clean and rust free SUVs, Trucks and Jeeps.

I work at Bronson Rehab. One of our elderly patients had a flat tire and we couldn t help her. I called Jerry @ Countryside Motors and he had one of his guys there in minutes to help her!! She appreciated it so much! To add to my story .the day after Christmas I had a blowout on one of my tires. His crew came to my rescue and put on a tire for me to use until my new set of tires came in!! Two absolutely great experiences because Jerry @ Countryside has great employees!!

Why do I love Country Side Motors? The answer: Authenticity. In the words of my Grand-father, they are what they are and they ain't what they ain't. They don't sell perfect vehicles, but who does really? What they have is heart and me and my family have benefited from the heart of this business. Jerry went out of way to put an engine into a car to help get one of us back on the road and able to get to work. Not only did he put a new engine in, he went into Kalamazoo, picked up the car and replaced that engine in a matter of weeks. Just this morning, Jerry was able to get me back on the road. He did it just before Christmas and in the middle of a blizzard. So if you are looking a vehicle that comes with heart, check out Country Side motors and see, feel and experience the heart of this business.

Very unimpressed with the business and the gentleman (he made comments like he was the owner and says he does this everyday) that came out to help me asked about a Jeep looked at it look like it ran very fine everything mechanically sounded great the vehicle looked awesome when underneath the vehicle noticed that the subframe had a crack and some rust in it he wanted like 6,200 I offered him 4,500 and he laughed at me and told me you want half off first of all it's not half off second of all the Blue book value for the Jeep with 155,000 miles on it was right around 5,500 dollars. He then explained I tried to explain to me that it was the undercoating peel off. Not saying he has bad vehicles but I understand that when something needs to be fixed on a car and a customer points it out and offers you a little bit lower that would supplement the price of fixing the part that was on the vehicle that was broken and didn't have too much of an issue with you trying to sell vehicle that had cracks. Again that is just my experience I have only been there once...

Talked over the phone, took an hour ride to look at vehicle, big mistake. If you don't like his price GET LOST! He only has the best price in town and his 90 day warranty is also better than gold. One of the worst and most rude salesman I have ever met. Vehicle I test drove had tires very low on air and mechanical good latch didn't work. Frame of vehicle had undercoating sprayed on in specific spots apparently to cover something up. Would be very cautious when buying anything from him!

Excellent, exceptional service. We drove from Indiana on the word of James and Matt, that they had the truck we were looking for. Not only was it what they said it was, but it was so much more! We would drive another 10 hours round trip again to buy from this dealer again without question. Kathy was the icing on the cake. Such wonderful people to deal with. Straight up and 100% honest. Thanks guys!

Was ripped off on a truck... I over paid. Tires needs to be replaced... Overpaid at least $2500 more than a shoulda... This was my first vehical and didnt know what to look for problems wise. 9 months later i have had to do nothing but fork up tons of cash to keep this vehical running correctly. Muffler broke. Transmission is slipping, brakes have needed to be completely redone. Fuses have blown. Constant issuses. The truck is lemon. And was worth nowhere near the $7,500 i paid with 220k miles on it.

Bought an SUV, they said everything worked. Not true. It needed 3k in repairs to fix all hidden defects. Don't trust them.

They sold me a Hyundai for $5,000 in 2011.. had a bunch of issues with the oil pan, they supposedly fixed it.. then the motor blew 2 months later. They wouldn't do anything about it. I should've brought them to small claims.. So I was a single mom, spent all my taxes and had no car. Do NOT trust them!

Terrible dealership. Was talking to the guy about a Chevy Cruze has no knowledge of cars what so ever, didn t even know the car had a turbo on it. Lied about the oil life on the car said it was fresh and I pulled the dipstick and it was black as tar. Got the car home 2 days later brakes went out on it. I would not recommend this place at all. He s very rude and arrogant.

Two stars just because of the speed of sale... First time buyer from an auto place here. What should've been a pleasant experience has been nothing but a pain. The salesmen i dealt with (i think his name was Mike? Matt?) was bristly to say the least, even somewhat rude to my grandfather and I. Looked at the pickup and asked for a test drive. The salesman brought it around and it was on 'E'. I got in and the brakes felt a little funny so i asked about them, and he had an attitude, hopped in and pumped them. Said they were fine and that 'he would drive it right now' and away he went (he did put more gas in it while he was out).Test drive went fine, pickup didnt make a noise and drove like a dream. Decided to get loan and purchase it. The lady that does the sales was super nice and friendly. Had another gentleman come in and chat with us a bit about the limited warranty and things like that, signed the paperwork and drove it home. The following morning i discussed with my mechanic about an oil change, and he advised me to inquire with Countryside about what they had done with it while it was in their possession, so we knew where to go from there. I called, the man that answered was downright rude and transferred me to Jerry. Jerry said that nothing had been performed on the vehicle! (Being around auto shops since i was young, thats the FIRST thing that gets done, fluid checks and changes) so i was a little flustered but pleasantly said 'okay, thank you' and let my mechanic know. I purchased the oil and filter for the oil change (i mean come on, its cheaper than the shop supplying it), and didnt just get junky cheap walmart brand oil. Emptied the oil and mechanic went to take oil filter off and its sealed itself on! Now the issue here is, we can either puncture the oil filter and try to wrench it off, or leave it without damage and put the new oil in and take it in for an oil change and have them wrench the filter off. So we call Countryside again. The man that took my mechanics phone call was rude, and ended up (again) transferring the call to Jerry. Jerry admitted that all they had done with the vehicle was see if any fluids were low. We asked about them changing it because of the filter issue and they wouldnt. And down right said that with it being 'a cheap vehicle' we were better off just leaving the old filter and pouring new oil in, thats all that they would do! Well, i dont know about them, but the price for that vehicle was not cheap to me or my family, and to make the payment for it, we will be crunching down on expenses!Needless to say, we havent received much in the way of empathy, nor 'bedside manner' with this company. The vehicles nice for what it is, but i wouldnt recommend doing business with them, especially if they dont service their vehicles before putting them up for sale!

Purchased a 2008 Ram. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you for being honest and not trying to pull any fast ones on us. Matt, our sales man did a great job working with us. Cheers to all of you...Matt, James and Kathy.

Baught a 2005 Trailblazer in Febuary 2019. It looked nice but on my way home in a Blizzard IT DID NOT WANT TO STAY ON THE ROAD! Me being dumb and not test driving it first and trusted the guy! Bad struts, wheel bearings, and other stearing issues!Air conditioner dont work in the back, the smell wasnt the greatest but I felt rushed and needed something fast for my family. Then it wasnt safe to drive my family until my husband fixed it all. Worst experience ever that im still dealing with and fixing up.

Misdirection, misinformation, typical stereotype of a used car salesman from a cartoon.Do not purchase without spending money on a mechanic completely inspecting the vehicle.
