Well, I recommend not getting an alignment from here. I have had 2 vehicles that got an alignment and both times the alignment was way off. It was so bad that I burned through a new set of tires in 7000 miles. I was told that my steering was off but the alignment was top notch. Tell that to my 400 dollar tires that had 9000 miles on them and are now junk

I had unfortunate luck and hit a deer late at night on my way home from Arcadia. My fortunate luck was the closest body shop happened to be Vans in Shelby.My older truck was pretty much a total loss. Winston pulled the bumper and tweeked the many busted parts and made it drivable. I was blessed that he and Diane had the integrity to tell me it wasn t worth fixing, but yet did so many things to help me get it home, 130 miles away. Honest, professional, and hard working people, I am grateful for their integrity.Thank you!Services: Tires, Body & Trim

My car had damage down the entire passenger side, thanks to a snowplow. Van's did a great job repairing and replacing. It looks like new! Their customer service was excellent! I highly recommend them.

Could not be more pleased. Easy to get an estimate ( very fair price and slightly lower that others), appointment for repair was focused on our needs (they seem to balance those in a hurry and those not), repairs done quickly and high quality. Will recommend to my friends without hesitation.

Van's not only got my alignment right, but after some unclear situation they tried to get the problem corrected. They were really helpful and informative about how to avoid problems in the future. Got the work done in a very timely manner, despite how busy the shop was. I would highly recommend this shop.

If you didn t want to work on our vehicle, all you had to do was just tell us. We attempted to reach out to you guys MULTIPLE TIMES, and NEVER got a response back! Even our insurance was surprised and reached out us because they were concerned about how long the process was taking, and then to find out that you guys (after waiting 2 WEEKS to hear from you guys) NEVER even ordered the parts! CLEARLY you have no intention on working on our vehicle! Maybe if you would ve called us back earlier, then we could ve had OUR vehicle up and running too..( I heard the voicemail you left TODAY). If you KNEW you were going to be super busy, is it really that hard to pick up the phone and give us a call? Clearly you had our number and JUST got ahold of us to tell us that sorry excuse!Update to your response Van s: YOU NEVER TOLD US YOU WERE BACKED UP? Plus, your husband talked to MY WIFE and told her that he would order the parts and never did.( Remember you guys never called back, my wife had to call back and to our surprise your husband answered ONCE, then said you d call back.. ;) ... BUT AGAIN you didn t.) You only called my wife AFTER the bad review. Or else we d still be waiting for your call! Funny how you can look at google reviews, but can t call us back!

Van's body shop is the ONLY auto body repair shop I use. When I get my vehicle back from them, you would never know I was in an accident.I doesn't matter where I live, when I need someone to work on my vehicle, it waits until I can get it to them.
