My engine check light. went on over weekend. Going out of town at week s end! Called Keller Automotive Repair where they took an appointment right away and did pre scan s and did a complete checkout and made necessary R&R on evap.canister purge valve..R & R faulty Hazard Switch and corrected other code faults. Keep me totally informed the entire time..Chuck and his entire team made me feel totally comfortable. Very much recommend their services. Great Job

I took my car in on Tuesday afternoon for a Wednesday appointment. Kevin alled around 10:00 a.m. They had diagnosed the issue and were ordering parts. The car was repaired by Wednesday afternoon including an alignment. He also informed me of the coverage provided by my aftermarket warranty.. I picked my car up Wednesday evening. I am so impressed by the professionalism and care that Keller provided period would highly recommendService: Steering & suspension replacement

Very professional mechanic inspected my 2011 duramax. I only brought it in for a wheel alignment. THANKS to his experience he was able to find other issues related to my suspension.A week prior my truck was in a different shop, they never cared to look for other related issues.Thank you for your help and service

My experience was amazing! Chuck & Nick had a mess in their hands when I had my 2015 Ford Expedition towed to them...there were soooo many codes, including Timing chains (there are 3 ) Also the dealer told me it was timing chains...Chuck Nick & none of the mechanics took their word for it...long story short...they spents hrs & a couple wks trying to diagnose this monster I gave them...NEVER anything but kind & patient...always explaining what they were going to do...today I got my truck back...didn t need timing chains...needed an extreme engine clean (tons of carbon) got new brakes, couple new belts, new springs, can t remember all of it, but even new wiper blades...I was surprised at how reasonable they were...but most of ALL never acted like the monster I sent them was any trouble & I promise you it definitely was...I would recommend them to anyone...thank you to your entire team for making sure me & my grandchildren are safe driving the monster Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Took my car to another automotive repair shop near my house in Troy. Paid a lot for a repair that didn t fix the problem. They told me they couldn t pinpoint the problem. My brother-in-law sent me Keller s as a reference. Took my car in and they knew exactly what the problem was. It was fixed for a decent price and hasn t given me a problem since. I don t care about driving a distance for an honest repair shop. Will use them from now on.

Keller's Automotive is amazing! They are HONEST, they explain the work they need to do and the reason behind it. I had taken my car to another shop and was quoted $1,750 for repairs. Lucky for me, I picked up my car took it to Keller's. I ended up paying LITERALLY $1,000 LESS. Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone at Keller's. I will recommend you to everyone I know (and even those I don't know).Service: Brakes

I brought my old Vue to be looked at to determine if I should keep or trash. They were super helpful and friendly and honest. I ended up trashing, but I will definitely use them again when my new car needs work. Super place, great guys!

While driving home from work the battery light came on and then the engine light came on. I also noticed that my temperature gage was in the red! I pulled off and parked the car. When I opened the hood there was Fluid all over the engine compartment. I was close to home so my husband came to get me and we drove to the nearest Auto Repair Shop which happened to be Keller. We were greeted and introduced to a mechanic. They would arrange to have the car towed and he promised to have a diagnosis by the next morning. As promised he called the next day and gave me a diagnosis and an estimate. The car was repaired and ready to pick up the next day with no surprises. I work at a Automobile Dealership so I know the repair bill was fair and I was not overcharged. My car is running great. I would recommend Keller for your Auto repair.

I have been coming to Chuck Keller for years and he is the only mechanic I trust with my vehicle. Chuck and his team never try to over sell you, treats you like family and ensures proper communication as to updates on your car. From an oil change to a tire rotation - I strongly recommend Keller's for all your automotive needs!

I'm not sure if kellers switched owners recently but I was very disappointed that we were over charged for work done on my boyfriends Corvette. We were told the car was safe to drive out of the lot, if it was then how come it won't start the second we got home with it? We were completely overcharged and they did absolutely nothing they said they were going to do. I'm extremely disappointed and left with a distasteful experience with them.

Chuck Keller had the confidence that others lacked to get the job done. I brought my truck in during the morning, had a quote by that afternoon, and my truck was up and running the next morning. Solid fab and weld work, and a fair price to top it off. Thanks again, Chuck.

Keller Automotive is our go to shop for all our car service needs.My most recent visit I had trans work done on my 2005 Corvette.The owner even followed up a few days after to check on my car.Dependable and competitively priced!

The guy was condescending. Treats woman like they know nothing and talks down to you. I also felt like I was over charged and to top it off my brake light is still coming on. I dont need a lecture either. Terrible experience.. Lost my business and I will tell all my friends and co workers
