Waited close to an hour and a half with two cars before me. They don't really advertise as a 10-15 minute oil change place, however I think 30-45 minutes per vehicle is a bit extreme. After getting in however, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything went great!

I always came here for oil changes until this last time, the guy could not get my oil plug out and continually tried and ended up stripping my oil plug. My car leaked all the oil out and when I went back to see what the issue was I sat there for 3 hours. Now I have to get my oil pan replaced and Valvoline is not doing anything about it (an oil pan can cost up to 1k) I DO NOT recommend going here.

Went to get my oil changed today. When i pulled in there was another car waiting and a third car pulled in after I arrived. After probably 10 minutes a worker came out and had me switch lanes with the car that was there before me because my lane would be done first and since the other car was there before me they would let them go before me. This would ve been fine if they didn t let the third car, who arrived after me, go before me while continuing to make me wait.

Zero stars. I've sent my neighbor there for change oil the worker there told her she needs tiers little that he knows my neighbor changed tires a day before at Costco all of them truly I am speechless. You want a business then you need to run an honest one and respect all women we are not stupid about automotive and what it needs. Wake-up. You just lost another customer for your stupidity.

Visited today and I gotta say , I didn t get a warm fuzzy feeling. I think 3-4 cars went in and out before we got out. I believe we got the new guy and the other experienced workers didn t want to deal with him. They went to other bays and chit chatted. I wish I just took to the dealership. I learned my lesson I hope it doesn t cost me. Please be super cautious !!!

Little more on the expensive side which is okay since this location was convienent for me, but when asking to fill tires with air they did not. Even asked a 2nd time during the same appt and they said they did and my tire guage showed they did not and ended up having to fill them myself. 2 times this has happened now. Hopefully we can be more aware of tire fillings for those who ask for it, which I thought was a complimentary service all oil places provided.

I have gone there for both of our cars. This was the first time they would not honor a coupon that THEY sent me. It was valid, and well within it's expiration date. I have used this location exclusively, I tip (and tipped today),and they always send coupons. They claimed the coupon was for a new location down the road. This is not good business. I won't be coming here again.

Milage stickers default to 3,000 miles no matter what type of oil you purchase. Valuable lesson for consumers to be aware of. Received the stock response when I brought it up the ladder for review. #nbd #itsfine

Extremely slow. Waited 30 minutes to get into a bay, and after an hour they put my new oil in and I waited another 15 minutes after everything was done before they got me out. It s like they put my new oil in and instead of getting me out out of there they went and worked on other cars. I completely understand if a place is busy and you have to wait, but if a car is done, get them out of there. Also over $100 for an oil change is wild. Will never go back.

I love the way they price match if you have a receipt and show the old price from the merchant.The guys will lock the price in your profile for the next visit. Yes, of course my price was cheaper from the other merchant,

This was my first time at Valvoline or any drive thru oil change place, so I was a little bit intimidated. I usually go to the dealership. Sean was fantastic, though!! There was no wait when I got there, he waved me into the bay and once I was parked, he talked me through everything. He was super helpful and very professional. I liked that he showed me my oil filer and explained things, but not in a douchey condescending way. And I found a $25 off coupon online that they were happy to honor. Score! I was in and out in under 20 minutes - I'll definitely be back!

have been to this location twice since it opened in september, the staff is always extremely helpful, kind & professional plus the store is always very clean and organized. they explain in depth what's needed and throughly check my vehicle. highly recommend going here over the "cheaper" option down the road as some of the reviews have said bc you're getting without a doubt exactly what you paid for no gimmicks or quick fixes. they've never tried to push prices for unnecessary things on my vehicle but have always made me aware if something else is going on which i highly appreciate. their honest and trustworthy which is exactly why this is the only location i will go to. thank you to the entire staff at this location!Service: Oil change

I would highly not recommend. Came here for an oil change. Just had my battery replaced and they tried telling me it was very low, during an Oil change. Went back to the dealership I had the battery replaced a week ago at to double check. They showed me my battery was fine. I guess they were trying to scam me or their equipment isn t working. I ve been here twice. The first time they observed a mechanical issue that they said I should be aware of. In this case it was not a service they provided, so it was nice of them to tell me. The second time I went back, for service I thought I needed, but they showed me that it was unnecessary. I appreciate their their honesty and perceptiveness. Thanks guys!

My son went for his first oil change. We tried to warn him they use tactics to get more $$ at some shops. Sadly he was lied to and told all GM cars have to have special synthetic oil, bs, that costs $99. Never choose this location. Typical fraud that you fear will be pushed to the unknowledgeable consumer.The Valvoline Express Care at 26& Mound has always been fair and helpful to my family and friends.

This place gets one star as when I visited they were out of oil. The oil change place didn't have any synthetic oil. I was advised I could purchase the oil myself, bring it back and for the low price of $34 they could change it for me. Nah, I'm good. Fantastic first impression

Not to thrilled. 3 bays, with 3 cars. Two cars hoods down and no people in the cars. Employees cars? Idk. 1 car is being worked on by 1 employee, while the other two wandered.I sat in line way too long. I finally backed out and left.

Expensive. All Valvolines are so that's no surprise. Got a Groupon so that helped. They were fast thorough and professional though so I can't complain too much.

Pulled up and got quoted $100 for an oil change for an equinox? Yikes go to the dealership for way less than that. Or just go down the street for 20-40 bucks
