10/10 Service i was in and out in between my break for work. Bill is the man he helped me with every step and made the process too easy for me. He made it a very painless process. I thought he owned the store from the way he was handling everything. People GO TO BILL he got you taken care of. Do not make a mistake by going somewhere else trust me

I stopped in to look at tonneau covers to see what my options were. There salesman was very informative and answered all my questions. They had lots of displays to physically see what you are buying and get a feel for the actual quality of the product. It turned out that they had the one I liked and wanted in stock.They called their installer to the front and he was very happy to install it while we waited.Fantastic customer service and products.

Went to Mid-West for my ARE cap. The team was friendly and professional and did an excellent job with the installation as well as the post-install overview of the cap and the required maintenance (lock and clamp related). Keep up the good work.

Midwest installed a Tonneau cover and a truck bed divider on my 2023 Ford pickup truck. They did an outstanding job and I couldn t be more pleased. GoodJob!!!!

In and out in 45 minutes! Both people working very friendly and did not try to upsell me at anytime. Gave short tutorial on tonneau cover functions before I left. Great company, highly recommend!

Called ahead of time. They said yes, we can get the running boards for your truck and install them but require 50% down to order parts and he needed to see the truck. I came the following day and waited for 15 minutes in their showroom which was completely empty. Decided to call them and let them know I was there. When the phone wrang, someone came out of the back. Then I waited another 10 minutes only to have the gentlemen tell me this was a complicated process, and he couldn't get the running boards until January 2023. I wonder why the installation kit didn't rate the installation process as Expert then? I asked if he could get them on Amazon. Then he said, too much Liability. Listen, if you don't want the job, then just tell me. Don't drag all the way over to you, make me wait then tell me you can't get the parts. Let me just say, this kind of treatment is the reason American Businesses are failing today.

I don t usually leave many reviews but I thought these guys were great! Bill was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and had me in and out quick with a new truck bed cover. The gentleman who installed the cover was equally as friendly and helpful , I would highly recommend this place for any truck accessories you may need!

I am beyond pleased with my experience with Mid-West truck accessories. Bill and Don have gone above and beyond my expectations, with the purchase of my Tonneau cover. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family! Looking forward to doing business with them for all my truck accessories! I cannot thank you guys enough!

Bill is the guy to go see if you re in the market for toppers, tonneaus, and anything else truck accessory related. He was great to work with, and kept me informed through the entire process of buying my first topper. These guys are top notch.

Called Bill for a simple Hard Tonneau replacement part.I was asked many condescending questions about the condition of my Tonneau cover....he treated me poorly and I could tell he was trying to upsell me into buying a new Tonneau cover. Not a good way to do business. Gave 5 stars so people will read this review.Caveat Emptor people read the NEGATIVE REVIEWS...I am not the only person who has had to deal with this Interloper!!!I went elsewhere and found the Part cheap!Without the third degree.These are Tonneau covers and Caps...not space shuttles. Don't buy into this guy's modis operandi. I hung up the phone on him because he would not shut up.

I got the top of the line ARE Z-series cap for my new 2015 Silverado. Best price on the cap that I could find was here. 2 years later I lease the next truck and decide to wire the lights myself and couldn't figure it out. I called down there and in 2 minutes the installer told me where to find the wire for the brake light. Awesome customer service!!! Thanks for the help!

I bought my bed cover here over four years ago. I had a part break on it and went back to order part for cover. The guy there looked up my info and called manufacturer and had it mailed to my home. Four years later and they got it handled. I went in thinking I would have to buy the part and ended up having it shipped for free. If you want a place to service you after the sale midwest is it.

I visited because my pick up cap needed work. The associate tried to repair the problem instead of selling an expensive new window. He also gave me a part to use to repair another window because they did not have the correct part. My cap was too old to obtain what I needed. He did all this for me no charge.

Had leak with rear door on ARE cap2 tries and was unable to stop leak evend after caulking which I asked to please not do. Now caulking looks a 10 year old gobed it on. Terrible. Would not let them work on a little red wagon

I purchased a work topperowned less the 4 months ago. The side door shocks won t stay extended so the doors close. I called and asked about replacements and they said I would have to buy them. Brand new top and 4 months old and I have to buy shocks. Not a good way to do bussiness

These are the guys to go to for your truck accessories. Bill has helped me with caps, racks, solid folding covers and wheel well covers for both my personal and commercial trucks.

Not 100%sure but I think the counter guy got his covers mixed up. Advised of one being made in MI and other foreign. My research showed both were from same parent company in MI.

Uneducated person name bill its worst persone never seen my the paint crack on my 45.000 dollars truck with sign letters he told me you heated up so you and your Are company maybe you go to hell .i am going to park my truck next to your shop with the sign saying bill you are so arrogant.
