They answered the phone and helped me immediately. They had detailed parts dimensions, and were generally awesome to deal with. Oh yeah, and they had the brand name parts in stock for very reasonable prices. If I need parts again while in South Haven, I will start here!!

Always have what I need, and the workers are great, a little expensive to other auto stores in the area, but I've been there 20 plus years. And they take such good care of Glass works needs and supplies. I'm not going anywhere.

Very helpful employees! Alot of stuff in stock most auto parts stores in area dont have! Including Harley parts!! They got me otr in an hr when the harley dealer told me 14-21 day till they could have part in stock.. Auto value had me otr in an hr from time i walked in door!

Did not have common NGK spark plugs in stock. Did not have air filter needed. Good prices on wax, and air fresheners though. Steer clear.

Old guys can't hear good enough over the phone to tell you whether or not they have the right part until you're at the store and they're handing you the wrong part.
