Excellent place to do business, I highly recommend them. As a single female I was being taken to the cleaners in Midland by auto places I will not mention. I got out the yellow pages and started calling around the area. Jim's auto always gave me a fair price and was very willing to help accommodate my lack of ride back and forth. He was always willing to take my car in after I got out of work and get it fixed so I could get back home. Jim and his employee's were very professional and always did a good job.

This place is amazing! The guys there are very few but very honest, hardworking, & big hearted . This place is the spot to go to for reasonable pricing and trustworthy work. I'd recommend it to anyone. They get the job done and they do the job right! They also have a wide variety of parts for any cars needs.

Excellent customer service, Jim is always very open with me about what my vehicle needs and doesn't need and his guys do the work in a very timely manner. I've been taking my vehicles there for about 10 years now and I've never been disappointed, I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.

Great service, very reasonable on parts, and they did fantastic work on a vehicle of mine. I would highly recommend Jims to any one. Very polite and we'll rounded.

We wanted a part and asked if it was in same condition or worse as the same part we wanted to replace if we could return it and get my money back He got a attitude with me and refused to sell the part.Do not call and ask about condition or miles on a part cause he just might refuse to sell to you like he did me.

Terrible customer service! Do not take your car there! I don't think everyone is licensed to work on vehicles either.Very rude and un willing to cooperate when something went wrong with are car started YELLING at me when I said what he fixed broke. If something else goes wrong with what he "fixed" we are taking him to COURT! I WOULD NEVER BRING MY CAR TO THIS MAN AGAIN, EVEN IF HE WAS THE LAST MECHANIC ON EARTH! He is a very shady man and his employees appear that way as well....Some of which live in the junk yard in a 5th wheel. Talk about strange!!! He gives you one price and then fixes the car and gives you different figures...DIDNT EVEN ASK ME IF IT WAS OK!! I was taken advantage of as a woman! DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN! he is a scam artist!
