the guys inside were polite and professional. oil change didn't take but 15 minutes. they also vacuumed the inside on my car, and cleaned all of the outside windows. they also found a very dirt cab air filter that was very dirty. they easily replaced it for me. I PS I found a coupon on google maps!

The staff the serviced my car was very helpful, informative, offered additional services to come back (which I will), and were super courteous. Which is really nice to see these days. Highly recommend taking your vehicle to this location.

The person greeted me was very welcoming and helpful with all the information I needed. I believe I was the first customer for the day. He went through all the details of my maintenance work needed. Highly recommend them. I live in Warren and drove to Shelby township to get the service from them as I was getting the same service from them back in Los Angeles. It would be great if jiffy lube opens a store in Warren. Thank you and will return soon

I have no problem taking my cars to Jiffy Lube the guys on 23 Mile and Shelby Township between Hayes and Shaner. Nice people they take care of you. They run the business the way it should be. Thank you again.

They did good, got a tune up, I asked to clean the throttle body and they said 15 dollars extra which was good. After the tune up was complete they informed me that my throttle body was clean and didn t need to charge me, very honest work and got it done in a decent amount of time.

Great service. Everyone was super attentive except for that one guy that was just standing around. I think his responsibility was to just lean on my truck to make sure it didn't go anywhere. Overall a decent place for an oil change, but dang oil changes have gotten expensive.

If I could give this place an honest review it would be terrible. I went here back in September when they first opened for an oil change. I had a 2009 sonata that was literally in the perfect condition when I brought it here. They then told me that day I needed an oil cover gasket when I got the oil change and wanted to charge me $350 dollars for it I laughed because I know it s not a $350 job for a piece of rubber. The oil they put in it they claimed to be synthetic which isn t the case. After that I had a lot of issues of smelling burning and sometimes it wouldn t start. I called back up here to see if they ll look at it and they told me I would have to pay for another oil change and get the gasket replaced. I took it to another shop and they quoted me $75 for the gasket. After two weeks of me barely getting my car started the engine blew because there was a whole bunch of oil everywhere. My car never leaked oil before this oil change and they are the reason my car is in the scrap yard. If you want to keep driving your car don t take it here. The manager didn t know what he was doing and he was rude about it. I was a kid and lost the car I saved up on and bought it myself. i will never recommend this place to anybody let alone bring another car here. This is a great alternative to the dealer for oil changes on my 33 ft motorhome. Staff was very courteous and professional. Job was done in about 20 minutes.

First time here and the last. I have a brand new car and my check engine light has been on for 2 days and car is not driving the same since I left this place. Seemed like all new people that didn t know what they were doing. Pathetic how they let disgruntled workers with no experience handle this kinda job.

Only place I take my vehicles, I did have a small issue, with a tire rotation. For some reason they could not break my lug nuts lose, and the tech said he did not want to keep trying and break them off which I appreciate, but!!! A 2017 should not have rusted lugs after I got home I relzied I had locking lugs not sure why they did not think of this it commonly used on most if not all cars now. I just got this jeep 5 mpnths ago so i did not think of it at the time. Still a great place to take your vehicles super friendly group of guys always 5 star.....

I went to Jiffy lube this morning for an oil change on 23 mile east of Schoenherr. I m rather handicapped. The men were extremely patient with me and made sure I was comfortable in the waiting room. They checked my tires and said I didn t need a tire rotation that I had asked about, but showed me the filter from my engine that obviously needed to be changed. Topped off the fluids and I was on my way really fast. The price was way cheaper than others (I had called around before). I definitely recommend them. Customer service and service on my car was amazing. I was educated on certain maintenance issues of my car I didn t know were even happening, given suggestions and the overall experience was a 10/10. Clean environment, friendly staff and I would drive all the way from downtown Detroit (about 45 minutes away) just to be serviced here again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

My boyfriend took my car for an oil change and his experience as well as the state of my car afterwards what not at all worth what I paid. He arrived and was told he needed to get out of the car and the technicians proceeded to preform labor that wasn t asked for. Not to mention the vacuuming and window cleaning wasn t even done well. So I paid 30 extra dollars for labor that wasn t done well or asked for. Not happy.

I sent my 20 year old daughter in to get her oil changed in her Jeep Cherokee and they charged her a $146 dollars for an oil change and air filter. I m not real happy. Took advantage of her not knowing what pricing should be.

Great service! Helped me get my heat working as I had an issue with an air pocket in my radiator. Less than $20 to fix it and it was fixed the same day. August 2023 - came here on a Wednesday around 11am. I didn't wait long and they did a good job going through my vehicle needs. I think they do a good job and I have had no issues. Last week I brought my van in around lunch and didn't wait that long to get my oil changed. They do tire rotations for $29.2021 - I went in to get my oil changed around 8:30am on a Tuesday. No waiting and I got right in. The guys were nice. They informed me of a discount online. Quick and great!
