The best place to take your car at!! Let me start off with Nick, he s the sweetest guy ever and was so helpful and reassured me that everything was okay with the process of my car being fixed. He s someone I can call family for sure. They re super fast and care about their customers and their feelings. I recommend to whoever needs there car to be fixed to come here cause you will not be disappointed!!! Thank you so much Nick for everything

Trustworthy auto clinic, and honest pricing. Helped me with my power steering going out, as well as ball joints/control arms, and brakes on my F150.We return for additional and routine services for my daughters minivan.Great place, highly recommend.

Nick is GREAT! I don't trust too many people with our vehicles, but hands down will no problem trust Nick! He does quality work at a great price. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else, even for a simple oil change. Thank you Nick for all that you do, keep up the great work!

Nic usually has very reasonable prices and gets work done in a somewhat timely. He does accept all forms a payment and tries to work with you, as much as any car repair shop does. AMAZING!! That is the word for this place!! I knew the alternator in my daughter s PT Cruiser was shot. I called around to 4 places. This place was the kindest and most courteous place by far as well as being the most economical. They beat the other places by at least $200. They knew I needed to stick to my budget. They found the belt that drives both the power-steering and the ac was all chewed up. He gave me a great deal on fixing that since he had the car torn apart. The car is back to what it was when my daughter got it 2 years ago. It is back to being her safe, secure little tank. I test drove it and could not believe the difference. These guys are phenomenal. Not only is Nick lovely to work with, he vastly exceeded my expectations when I bought my car in for extensive repairs. He went above and beyond. One in a Million. I will never go anywhere else. The most professional and knowledgeable mechanic in the area. Will go above and beyond to help. Very fair and honest. Very detailed in explaining exactly what they re replacing and will even show you the old parts that were taken out. I had a door that was damaged. I was quoted 2500 dollars for collision repair and paint at a nearby collision shop But nick found me the exact same door with same color and got it replaced and saved me more than 1500 dollars from having to repair the door and paint it. The older reviews from 2 to 5 years ago were towards the old owners who were in fact scamming people and offering BS warranties. The new owner nick and his dad have been running the place for the past 2 years and they are awesome. I m recommending everyone I know to go here for all of their repairs.

I recommened going to here to fix your car truck ect. They talk you through everything and show you everything and tell you what needs to be fixed and what yo lu can wait on until next time you come in I love hiw much they are willing to work with people love this place

I highly NOT recommend this place. This place is extremely shady and I do not trust them.My mom just went there for an alignment first thing in the morning, at 9 am, and she got her car back around 3:30pm. They never informed me or my mom that they do not do alignments at their shop since they don't have the equipment; instead, they bring it to the Auto Pro in Troy. My mom was wondering where her car was since she didn't see it in the shop or in the parking lot. She doesn't speak English that well and I live in Lansing so I couldn't actually be there to help her. They informed her that they were test driving it (which is understandable) but not for hours! I talked to 2 different people at the Madison Heights location and the story has been very inconsistent on why it took so long for an alignment.First story (probably the more accurate story): They did the alignment and it did not zero out on the machine. They were trying to figure out why and thought that the machine was broken. Then they figured out that it wasn't the machine and that it was loose bolts. I talked to the manager, John.Second story from a new employee: They had a back up of cars that they had to fix so ours took longer than expected. He did not mention anything about the bolts being loose.For most of the day, I was not able to talk to the manager, the one who worked on our car, because he was working on the car. So most of the stuff I heard was hear say. I wanted to talk directly to the manager to see what was the issue with our car and why it took so long. I told the new employee (he said that he just transferred from the Clinton location) that I wanted him to give me a call when our car came back so I can figure out what exactly happened. He assured me that he would give me a call but he never did. I called him after my mom got the car back and he said that the manager is out on an emergency leave and won't be back until 20-30 minutes. I left my name and number and he never called me within those 30 minutes. I called an hour later and the manager picked up. That was when he informed me of all the troubles they had.While I was waiting for the manager to call me back, I called the Troy location to see if they knew what was going on. I talked to the manager in the Troy location and he has no clue on what the issue is. He said that have any black G6s that they worked on today and that he sees all cars that go in and out of his shop. He said that I better just talk to John, the manager.I asked John about why the manager at Troy did not see our car and John said that they don't talk to the service desk when they used the alignment machine.Things just seemed so shady with this place and I would never go back there again.

Got a warranty job done with these guys. Out of pocket price was reasonable. I have to say that the service here was fantastic. I had engine problems but they were able to quickly fix the problem and I have not heard any noise or even seen the service engine light come back on. I've been to three other repair shops in the last year trying to to figure out what the problem was but every time they told me it was fixed, I would have the same problem again. I am so glad to of found Autopro. They knew what the issue was and it has been two months since they fixed my car and everything is still running smoothly. I never thought I would get it fixed. The staff are friendly and they are very knowledgeable. I will be continuing to use this company but just wanted to leave a review to say thanks for the great work.

Fred is the MAN!!!! I have had my SUV up there a few times over the last couple of years (new brakes, alternator, etc.) and he provides GREAT service. Finding good customer service is hard to come by these days...but Fred always delivers. Auto Pro warren has my business so long as it keeps running like it has been.

This was the most unprofessional place ever!! They have had my car for over 3 weeks just to fix my sone minor electrical work. Each time they told me it was ready I get there and inspect the car it didn't work. When they finally got it all fixed they cut power from my brand new radio and alarm. Telling me we don't do after market. It was never a part of the problem. They called me 4 times to get my car each time it was never fixed. I got so fed up I took my car and just left. After they fixed SOME of the problem. IF U HAVE COMMON SENSE DON'T GO HERE

Let me start off by saying, I'm late posting. Sorry, Nick is good. I got my car fixed on October 5, 19. He is a Very Proffessional mechanic. I know a little bit about cars. The things he showed me on my vehicle that needed fixed. I agreed to and yes understood the prices . It was correct. This mechanic, NICK will not take advantage of you. Got my car back at a resonable time, Appreciated that. Got to go back, to get something else done. And he does it right. Thanx NICK

Sorry but it was very bad experience. This place had a deal of 5 change oil for $59.95 including change filter and inspection. I liked the deal, went and asked couple questions and agreed to go ahead with deal. Even though it was too good to be true but it looked real and they looked honest people. They inspected my car and gave me a list of what they found wrong with my car. They supposedly changed my car oil and filter. Couple weeks and my belt broke. Got suspicious especially when my friend got my attention to the old filter on my car. It was the same old filter I changed myself before going to Auto Pro. It was time to change it again. I went to the shop but this time I marked the filter, same thing, they raised the car, changed oil, dropped the car and filled it with oil, I asked the Service personal If he is going to change the filter, he said don t worry I will take care of it. I went and asked the Manager if they should change the filter before filling oil or after, he said not necessary, you can change it after filling with oil . This got me more suspicious that the manager knows how they do business there too. I let it go until they came to hand me my car. I opened the hood and looked at my marked filter, not surprised, it was the same filter. I asked the service man if he changed the filter, he said yes . I asked for the old filter, he looked panic and tried to look around for a filter, but could not find it. Then he end up bringing me and old filter from their disposing barrel. That made me mad and I started raising my voice at him and his manager without any inappropriate words, but asked for a job to be done right. The manager offered that the service man will change the filter AGAIN in front of me. He did and I was not surprised to see clearly my marked filter this time in his pan. I took my car out after checking under it to make sure the filter is not leaking. Lessoned learned. Never going back again to them even though they owe me three more change oils. I am sure they made me drive my car 6000 miles on the same filter and were going to make me go for another 3000 miles if I did not notice my old filter still on it. It was going to cost me my engine.

This auto shop has kept my car for over 2 months without any progress. Phone contact is minimum from the owner of this store, as well as their general manager Zain. As a veteran for this country I am shocked to receive this type of service from someone. Overall I feel this place once was good but now is tainted by poor leadership, and crooked mechanic workers. BE CAREFUL TAKING YOUR CAR HERE THEY DO MORE DAMAGE THAN GOOD.

Lied and stole money. Said they put in a rebuild trans, had to pay out of pocket for what the warranty didn't cover. Actually put a used trans in and pocketed that extra money. Paid for a warranty on trans and they shut down.Edit- just noticed the owner commented saying he even paid my deductible quite amusing since I didn't have a deductible.Second edit- to the owner that wanted to claim he paid my non-existent deductable...what kind of car was it??? Don't worry, I'll wait.

i took my vehicle for front suspension and alignment and these guys not only gave me great price but also give me the car back same day. fast service and quality work, thats why i would recommend for anyone who is looking for honest and quality work

BEWARE of this place!!! They will up sell you a bunch of things that you don't need or you don't need right away. They prey on you with false information like telling me i need all my rotors changed when only i need the brakes changed.BE INFORMED that you will be charged $42 just to get your car checked out for a quote. If you get the work done they will waive that fee.But for me they didn't waive the fee at all. They lied to me and told me "well how about we give you a free oil change instead, hands me a signed paper stating the oil change agreement. So now im back after a month to come get my "free oil change" well after they finished they tell me that its going to be $53 extra because my car" required 7 qrts". They never told me this before starting the oil change. They are out here to steal your money. The total for an oil change should never be 95 dollars. My usual place goodyear on metro pkwy does my car for $50 total with filter. Im very upset i feel ripped off twice by them.THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF AND THE WORKERS LIE TO YOU!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU'LL REGRET IT, IM WRITING THIS JUST TO WARN OTHER CONSUMERS

So went there the first time and was impressed by their professionalism. Fred is very knowledgeable and friendly, really knows how to talk to people. They took care of 2003 acura mdx and replaced a transmission. I would recommend highly..
