For a small dealership they have a lot of stuff, including new sleds. Needed a couple small wear parts that are common on the Cat's and yamacat's, that when they fail, the sled only has reverse. They're only a $25 part and they had several in stock, but other larger dealers did not. Some didn't even stock them. Worth the 4hr round trip, (including a beverage at Andy's in Seney.) Will be my first call from now on whenever we need parts for our 6 Cat's. Give them a try.

Great place to rest a sled. Rentals are low end sport models, but they are newer and in good shape. The best part is after-hours return, so you are not stressing about getting the sled back before they close.

This dealer is amazing! Broke down 40 miles from them on trail. Found the problem on my sled and gave them a call to see if they had the part in stock. Starting from the moment Stephanie answered the call the experience was great. They had the parts and I limped in to purchase and thought I would have to somehow put them on myself. They immediately took it in and replaced the needed parts and checked out and tweaked everything that it needed and was done before I finished my lunch across the street. Everyone there was amazingly nice. All I can say is thank you guys! Instead of packing up and going home we were able to stay and ride another 350 miles. Keep up the good work!!

Beware. Poor communication, service, and charges with no reasonable explanation of additional labor fees. We had to request a detailed invoice as they did not provide. After getting over the shock of the bill we asked for an explanation as to why it was over double the typical charges and took 2 hours and forty five minutes longer than usual to service the tractor for routine maintenance. We were given no explanation other than they had to clean two tires that took them 1 hour to clean. Even with the 1 hour to clean two tires there was 1 hour and 45 minutes of service that they billed to us and could not or would not explain. The best they could do was to state go somewhere else which we had already decided. Their defensiveness and reaction to a legitimate question told me all I needed to know about this they view service and how they operate. Word of advice ask for a quote and get it in writing if you chose to utilize this garage.

Not very friendly, they never came out from behind the counter. There prices were higher for a plain Gmax helmet than the gift shop in other towns.I had a sled in for a repair they said would take a few hours two days later it finally was done I had to pay a premium rate.They could not tell me of any warranty on there work. Its like they just do not care.

Dave is a good dude. The mechanics are top notch Jordan and Cody are legit thanks for diligently working on my dad' sled! They took time to talk and explain things, very knowledgeable and tolerant :P . Well be back for sure!

Had an issue on the trails with my clutch and belt. Was able to tow it to the Bear Trap Inn which was about five miles from the shop. Gave them a call and they drove out and were able to identify the problem. Took the secondary clutch off the machine, back to the shop, fixed it, brought it back and put it back together. Ran like a champ the rest of the time. Amazing customer service! Thank you!!

I paid an absurd amount to have them fix my sled. They then quoted me a crazy amount of money for a broken part and told me my sled wasn't worth that much and I should just scrap it. Rather than scrapping a mostly working sled, I ordered the part myself for a fraction of what they quoted me. I then tried to order some more parts from them and they ordered the wrong parts. Nothing but trouble from this place. I would recommend staying away if possible!

Bolt broke off in my rear axle, lost a bogy wheel, and tore another one in half. I called and they pulled the parts for me and I told them I'd be there to get it within a few hours. I arrived around 5pm and decided to ask if they could get my sled in and do it for me (considering I didn't want to be wrenching out in the freezing cold) and they got it in and done by 6:30pm. They were EXTREMELY helpful and social as well! I thanked them profusely for saving my fingers from going numb that night.

Set us up with 4 ORV rentals for a bachelor party, and didn't disappoint! The machines were new and fantastic. Rich and Sam were so easy to work with and walked us through the process seamlessly. We weren't from the area, and they pointed out all the best spots to ride. The entire group had a blast.

On the spot clutch repair and I was back on the trail!! They had carbides I needed, belt I needed, chaincase oil I needed. Everytime I come in they have what I need and get me back running. Owner and employees ride and know what they talking about. Great people, great service!

Nice little shop, well stocked with parts and accessories.I say as of now the best selection of new Arctic Cat Snowmobiles.Dave part of the sales staff made me a good deal on a new XF8000.

Great customer service! We ended up with a flat tire when we ran over car parts from an accident in town and they repaired our tire and wouldn t accept any money for helping. Thank you so much for assisting us! Much appreciated!

Called at 4pm with a sled with stripped forward gear - Sam the Service Manager and co-owner said drive the hour to his shop and he would take a look. He ripped it apart and said he had the parts and 3 hours later at 9:30pm completed the repairs. WHO does anything close to that these days ! Sam went above and beyond and singlehandedly saved us a days worth of riding. There is no other place to seek sled repairs in the UP!

Stooped in just before closing to see if they could look at my sled. Not only did they repair it they went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced at a motor sports facility. Guys good luck too and your future growth.

had a rough weekend after blowing up 2 of my sleds by noon. called this dealer and by 2 oclock the owner was on his way to pick us up drove us back to the dealer and i rode away with 2017 eltigre. they sealed the deal and went out of there way to make it happen for me Awesome cat dealer! I will be back for sure

Great group, got our sled right in on a holiday, called in the mechanic, and had us back on the trail in no time. Really saved the weekend and made my daughters first snowmobile trip that more enjoyable. Thanks guys!

I wasn't very thrilled with the machine that we received as a rental. I was even more disappointed after calling 1-hour prior to our arrival that nothing was ready for us at all. After our initial "inspection" the 4-wheel drive didn't work either. I was very disappointed that our machine stalled on multiple occasions. So while their rentals may be cheaper then Renze, you get what you pay for. I guess before I rented from them again, I'd make sure I was getting a machine that was newer and not older.

Been in the customer experience business all my life. Met dave the owner , he knew we were dead in the water without the part I needed. Dave knew he could help and did ! Opened the business up after hours just to see a fellow snowmobiler get back on the trailThanks dave you helped more than you know.

First day up snowmobiling, had a issue, drove over to munising and they took my sled on the spot, fixed it and was able to go back to Grand Marais and ride that day. NEVER would have happened back home, they were extremely friendly and would recommend them.

Had a K&N oil filter fail on my Yamaha Apex. Even though they are an Artic Cat dealer only, they found an oil filter for me that would fit. I had tried calling other local power sports shops and they would tell me they were NOT a Yamaha dealer and hang up. Munising Motor Sports (Artic Cat Dealer) took the extra 5min to see if they had anything that was compatible and sure enough they did! Will look forward to doing business with them again!

The place to go for Arctic Cat Parts . Carry most parts in stock unlike all the so called super power sports stores these days where they draw you in for the sale but don't support your service needs.. The way it should be.

Best customer serivce me and my friends have ever had one of my clutches got stuck open and I had a clutch from another sled I could swap they let me borrow the parts and clutch puller which is extremely generous I would go outta my way to purchase any future sleds or parts from them

Fixed our trailer hitch that had a short in the wiring. Fixed it immediately, with us stranded 400 miles from home. Awesome people!
