If you are looking for the best rv repair place, look no further. Justin and his team knocked it out of the park for us. We had extensive water damage throughout our trailer, some we knew about, some we didn't. After a tire blowout on the highway did extensive damage to the wheel well area of our trailer it was time to go all in on fixing it or replacing. With the replacement cost of a new trailer, we decided fixing all the issues with our trailer was the best option. In stepped Justin who walked us through the entire process, making recommendations along the way. The entire process was stress free and the updates and pictures along the way were awesome. We cant thank Justin and his team enough. The trailer turned out fantastic. The pictures attached are just a few of the areas they fixed. They went above and beyond.

In April we found that we needed a complete new roof on our 2009 Fleetwood Pace Arrow.We called just about every place , with very little results.But Justin got us into his shop ASAP so not to damage the rv with any further possible water damage.The team did a fantastic job, on time. On budget. And no further unexpected surprises.Actually they went up and beyond expectations because they had to repair some previous poor workmanship done by large dealerships.To this day. The roof look's fantastic, we have had no issues and have complete trust in Justin and his team at Rivertown.We highly recommend Justin for any repairs big or small.They treated us with respect and informed us every step of this large job.Service: Body & Trim

We used Justin and his crew to fix some pretty bad water damage. Our camper had not been taken care of by the previous owner and we had not caught that before our purchase.So we were left feeling depressed about our purchase until my wife found Rivertown RV Repair. We contacted Justin and he had us bring the camper to him that day. He performed an initial visual inspection provided a rough estimate and then fixed an immediate issue on the spot.We brought the camper back to him in the fall, he stored the camper for fee, and even put our cover on at no additional charge. This spring he brought the camper into the shop and got to work on it. While the overall cost did exceed the initial estimate, there was very good reason for that (the water damage was much more extensive than we had originally thought). Even with the increased labor costs, Justin offset that by fixing or replacing many things that he did not have to. He put vent covers on my roof, replaced all aging plastic on the outside of the unit and put in the LED awning lights that I had asked for.When we got the camper back it was in great shape! The quality of the workmanship and the overall service far exceeded expectations. I could not be more happy with what we got for the price!Service: Body & Trim

Can't Thank Justin and his Crew for the Beautiful job they did on our roof on our RV. We bought a camper, we should have walked away from, but didn't. Justin assured use it was a solid camper and it would be well worth getting a new roof and not to kick ourselves over feeling we got the bad end of the deal from the previous owners. Would definitely recommend them and will be going back if we need anything else done.

Extensive Water Damage Rebuild of my 2009 Travel Lite 890 RX Truck Camper.Beyond Expectations! Great experience! Great Value! Great People!Rivertown RV knows what they are doing and I would recommend them to anyone.The staff is amazing they are true to their word, open, honest and do great work.We brought them a real challenge not only in terms of the work but also with respect to estimating the cost but because of Rivertown RV s experienced staff they were able to see through to many unknowns and provide us with a very close estimate.We needed to know if the camper was worth saving and are truly thankful for their honest assessment that allowed us to make an informed decision.From the beginning we were treated like family and they always did exactly what they said they would do.We had complete confidence that we were in good hands, every step of the way we were kept informed on progress with photos and explanations

Words cannot express how impressed we are with Rivertown Rv and its staff! We traveled from NY to Michigan for them to do our 5th wheel repairs after being in a hurricane because we heard how great they were! They went above and beyond dealing with the insurance company. Communications during the repair process was easy and the repairs were top notch!! I don t do reviews but felt this was one I HAD to do! So impressed!! Would highly recommend!!

Nothing but good things to say about Justin and his team. They did a full revamp on the front of our truck camper. Sent lots of pictures throughout the whole process. Went to pick it up and realized how above and beyond they really went. They fixed things that I didn t even realize were broken. The Best in Grand Rapids hands Down with Service for any Rv ,Travel Trailer and 5th Wheel!!! They have redone my travel trailer from old to new without question and or fail in a timely Fashion. They are Trustworthy and Honest!!! Something that most Rv Dealerships lack with very good honest prices. Despite an already demanding schedule this summer, Justin was able to schedule a mobile appointment to fix our RV. Techs were awesome and repairs done right. Keep in mind they are busy because they are good, highly recommend. Thanks again Justin for your efforts to help us.

Our new roof installed on our 2013 fifth wheel looks amazing. Friendly staff, and Justin took his time answering our questions. Clearly, Rivertown strives to go above and beyond to provide quality workmanship, such a pleasant surprise in today s climate where many companies don t seem to care. We called Rivertown and they came out on that day. We needed batteries so, they came back the second day and installed them for us. The next day we had battery issues, not charging. They said we could bring it out and they would install the inverter. they stayed over and waited for us. We arrived about 45 min later and they were friendly and professional while we waited. We were able to go camping the day after. Thanks Justin!!

Just picked up my camper. First time I've used Rivertown. I'll definitely be going back! We have a very old camper that I took in for a specific repair, and the crew at Rivertown took the time to fix a lot of other little things that were aging, and threw them all in for free. Very friendly. Very easy to work with. Down to earth repair team that does great work at a fair price. Thank you!

What an awesome business ! I was having trouble with my slide out and stopped by and talked to Justin. He gave me a new fuse and told me to try that. He said if it works bring the unit up and plug it into his power and he would check things out. He checked everything out plus a roof inspection and even replaced the fuse in my radio. They went above and beyond what I expected. Great place (and people) if you need any RV repairs.

We had a leaking LP regulator at the end of one trip and 1 week before the next. We called Rivertown RV and received incredible "can do" service. Candace was pleasant and responsive on the phone and arranged for a drop off on our way home. Even though it was a Saturday afternoon, Bill dropped what he was doing and installed a new regulator within 30 minutes while we were in the parking lot. Quick, painless and inexpensive. These "guys" are great!! Fantastic service!

We heard of Rivertown RV from another dealer last summer who was too busy to talk with us. Justin Parker, the owner, talked us through a temporary refrigerator fix, allowing us to complete last years camping fun. We called this spring to schedule a repair/replace refrigerator. Rivertown RV was prompt to communicate with us, patient with our questions & easy to work with. They inspected our camper at drop off, informed us of some other concerns & we re able to schedule those repairs in as well. They were able to diagnose our fridge, talked with us about our options & respectful of our wishes. We decided on a new fridge, one that matches our other appliances, looks like a factory fit & works great! We also had the roof seams caulked & resealed in a timely & affordable manner & the crank assembly on the antenna replaced. We are very pleased with the communication Justin had with us & the price & service Rivertown RV provided. We HIGHLY recommend them for 5 star service!

Recently, I had work done for issues with water heater and a/c. After much searching we went with Rivertown. Best choice. Work was great. Communication was good. Going back over off-season for a larger repair.

I hired Justin and his team to perform an inspection for an RV that I am considering buying. I am located out of state and his team was my eyes and ears. They did an excellent job and thoroughly reviewed the vehicle and provided me with a comprehensive review of the condition of the RV, inside and out. I had the opportunity to work with Justin and Tony twice this fall and had a great experience. The first time, I was about to use a horse trailer that had not been used in several years and found the awning to be rotted beyond repair. These guys had an awning in stock and installed it right away, as I needed to use the trailer a few days later. The work was great and they noticed the tires were weather cracked- Justin made a call to a vendor that he uses for tires and they took care of me that same day .Just this week i had them put rollers on a slideout that was not working properly on a Keystone Sprinter RV and they did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. In both cases, they did some nice extras like noticing and replacing missing lamp lenses. Really nice guys to work with, great work, and reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

First off, this isn't a retail location. But i was in desperate need of an accessory and they happened to have what i needed. I had no other options as far as where to go at the time. A problem came up and after some conversation, everything was resolved. Guys were there working hard, so it seems like a decent enough shop. 5 stars for working with me to resolve a problem I had.

We had water damage from a cracked seal. Rivertown Rv. Was on schedule to fix our trailer. Justin walked us through repairs needed and anything else we may want done. When the work was done, our trailer looked amazing. Our trailer is 16 years old and now it looks new. I will be using Rivertown RV Repair for anything down the road that needs fixed. They will even come to your trailer for some repairs, which saves hauling the trailer in to the shop.Service: Body & Trim

Our camper was hit by a car just before the 4th of July weekend, Rivertown RV Repair was the only company that could get to us in a reasonable amount of time. They were professional and supportive, even helping with the insurance claim and understanding when things moved slow on our side. Our repairs were completed perfectly (it s like a new camper!) and they went above and beyond - keeping us informed and fixing a few additional items. We highly recommend Rivertown RV Repair Service! The Furnace on our Travel Trailer went out while we were traveling to visit family in Michigan. Justin came out the same day I called, quickly diagnosed and repaired our furnace and got us back in business! Quick response. Very courteous. Very professional. Reasonable price.

OMG. This place saved our camping trip. We broke two springs on our pop up in Ohio on our way to camp in Michigan. We called them on route and they were magically able to fit us in and fix our trailer. I could not say better things about this place!

they put a new roof on my 42" toy hauler and replaced some rotted 4 by 8 panels from the water damage, also installed new furnace in my unit, theses guys kept me in touch with pictures through out the work which I really liked, great friendly service and staff, awesome job you guys, customer for life.

5 stars for Justin and his team! We were camping when it was below freezing and our heater went out on our brand new camper. Justin had some guys come right out to the campground to fix the heater the very next day! He also worked with my warranty department to make sure the correct paperwork was done so the services would be covered. Knowledgeable, fast, great customer care, and reasonable price. Thanks guys!

I can't thank Justin enough! My AC stopped working making it unsafe for my dogs to be in the trailer and he was able to diagnose and fix the issue fast. These guys are the ones you want to go to. Don t waste your time with anyone else. We ve had bad experiences with other businesses: ie West Michigan RV Sales and Service llc to name one as an example. It s a waste of time and money, especially with a lack of communication and personal empathy. Justin and his crew care, hands down. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and that it s affordable! They take pride in their work and it shows! Our camper was in rough shape to behind with, and then the corner got stuck after a camping trip last summer. They not only replaced the spring that was bent controlling that corner, but they also sealed off the roof at the corners and revived our water heater even replaced the water heater door we lost last year lol .and for a price that we could actually afford!!! We are so happy and grateful for all the work they did to help us enjoy camping again. Trust us, you will be happy you went to these guys! 5 stars*
