I got some vermin caused damage to my car, they got it fixed quickly and efficiently, didn t push any spare parts, and charged a very reasonable amount.

TOOK MY CAR IN FOR BRAKE FLUSH. PAID FOR THE SERVICE, OPENED MY HOOD TO TAKE A LOOK AT THE BRAKE FLUID RESERVOIR TO ONLY FIND OUT ITS THE SAME OLD FLUID. NOW I KNOW BREAK FLUID IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE DARK BROWN, IT IS CLEAR FLUID. THE MECHANIC INSISTED HE CHANGED IT WHEN I CONFRONTED HIM ABOUT IT. I DONT THINK HE EXPECTED I WOULD TAKE A LOOK BECAUSE HE SEEMED VERY NERVOUS AND SURPRISED. MECHANIC IMMEDIATELY OFFERED A REFUND WHEN CONFRONTED WITH OUT ME REQUESTING IT. PLEASE SEE THE PICTURES FOR THE BEFORE AND AFTER I DID THE JOB MYSELF AND CHANGED THE FLUID.UPDATE: THE OWNER JAY HELPED ME BY GETTING MY CAR SERVICED PROPERLY AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE CORRECTLY.

Excellent service very professional. Mr. Jay very customer friendly person. Value for money.I tried another place last time for replacing brakes for my Audi Q7 with reference but bad service and pricy.You can bring your own parts and just pay labour that too very reasonable charge.I strongly recommend this place for any foreign cars.They deserve a 5 star Service: Brakes

The owner and his crew did a great job with my truck. The owener went and checked out the underside and found a faulty transmission line. It's a new truck and it's already rotten. The brakes were replaced by his head tech. They were shot. I went with coated rotors and heavy duty extreme pads. I'll repost after 1 yr of use. I like the place everyone was honest and friendly. His prices are very fair in my opinion.

Hands down the best mechanic I have ever had. I have been a loyal customer since 2008. Jay definitely tells you what needs to be replaced and what not. He does not beat around the bush. Try to shop around for some mechanical work and I guarantee you will not find another place with a better price. Totally recommend this place to everybody that owns a beater to a luxury vehicle like Mercedes Benz or BMW.

Went in around 12 for a rattling noise. The young tech approached me and ask what was wrong. He was able to pull my car into one of the bays right away and saw that the heat shield was loose. He took washers and re bolted the heat shield. He was then examined the car for any other potential issues.He was very professional very friendly and didn t make me wait for a very minor issue.Service: Exhaust

We needed a new flex pipe installed on our Traverse, and after calling around in Pontiac and receiving a bunch of questionable quotes, we stopped at Mr Muffler in Shelby Township. Great place to have your vehicle serviced. The negative reviews on this site are unfounded and confusing. The biggest scam for repairs is dealerships and some of those tire retailers. I took my vehicles to this Mr. Muffler. I had my vehicles repaired/serviced cheaper than if I took it to those dealerships and tire shops. They also noted that I did not all the suspension work those other places wanted to scam me on.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Keith is what you don't find very often anymore, an HONEST man! He could have taken advantage of my 92 year old father in law, he could have made a few hundred bucks doing a job another tire store said was in need of repair. Not only does the establishment do excellent work, they are friendly, professional and get the job done in great time. Keith, as a former mechanic, the world needs more men like you. I recommend your shop to anyone that needs work on their vehicle. Thanks again for being an honest mechanic.

I was recommended to this shop by a family member and was so happy I went there. Jay really took care of me and my Ford Explorer. He walked me through what the problem was, told me it was no big deal and I was outta there before I knew it with my problem resolved. Excellent service. Honest, quick and reliable place!

Old fashion chivalry and excellent customer service exists at Mr. Muffler in Shelby twp. While waiting in the lounge I mentioned thatit was a little chilly, they immediately turned up the heat. They found a cord to charge my phone and bought me a soda. They had my car up and running in one hour. Outstanding customer and automotive service! Thank you.

100% honest mechanic shop. Took my car in for exhaust leak i though it was my flex pipe but it was not. It was a-hole in the muffler. They patched it up at no cost to me. Honestly they could have lied and said this and that but they didn't. Definitely recommend them.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

They were very welcoming and courteous, ask me about my problem I was having told them loud noise coming from exhaust system told me be couple hours called me back said it was flex pipe from engine had hole it told me all cost was pleased with work would recommend this shop to family and friends up front with finding the problems and no run around about costs 5 star service.Service: Exhaust

Probably one of the worst muffler places I have ever been too/heard of. Had a resonator delete done here and started to suspect I had a exhaust leak took the exhaust off and it's probably some of the worst weld work I have ever seen in my life. Friend of mine also went here and they completely destroyed his $800 exhaust and covered it in muffler cement so bad that other shops won't even touch it. Sketchy service guy asked me if I had cash and then put my money directly in his pocket and was kind of a dick. Would NOT recommend

This mechanic is so loyal and honest about work. I had minor work for two cars and he refused to take money for that little work. I will recommend everyone to get work done here. Atleast he is my permanent futer mechanic so far.
