They take care of our fleet and they do great work and always respond to my call with in that day and always on the spot when we need the on a emergency call.

What a great bunch of people. I had major wheel end work done here after getting bad work somewhere else. These guys met me after hours, got me off the highway without needing a tow and then went to work on my truck. I was very impressed with the attention to detail my truck was given. If the first shop had done the same I would not have needed these guys. They did not cut any corners either, they did the work the right way so I would not have to come back it s been three weeks since I was there and my new wheel end assembly is spinning as it should. I will be back here for sure. I highly recommend this bunch. They are priced fairly as well. I can afford to come back for more!

Mr. Bill took care of my 20ft trailer promptly. Great customer service. This is also a business that sponsors local youth sports. Would return if I needed repairs in the future. Thanks Mr Bill!

My fan blew apart and put a hole in my radiator Wednesday evening 6/16/21 luckily after dropping the trailer I just loaded I was able to drive to the local loves truck stop for the night. I talked to Dave the shop boss at Emergency truck and trailer repair that evening and he said if I got to his shop first thing the following morning he would put a couple guys on it and start rounding up parts. I pulled in at 8am and true to his word by 9:30am my radiator was out. After we looked it over we decided to have it repaired because a new 3 core radiator was $1700 and my 4 core radiator is only 2 years old and could be rapaired for around $350. So they dropped me back off at the loves on there way for parts and radiator repair so I could shower. To my surprise I was picked back up 12:45pm and we returned to the shop at 1pm at which time the same guys jumped right back on it and had to together by 4pm and I was east bound hammered down! This shop is one of the best iv been to in my 20 years on the road. They were easy to deal with, fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and they didn't try to over charge me because I was out of town and under a load. I very rarely find a five star business but ladies and gentlemen Emergency truck and trailer repair in Smith Creek MI is 5+ stars on all levels! Thanks fellas dealing with yall was a true pleasure!!!

Have dealt with this company on a couple of occasions and been pleased with the work and service they provide. They took care of us on both occasions and left us very pleased with the service that was provided. Would recommend them to anyone who runs into an issue out that way.

Brandon rescued us and our motorhome off the interstate today. Got us back on the road quickly. More than fair pricing on road service call and shop time. We were very lucky to find this business listed on our GPS. Brandon is VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Some places charge you 100+ a hour,he does it for just over 80.00! If he can get you in,great Mechanics and just make sure you bring own parts..LOL,Cause that is where they rip ya off,great service and did a great job.

I called for a roadside brake chamber and they showed up in less than a half hour and they replaced maxi and the price was very fair. I say they are what you are looking for for repairs. Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Needed service when an inner tire blew on our motorhome. Called Emergency Truck, they came and changed the tire with the spare, and we thought the charge was pretty reasonable.

I had to have two of my drive tires fixed I was in their shop within minutes out within 30 to 45 minutes which I consider to be fast staff very helpful and friendly

Asked if they were familiar with a diesel engine problem and they said didn't want to get into it. Never heard that response before from a mechanic. Guess I will take my money elsewhere then.

Did not fix the issue. Made it worse than it was. Then wouldn't make good on the broken part that they installed.
