The professionalism of the team at Gentite s Collision truly stood out. From the first phone call I made to discuss my truck s repairs all the way to the finished product - it was a seamless process. They provided a detailed explanation of the repairs needed and took time to answer all my questions ensuring I felt confident and well-informed about the repair process. The quality of repair work exceeded my expectations - it looked and felt like I had a new truck when I got it back. I ve included before and after pictures - the before doesn't look too bad but it was, mostly new front end and windshield. I definitely recommend Gentile s Collision to anyone in need of high-quality auto body repairs.

The entire team at Gentile s is phenomenal! Outstanding customer service-great communication, timely, friendly, dedicated employees that get the job done! I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They made my jeep look brand new. Shout out to Cody for all his help! Look no further if you need a repair. We will be customers for life!

Gentilie s collision fixed my Buick Lucerne about 10 years ago after it got hit by a dump truck, and I knew they would do a good job with my Durango. Unfortunately, I got robbed, and when they stole the car, they took out many of the RT components, antennas, GPS, and party trashed the car. Gentilies replaced the headliner, got all my electronics working, and removed any traces of the jerks that had a joyride in not their car. They got this car as close to showroom as showroom gets. Thanks guys .

Awesome service. From the front desk to Kody doing the estimate to the delivery. It s so smooth. Almost effortless. Try em. And they are about to repaint my 1999 suburban, and they fixed my grand prix, it was hit at walmart. excellent job!!!!! 10 stars. Update, they painted my truck, came out flawless. Had a chain snap and hit the barn doors. It goes right back up to them. I will not take it anywhere else. Thanks to all. 100000 stars. We all hope to not be a frequent customer at a collision shop but when you need one you want the best. I cannot say enough good about my experience with Gentle s Collision. From start to finish - friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and most importantly the work was incredible. My 2018 car has 91,000 miles on it and when they were done it looked like the day I drove it off the new car lot!!

Would Recommend!!I had set up a drop off date for a few small scratches my car had. A week later I hit a deer and my vehicle was no longer drivable. I had it towed to this shop, and they were able to get me in sooner than my appointment date and get my car back to me in great condition. John called during the tear down of my car and kept me updated on the repair status and Melanie helped me navigate with my insurance company. When I picked up my vehicle John walked me around my car and went over the repairs made with me and answered all my questions. They made a frustrating car situation less frustrating for me with their amazing service. The repairs look great, the service was great, and I would recommend!

Gentile s is awesome! They have by far the best customer service, they do great work and go above and beyond. Someone hit me and they took care of everything on their end. Not only was my car fixed, the interior was completely cleaned!

The front office and John was very courteous and pleasant. Got the work done earlier than promised. They are busy and I had to wait 3 weeks before they could take me.once I got my car repaired I knew why I had to wait to get in. I had a very good experience and John and his team at Gentiles collision did an excellent job on my car. Will recommend them to others and definitely will come back to you if I need any body repairs in the future. Good job John and team. Probably one of the best collision shops aroundWe have 2 jettas in the family both were rear ended this year. One was brought here the other at the VW dealer. The one from Gentile s looked great from the start did not have to go back for rework, meanwhile the one from the dealer had to go back in for an additional 2 weeks.Overall great experience, the paint blend is great, everything is symmetric, worked in timely manner.Im happy with them would definitely recommend!

I've been using Gentile's for years and for good reasons. They simply do the best body/collision work, bar none. Even better than ANY dealership. But be prepared. They are not cheap. Excellent craftsmanship comes at a price.

I should have gone here first but I tried all the places my insurance company told me and none of them would touch my truck because of the aftermarket bumper setup. Not only did Gentile's take it on but they dealt with my insurance company completely so I didn't have to. The work they did was outstanding and John and the rest of the staff kept me up to date every step of the way. I cannot recommend this place enough! Save yourself the trouble of shopping around and let Gentile's take care of your vehicle; you will NOT be disappointed.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Gentile's is my first choice in the future!Hit a turkey and called SEVERAL auto shops that would only say "at least three weeks" just to look at my car... I called Gentile's and they made an effort to understand my situation. A sense of care and urgency I had not heard with any other company. Within one hour of talking to Gentile's staff members, I was able to schedule an appointment and get a tow truck to take my car SAME DAY. Cody & John, are the best, I had two cars in for repair one a late model and the other a 18yr old truck and they took care of both and made them look like new again.Their shop is professional and clean.The owner is on site, friendly & down to earth.The everone at this facility was polite and professional from the friendly receptionist, to the the body repair specialists working in the shop.

This shop comes highly recommended. We had just got our 2023 Dodge Ram when someone decided to steal our catalytic convertor. We called the dealer and were told since we didn't have an appointment it would sit on the lot for 6 to 8 weeks.Since we had a great experience in the past with Gentile's we decided to call and see if they could help. Mark Gentile went above and beyond searching for the parts to fix our truck.4 days later we picked it up. Great, fast service, Melanie was very helpful with the claim. We are back on the road. This business doesn't make promises they can't keep. We will never go any where else for collision, theft etc. Thanks again for making a miserable theft job a pleasant experience!

I was recently in a car accident where I was rear ended on the left hand side. My left quarter panel had to be completely replaced as well as the rear fascia and decklid. I took my 2019 Mustang to Gentile's for repair and they did a FABULOUS job! They are very professional, thorough and knowledgable. The quality of their work is outstanding. I'm a stickler for perfection and Gentile's exceeded my expectations. Mark sent me pics of the progress and keep me informed. These guys do an awesome job! I've taken a couple vehicles to them now and have not been disappointed. Most recent was my 2018 Chevy Colorado which needed the entire front end re-painted and blended to match the rest of the truck. Turned out perfect!Service: PaintingService: Painting

So grateful for their fast and professional work. I needed a new passenger mirror installed on my vehicle and the dealership couldn't get me in for 2.5 weeks. I called Gentile's at 330 on a Friday and they said if I could arrive by 415 with the part, they would install it that afternoon. They installed it, tested it to make sure it worked, and even gave me advice about a light that was on on my dashboard. I would definitely recommend Gentile's and would return for future business.

I hit a Semi tire on the express way and did damage to my front facia. I took my car to multiple shops and Gentiles had the most competitive costs. Gentiles did the work and did a phenomenal job with new front bumper, repaint of the hood and front quarter panel. excellent work and friendly staff. if i ever need work done again i will definitely be going to Gentile's Collision again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
