I had a fantastic experience at AutoZone in South Haven, MI. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find the right parts for my car. They had everything I needed in stock, and the prices were reasonable. Great service overall!Look for Rick. He is the man! He helped me find all my auto parts needs.

This store was very organized and the customer service was out of this world. The manager Rick really made it a quick and easy parts trip for me. He made small talk and said if I had any questions or needed anything else not to hesitate calling or coming back to see him. #thxrick

Drove 45 minutes because online said they had part in stock got there to find out they said they had it in stocks too but come to find out they didn't wasted trip and my time

Bought a battery on May 8th, 2023 and it left me stranded on Sep. 2nd, 2023. After getting a jump from a tow truck for $140.00 I was able to make it home just to have the battery go dead again. Went to auto zone to get a refund on the battery since this same thing happened to my moms car battery this year as well. I just wanted a refund to go get another battery elsewhere. The customer service girl refused to refund my money due to a 90 day store policy even thought the battery was still under warranty. I asked her multiple times just for a refund and then she told me to leave the store and then called the police on me. When the cops came I was able to explain my situation with this battery alone with the receipt for the battery and my tow truck company receipt. I now have a case number with the police department so it is all on file. I plan to take further action with auto zone. I feel like I should be allowed to get my money back for a defective item.

They had the parts I needed and exchanged a part that had gone bad without questions. The person who waited on me was new and asked others for help, but was a nice person. The manager who helped him was also a nice and friendly person.

I stopped in to Auto Zone searching for a car jack to change a flat tire on my niece's car while she was at work. We discovered that even the smallest jacks were too big since the vehicle was only a few inches off the ground. Scott B. and Liji H. were extremely helpful, friendly and resourceful. They found someone to help us. I was very impressed with both of them and even more grateful! THANK YOU gentlemen for caring and helping!!

We broke down on the highway near South Haven and got to a mechanic and when we needed parts we called and talked to Scott here and went above and beyond to get us our torque converter shipped from another store. Because we had no vehicle, the next morning Liji delivered our part to the mechanic so we could get back on the road. Very thankful for the help we got here.

This store protects one shady mechanic. The rest of them are cool, Just that one mechanic. I need the mechanic license number so I can report. Because they don't got insurance nor probably the licensing to do mechanic work.Update: vehicle is down again. You guys support one garbage mechanic. Same issue that it was supposedly fixed. This is making you guys look bad. Because you guys send people to these kind of shady mechanics. Can't even blame the employee's. So don't go there.Give me some likes I'll reveal who is the garbage mechanic that autozone support

Called up looking for a headgasket kit talked to one guy he looked it up said he was going to look on the shelf see if they had one and put me on hold, about a min later Scott answers and asked what I'm looking for and I told him another guy had already was helping me and was looking in the shelf without really knowing what is going on he tells me we don't sell it in a kit only individual we'll why did old boy look it up in the computer and go look as if you did? Not the first issues with this store

I had issues with my battery and Taylor C. was very kind, prompt and friendly with charging and checking the old battery and subsequently, recommending a new one when we discovered the old one was not functioning.

I needed a new battery for my Silverado. I had to ride my bike up to the store with the battery in the basket. The people in the store were great. They went above and beyond in helping me and making sure I got the battery home safely. It was the best service I ve ever experienced from an auto parts store.
